Angela’s in Valletta is a delightful little find—cozy, welcoming, and full of character. The charm of the place really comes from Angela herself, who adds a personal touch that’s rare to find these days. You can tell she genuinely cares about every guest who walks through the door.
The menu features traditional Maltese and Mediterranean dishes, and most of what we tried was fresh, flavorful, and clearly homemade. The portions were generous, and the ingredients felt thoughtfully chosen. While there were a few minor hiccups in timing or presentation, the overall experience made up for it.
If you’re looking for a meal that feels home-cooked with a touch of local flair in a relaxed, down-to-earth setting, Angela’s is a great choice. It may not be fine dining, but it’s full of soul—and that’s something we really appreciated.
