Delicious pizza and friendly fast service! The crust has a nice crunch to it! Ample toppings. Love the retro vibes of the place, there’s even a juke box if you wanna pick your own music. We got the combo medium and loved it!

Google
I ordered a cheese pizza, and it wasn’t as good as I had hoped. I was also surprised by the positive reviews, as it seemed like a bargain. I suppose you get what you pay for.

Joshua A.

Google
Solid pizza place. Excellent pizza, and buffalo wings at pizza places are often hit-or-miss, but these hit. They are just a little small, so order a couple.

Lupita Martínez

Google
It is one of the best pizzas that I ever try in San Jose. We ordered a pepperoni and mushrooms pizza, it was crispy and its sauce so tasty. The service was good and kind. Also, it has the option to take out and dine in. I totally recommend this place.

Jose Torres

Google
A San Jose pizza staple for my family. We’ve been coming here for over 20 years and it’s worth it every time. It has been a couple years since I’ve been back but coming back was so nostalgic and the pizza was so good!

Alexyz Sanchez

Google
Excellent pizza flavor Specially if Angel is there he makes the best pizza 🍕 ever This guy is the best great guy àlso 🍕🍕

Google
They have the best pizza! The people that run it are very nice. They make it to order. You can customize an order, no problem. I really love their pizza! We were there last night and had a 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 combo and as usual it was delicious. I have also had their spaghetti and meat balls which was pretty good. Their prices are very reasonable compared to most. I love Angie’s pizza!

Kymberly Schieferstein

Google
Love the Angie's Special pizza. We've been going here for over 2 decades! Best crusts!

Yelp
This place is a little hidden gem. We live pretty close to Angie's and never had it. We finally decided to try it and didn't disappoint. The prices aren't bad! Angie's special was 20 dollars and large cheese was 12. The simplicity of cheese pizza is how you know the pizza will slap and it did. The cheese was soft, chewy and had good flavor. I really liked the way they made their dough. A mix between crunchy and chewy. Check out Angie's !

Yelp
My first impression wasn't great: it was difficult to communicate with some staff (maybe they were more proficient in Spanish?), and my takeout pizza took about 20 minutes longer than promised. That said, the pizza itself redeemed the experience. I held off on posting until after I ate it, and I'm glad I did. A simple pepperoni and mushroom pizza turned out to be flavorful, with a surprisingly decent crust. Not on par with deep dish, but honestly, what is? Not to mention: the price was great too...although I didn't realize they charged me $3 for a credit card fee. Still, $26 for a large pizza (including the fee) was not bad, and cheaper than deep dish.

Yelp
Ordered takeout from here tonight with the family and we were all pleasantly surprised! A small little shop tucked away we weren't sure what to expect, but our pizza was ready right on time from when we called! We got a half combo, half mushroom olive pizza. The flavor of the sauce was really good and we liked the nice thin crust. It was very crispy, not soggy at all. The combo didn't have a ton of meat on it, but it was still good, but we agreed the mushroom olive was the better of the two. The interior space of the restaurant seemed very clean, but since we got takeout, we didn't get to really experience it. The staff members inside were super nice!
google avatar

Mariana D.

Yelp
Order was ready in 20 minutes for pickup. Pizza was fresh, dough was perfectly crispy, and don't even get me started on the cheese! Definitely going to be a place we frequently visit!

Ralph Louie P.

Yelp
Pizza is well made. Not oily. Balance flavor. Good price too. We ate it all even the crust. Service is fast as well. Clean place too.

Yelp
Don't waste your time, I went there on a Friday and it was closed. I wasted my time driving there based on yelp ot should be open.

Maria G.

Yelp
Small family owned pizza place, Love their pizza and the friendly service. We ordered the combo and pepperoni pizza fresh and delicious!! Definitely going back

Yelp
I want to thank my friend Dom for introducing this place to me and my family. It was in the 1990s when we were introduced to this place. If you lived in Los Gatos and grew up eating stuft pizza, this place was the best hidden gem to take over the reigns. I've been going here for 30+ years and nothing can beat a father/son private owned pizzeria. Definitely glad they're still here and hope for many years to come. Especially for my kids to experience it!

Matt A.

Yelp
Surprisingly very good! The place looked a little beat up and the guy behind the counter was a little distant but definitely the worth the drive!

Yelp
09/28/23 2:00pm Thursday. Spent the late morning up the street at Winchester mystery house. Hungry and yelping pizza near us. This place got great reviews. They weren't wrong. Located in a strip center. Unassuming place. Walk in order at counter about 10 minutes later or pizza comes outs piping hot. Like burn my mouth because you eat with your eyes first hot. So I burned my mouth but damn it was worth it!! The crust like a beautiful French bread, crispy, hot and just the perfect amount of dense esa. The sauce perfectly balanced red sauce not to many herbs so not overpowering. The veggies and meat tasty and fresh. Nice big mushrooms. The cheese oh yes, no skipping o the cheese here. Best pizza this side of NY for me!! Quick service at counter, genuinely happy to have us here!

Yelp
This place is so good! My patient kept raving about going whenever he's in town and after 2 years I finally caved and tried it out. Their 'small' pizza is actually the biggest and their pizza sauce is amazing. The vibe is definitely 'old school'-like and i love it! I got the Angies pizza and combination- and they were delish! I also got a piece of lasagna that was decent, but their cannelloni was the best thing I've ever tasted out of the whole take-out order. They also give you a big chunk of garlic bread and I dipped it in the generous sauce from the cannelloni! Will definitely be coming here more in the future!
google avatar

Linda H.

