I don’t see how they can claim cutting costs with lower prices by saving on things like no straws, no napkins, zero food presentation, and zero personal checkout service, because $14 for a small boring dry lobster roll is not a savings. At least to us, the consumer. And what I got was just that-lobster meat on a roll. That’s it. Dry roll, no lemon wedge, no seasoning, no anything. I asked for mine to be with seasoned lemon butter and they were out so I got just regular butter (Cold out of the refrigerator, which means you can’t do anything with it let alone drizzle it over your sandwich) and it came in a plastic packet. I asked for lettuce on my sandwich and they said they can’t do that. Wow. I also didn’t get a receipt and had to ask for that and they said that they don’t give out receipts. Wow. This is a terrible lobster roll, and as it was my first time, it will definitely be my last. VERY SMALL SANDWICH for $14.00-lobster meat on a dry hoagie roll. Brown bag, plastic container, no napkins. You get better service, better quality, just better everything anywhere else, even a local carnival, and this is not what one would expect in a place like Suprise, Arizona-I’m not a snob, Just someone who expects better than what I got. This is my review based upon my recent visit-their site asks for reviews, this is mine. I have read other reviews, and not once has the manager or owner reached out to any of the replies or reviews, so I am not expecting anyone to call and apologize for my experience, or offer a return visit. good luck.
I also want to state that I have read many reviews from other people who have visited here, and not once has the owner or manager, reached out to address any of the negative issues with their customers, so I’m not expecting a call from anyone either.
