Great NY style pizza. The garlic knots were delicious. Service was excellent. This is my first night in town of 13 nights. I will definitely be back! Small inside seating area, but was not crowded on Friday night at 6:30. Many take out orders going out.

stopped by here unexpectedly while charging my EV. They had quite a number of options for pizza, the dough was really thick here if that's your style you're really going to enjoy this. My slice was actually quite big so I only needed one. My husband got two regular slices and he annihilated them. I really enjoyed the oily garlic knots, that's really my style so 10 out of 10 for that

Randomly popped in here while we were charging our car. Staff were friendly and recommended some of their favorites and least to say ALL 5 SLICES we tried were amazing! Tried pizza all over new york but this one really hit the spot. Even got the chance to talk with the owner and least to say very down to earth.

My neighbor brought in ' a sandwich'."This was next to your door." "Thanks". The 1st time trying this place. Food barely warm. I ate it all. Took 1 hr.Shrimp parmigiana. Savored each bite. I'm 'getting another one today. And I'm getting 1 for my neighbor. He has a wife and 3kids3. I'm also sending a 6 pc. Sausage pizza. The R growing!!!. He's a great neighbor for 20 years. I plan to tell .Angelo to put D on one (and M on the other(adult joke) cut each one cut in 3 pieces.. ((Picturing new emoji for hero lovers -don't cut in half). . I'm getting Shrimp parmigiana. And I'm getting Meatballs parm for my neighbor. I will offer my neighbor 1 or the other, or 1:2 & 1/2. Which do you think? Me 1/2‍and 1/2neighbor? Or ‍ and ? Oh! Ordered 2 pies to be delivered for my bookclub meeting. My friends liked the pizza as much as I always have. Excellent pizza and wonderful delivery experience. Great people working at Angelo's!

My legit go to for take out pizza. I usually order from Slice app. Their margherita pies is one of the best! I got there once a little too early for pick and watched them make it. You can tell they put a lot of love and pride into their food.

Got a slice and chicken roll, both came out amazing it was our first time there and are already planing a second trip to try different slices, staff was very nice and helpful also, perfect for a quick bite after a day of shopping

I ordered two different pastas from them, 1) Pasta a la Vodka 2) Bolognese Pasta, two sandwiches 1) The Farmers Hero 2) Airborne Hero. Being totally honest, the pizza and sandwiches are way better than the pasta. I thought i took pictures of everything i ordered but can't find the pics. The pasta were too well done, fell apart when trying to pick up the pasta to eat and they both were so lacking in flavor, i was very disappointed. The sandwiches were a good size and flavorable and delicious, i enjoyed the sandwiches wholeheartedly. Don't know what else to say (fyi: ceaser wrap is so freaking delicious)

I ran across Angelo's in my search for the best pizza places around where I live. It's a pretty non-descript place in the TJ Max and Minado strip mall but has become my go-to pizza spot recently. Compared to Louie's Pizza nearby, the place looks dingier and smaller. Interestingly, I found that the pizza here generally doesn't look very appetizing and might be the least photogenic slices I've seen. This especially applies to the sicilian slices, which look so sloppily made. But I was kind of shocked to find out that the pizza here tastes better than Louie's and stacks up really well with other slice shops on Long Island. I've been here about 4-5 times and always get 3 slices to go. My go-to order is a regular slice, sicilian slice, and bbq chicken slice. Total comes out to $9.83 with tax included. The regular slice is pretty standard but well done. There is a good amount of oil on the slice and it feels fairly dense and substantial when you hold it. It's solid but not spectacular. The ugly sicilian slice here is a sleeper for real. I found the texture on the slice is banging; it's nice and crunchy and the dough is soft on the inside. The sauce is quite good and everything comes together really well when you bite into it! The bbq chicken slice was also rock solid. They don't skimp on the chicken (it's not just like 3 pieces) and cover the surface area of the pie nicely. Flavor on the bbq chicken is excellent and the slice is very filling. Been pretty pleasant to come here to satisfy my pizza cravings. I wouldn't say it's a 5 star establishment because the prices are pretty standard (nothing special) and the pizza isn't mind blowing, but it does the job very well overall.

Unfortunately my experience with this place was not the best. I order through DoorDash for pickup. When I received notification from DoorDash saying that my food was ready I headed to the restaurant. When I got there I was informed that my food wasn't ready and that it would take another 20 to 30 minutes. I showed them the notification and the attendant said to me " we are not responsible for what they sent you. They are not here cooking the food" They continued to say that next time to call them directly if I want to place an order. I order through DoorDash many times from other places and I never experienced anything like this. I waited for my food. There was no apology from anyone. To make matters worse the food was cold tasteless and overpriced! Needless to say I would never order from them again!

I wanted a regular slice w xtra cheese and sausage but they used slices instead of crumbled sausage which i like. That being said i settled for the xtra cheese- i must say it was a good slice of pizza. I could taste the seasoning which was not over powering and the flavor of the sause, which i was suprised there actually was some sause. I've been to plenty of pizza joint that give you a dry slice with a little bit of melted cheese. I didn't try anhything else but from the looks of the calzone's, i will be trying one on the next go round, but the pizza was exactly what i wanted.

