Puerto Nuevo is known as the "Lobster Capital of Baja" and there are more than 30+ different restaurants to choose from. I heard that due to the popularity, Puerto Nuevo no longer caught its own lobsters and most lobsters are imported from elsewhere. Anyhow, I just randomly followed my group and somehow ended up here for the dinner.
Surprisingly Angel del Mar accepts both Visa and MasterCard, but I would still use cash (they also accept USD and cash is still the king) because I don't want to find out about my credit card foreign transaction fees. Not only does the staff speaks English, there's even an English menu too! Mariachi band will move from one table to another and you can ask the band to play a song for you.
All lobster specialties & combos come with refried beans, rice, butter, flour tortillas, chips, red salsa, and Mexican salsa. Lobster combos only serve half lobster and a choice of beef (langosta con carne), shrimp & garlic fish (seafood combination), langosta ranchera, or lobster & shrimp combination.

Lobster Specialty, Medium Lobster (Puerto Nuevo Style, With Refried Beans, Rice, Butter, and Fresh Hand Made Flour Tortillas - $20 USD): Rice, flour tortillas, and Mexican salsa were very delicious (best of the best in each category). If this place sells a bottle of Mexican salsa and a bag of flour tortillas, then I would buy those items in a heartbeat. Red salsa was flavorful and very spicy (on the same spicy level as the red sauce from the Halal Guys) and lobster portion was respectable. Downsides? Lobster meat was a bit dry and lacked flavors + service was super slow (our food took 30+ minutes to come out).

Don't be shy and ask for table(s) on the rooftop - you don't want to miss out the beautiful ocean view. Summary: great view, easy cash / credit card transactions, yummy side dishes, no wait, slightly-better-than-average lobster, and slow service (minus 1-star).
P.S. - Get medium size for tender lobster (about 1 pound) and large lobster is typically tough.