My mom grabbed some pizza from over here the other day. Enjoyed my white slice. She loves the pizza from here so anytime she comes to visit this is where she goes :)

Just came here for the first time since god knows when..a really really long time!!. I came here for a quick lunch before heading out to a movie. I had a Sicilian and margherita slice it was just as delicious as the very first time!. Service was fast with absolutely no issues and it's conveniently located right next door to TJ maxx!.

First experience at Angelo's was last night for a slice. We were on our way home from an event where we really underfed and knowing we'd be passing right by I decided it was time to finally try Angelo's. We bustled in less than half an hour till closing, and we're soon enjoying two hot pepperoni slices and a soda to share. Never felt rushed or pressured to move along even though I'm sure the staff were tired from a long day. The pizza had a nice crust, crisp edge and not floppy, just oily enough. After perusing the menu I knew we'd have to come back and dine in, and so glad we did. This place is more of a casual Italian pizza restaurant than a typical pizzeria. Full menu including veal, ravioli, lasagna, awesome home made desserts. Francese, Piccata, Milanese, and other classic preparations. Seafood marinara. The hot antipasto was amazing. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful and so satisfying. It is not obvious but there is waiter service. We figured we would order, pay and be called for a tray, but were shown to a seat. Cloth napkins to boot. It was kind of a team service effort as they are also cooking and taking orders! Very friendly workers and an involved owner too, and as an added bonus he likes cats. We took our desserts home and they were heavenly. Everything was perfect or pretty darn close. The dinner prices were very reasonable. Portions are generous, not huge. It's unusual that they don't post prices for a basic slice and the add on toppings as you see in most pizzerias. On the pizza front they offer an insane variety of specialty combos. I hope to return soon and try the veal. I have a cat named Angelo who has brought us a lot of joy, so every time we pass a restaurant called Angelo's I want to give it a try. Happily these are usually Italian !

Never been here for a while ....they did a big revamp to the place. I like the new ambiance of the dining place, simple and comfortable. I order my favorite pie slice- chicken and tomato- still the same taste as how I remember it. I was serviced by a nice staff. A good pizzeria in the neighborhood. Surprised though of how much my total adds up to- quite expensive in comparison to other pizza shops. They offer more kind of pizza that you may know. I witnessed the owner (as I assumed he is) helped his staff in servicing - it was a little crazy the day of my visit- holiday shopping season to next door neighbor TJ MAX.

This place has the best pizza. My family has been coming here since the 1990s and the pizza is still the same quality. Absolutely delicious. And the price cannot be beat. This place is awesome

Gotta give this place a 1 star because I was waiting to order at the counter where 4 workers are and I'm the only person there no one asked what I wanted to order when I attempted to get an employees attention I was ignored. So I am taking my business somewhere else

I love this place!! One of the best penne vodka slices I have ever had. This pizzeria is located in the shopping center across from planet fitness on glen cove road. It is the same shopping center as smoothing king, tj maxx, and hale & hearty. Their regular slices are delicious, I would say the sauce is a little sweeter than most places but I like it. I highly recommend their penne vodka slice!! Amazing!! Whenever I come in to grad a slice I am always greeted with a smile. All of the workers are quick, they know what they are doing and get you in and out of there fast. Perfect place for lunch if you work in the area. Thank you for making awesome pizza guys!!!

Their broccoli di rapa (broccoli rabe) is out of this world. Angelo's is on our list of go-to restaurants every time we are on Long Island. Their grandma's pizza is so good we regularly bring one to our family in New Hampshire. Everything we've ordered -- from garlic knots to parm - has been consistently delicious.

I ordered a cheese pizza with extra Italian seasoning and cooked well done. I also ordered a sausage and peppers hero. I got a cheese pizza with nothing the way I asked. Its flavor was ok. Not great, not bad. But it really could have done with the way I ordered it. The sandwich (hero) had good flavor and the bread was amazing however it lacked in the sausage and peppers department and was mostly just bread. I might try them again to see if it was just a fluke or if they are like that all the time.

Ok pizza. It's quick and convenient. Plenty of parking. Good selection of slices. Staff is quick and efficient. Limited seating. Handicap accessibility is decent. Ramp is in front of tjmaxx and it pizzeria is right next door.

We always ordered from Angelo's for 15 years. We always loved the salads the dressing and the pizza. We never ever had any issues until the last few months. They've changed everything. Sometimes the wrong thing comes that you didn't order. Sometimes they put different things in the salads then you actually asked for or they give us the wrong dressing.Today is the last time I'll order from this restaurant. We ordered salads and the large salad doesn't even fill the container 3/4 if the way it's just a little more then half for all the salads we ordered! The grilled chicken is actually frozen! It's been warm or hot in the past! I can't even finish it because it actually tastes bad. The Greek salad for my vegetarian coworker she had to remove the chicken she didn't order and now has less then 1/2 a salad. I've been so disappointed each time and say I'm not gonna order from there again and then a few weeks go by and we decide to give them another chance. I called to tell them this before posting a bad review and the manager replied to me "If you're not happy with our food then don't order from us anymore ".Unfortunately, for us, this was the last time.

Food in the counter display has been lying out so long it is all shriveled and or dried up!!!! Then its put in the oven to make a flat cookie! Pizza is just as bad. Sauce is horrible and NOT COOKED!....RUN AWAY!!!!!

Always give someone a second chance. Had a bad experience previously, but always give a second go when that happens. Went in to eat this time - wow, what a difference. Food was great - staff excellent, attentive, friendly. Fair pricing. So now I will be a regular and recommend Angel's very highly. Awesome pizza.

WARNINGG!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Absolutely horrific customer service. Told my wife over the phone "your order is not worth our time". Mean while i live 6 MINUTES away. Ordering for over $100 worth of food for a party. Mind you they were open for another 1 hr. This pizza is not worth YOUR time. Nothing special at all, i'M actually mad at myself for even considering them. I hope they realize they now need to hire established individuals who know how to actually represent the customer "service". Absolutely pathetic!!!!

This place is appalling, we ordered for delivery and I was told it would be 30min, than they say our order was not worth their time. Mind you it wasn't a small order, we were to spend close to 80$ and change. Last I checked businesses needed customers? But not us.... We live 6 minutes away. We weren't rude, but Yeah Go Angelo's, not worth to be in business.

The food is awesome but the customer service is horrendous. The fact that they said a customer's order is "not worth their time" when we were spending over a few hundred bucks, and i have spent thousands with them over the years. After this last occurrence you have just lost a life long customer!

Quick pizza by the slice. Pricing was fair. I tried the pasta pizza and it was pretty good, it could've used more flavor. Same with the garlic knots and the marinara pizza. The slices are huge. Overall it's an okay place

Went in for lunch with my family, everyone was extremely satisfied and the food was amazing. Highly recommend the grandma style pizza.

This pizzeria is bigger on the inside than you would imagine from outside. It is very clean and spacious with ample seating. They have a wide variety of pizza, rolls and wraps in the front and you can order entrees as well. Ronnie took my order and was very friendly and so were the other staff. They have great service and they tell you to have a seat and they'll bring the pizza to you when it's ready. With the special, for $6 you get 2 regular slices and a 16oz fountain drink. The pizza was delicious with a nice thin, crispy crust with just the right ratio of sauce to cheese. Definitely recommend, you won't be disappointed.

Whenever I go to TJ Maxx next door I'm tempted to get some food from Angelo's. Their prices are so reasonable and I have yet to have anything from here that disappointed me. My favorites so far though are the garlic knots (one of the best garlic knots I've tasted) and the chicken parmigiana. The garlic knots are heated up in the oven and come with marinara sauce. Yum!!! I always have one in the car while it's hot because I can't resist! Also, the entrees come with a large side and I usually get the spaghetti. That one order of an entree is enough to feed two people. My boyfriend and I ordered from here when we made a stop at TJ Maxx. Made our order, did our shopping, and came back to pick up our food just in time. To say the least, we were stuffed and satisfied yesterday after dinner :)

Pizza was ok, but the guy who works in the back needs to know Spanish isn't a "secret" language and most kids that are older than second grade speak it and understand it regardless of race or color. You can't get away with saying "The redhead kid looks like a bitch" as my son walked out the door. After hearing that, my son politely looked back at the manager and said " I speak a little Spanish sir" and walked out. What the worker in the back doesnt know is that "little bitch" is a ranked mixed martial artist who could have dropped that worker like a bad habit if he wanted to.

Nestled in the most unassuming of strip malls, Angelo's is a great spot with some of the most delicious pizza this gal has ever had. It's easy to miss, wedged between a nail salon and TJ Maxx, but daaaaaaay-um this pizza is good! The crust: thin and crispy. The cheese: melty and flavorful. The sauce: sweet yet tart and that ever important element of salt is hinted at throughout each ingredient. Deeee-lish. I inhaled my first piece of straight-up cheese (the only way to really judge a parlor) and then moved onto my slice of white pizza. One word: heavenly! I even snuck a bite of my husbee's margharita pizza, and I have to say that blew everything else out of the water. You can taste the freshness of the mozzarella and basil, and atop those crushed tomatoes they just sang. The ambiance is standard LI pizza place, but the staff is super friendly and efficient. There is plenty of seating room - a kid was even having his 7th bday party while we were there, and we weren't remotely crowded. All in all, this is a great find, if you can find it!

This pizzeria is so great! The employees are extremely nice and they are very attentive. It is reasonably priced. They have a special which is $6 for 2 slices of pizza and a drink. They accept credit cards and the sitting area is very nice. The downside of this place is the parking lot. The people are crazy.

We love Angelo's pepperoni pizza and chef salad! Always delicious! They also can deliver if you are not in the mood to go out. We love Angelo's so much! The best pizza in the Mineola area!

Place is the go to place in Carle Place for pizza, nice guys and great food. The vegetable pizza in this place is the real deal and loaded to the max with real veegetables more than any other place ever!!!