Yelp
The cannelloni is so delicious. Always amazing. Huge portion, quality ingredients. Wine carafe is a great price. Workers are friendly and welcoming. I'd eat here every day if I lived closer!

Yelp
This is the place. The sign on the door says they have been here since 1962 and the prices reflect that as does the ambience. I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE! From the excellent pizza and salad (one of the best pies I've ever had I recommend the Angie's special) to the hard working staff. Best hole in the wall I've discovered in a long time. If you are looking to escape the Silicon Valley vibe - this is the place for you.

Yelp
This place is rated 4.5 stars? Must be based on the value, which I admit is high. Medium two-topping pizza, spaghetti w meatballs and garlic bread, plus a pitcher of soda cost $31. We liked the cripsy, airy crust and amount of cheese. It's likely the sauciest pizza outside of Paxti's, which was a plus for me and a minus for her. However, the spaghetti was overcooked (expected from most non-Italian places), so I ate a few bites and left it behind, not bothering with a doggie bag. I ate the two meatballs. which were fine. Worse, the garlic bread is a dry mess, and I gave the few Yelpers who said it's good a Funny vote. It's like they use garlic powder or oregano instead of garlic butter. It's hard to mess up garlic bread, but this wasn't worth the calories. She had one bite, I had one piece. And, knowing me, if CSI investigated my table, they would have determined I left against my will: how else explain how I left a basket of garlic bread behind? It's a dive, pleasing locals who want pizza (which I think is great) or want a cheap "Italian" meal, which would explain the dubious 4.5 star average. As for the dining experience, the back area with the 80s video game has 16 or so chairs and posts stacked against an ugly bare wall holding a TV with tangled knot of messy cables and a few dozen construction nails that seem to be outlining an Xmas tree, next to an emergency exit. There's also an out of order jukebox and a few pieces of crooked ugly art. This place has so much potential to be a cool and returnable destination. I recommend they hire a college kid to add a mural, get some new paint, scrub the tile, maybe add some decor to disguise the bathroom. It just needs a little attention. And a litte money. Maybe they can use the money they save on the containers not requested by people with leftovers.
google avatar

David A.

Yelp
If you order a large thin crust the flavor gets hella close to NYC pie. Emphasis on flavor as the slices will be smaller. Staff is cool and friendly. Place is like a sports bar atmosphere. Has beer, games on, good menu, and good food.
google avatar

Ricardo H.

Yelp
Muy buena pizza, muy buen servicio, nada que ver como las pizzas de cadenas grandes, es la pizza como la haría en casa, seguiremos llendo siempre ahí 100% recomendada!
google avatar

JoAnn Y.

Yelp
This place has been on my list for a while because of its highly rated reviews. It's located in an older part of Campbell/San Jose. The staff greet you upon entering. The decor looks like it hasn't changed since it started. It's clean and minimal. We ordered the lasagna and a extra large pizza. The sizes are only small, medium, and extra large. They were served piping hot and fresh. It took about 30 minutes for us to get our food, so keep that in mind. Very good and glad we went a little out of our way to try it.

Yelp
As of 2 months ago I now am officially a regular here at Angie's Pizza! I just don't order pizza from any other pizzeria in Campbell, CA cos there isn't a need to. The fine folks at Angie's have pizza-making down to a science and everytime I order from here the pizza is PERFECT. I always order a Medium Pepperoni/ Mushroom pizza and I can't say in enough good things about it. Quality ingredients, great taste, consistent baking and a reasonable price to boot... Those are all the things that keep coming back to Angie's when I'm in the mood for pizza! Thank You Angie's crew for always being there and please don't EVER change!

Yelp
my favorite pizza spot since I was 15 now 22. I love the fluffy crust(its always crisp and never burnt) sauce and cheese taste great its perfect for me. They always have the order taken correctly, everyone who works here is friendly and respectful!! A lot of people come here so I recommend ordering over the phone ahead of time and just pick up your food. Very nice dine in experience as well I like to come and eat here too sometimes good to switch it up. The prices are great as well, really easily love this place. They have garlic bread and lasagna too give that a try:)

Cheyenne N.

Yelp
Great food. Been coming here since high school. Campbell High class of 1974. Owners changed but recipe is the original thing you remember. Might be good to call ahead, it's worth the wait. Closed Tuesday ?
google avatar

John C.

Yelp
Pizza is consistent and delicious. Reminiscent of my visit to New Haven. Home of the best pizza in the USA. Can't recommend both enough.
google avatar

Marc M.

Yelp
Not a bad place, but it's just not worth the average 4.5 star reviews here on Yelp. While the pizza came with an abundance of toppings, it's not made with an authentic pizza crust. Instead, it's a spongy bread, and not dense like it should be. As this low-priced simple place caters to the working class, expectations are low, hence, the above average ratings.

Neil S.

Yelp
Pizza is 5/5. Lasagna is 4/5. Been here twice. 1st experience was great and a 5. 2nd experience was a 4. Tried asking questions and the person answering the phone said they were new and couldn't help and couldn't get anyone to help. Overall a solid place and they make great pizza. I will be back for the pizza but not the other items.
google avatar

Yelp
I was looking for personal/mini pizza because my toddler requested a "silly face" pizza! I called to place an order and the young gentleman that answered the call was very kind and i asked if they're able to make a mini pizza with a happy face & he said he'll try and I was SOOO glad he was able to do this special request! It was our first time @ Angie's. Upon arrival for my toddler's pizza, we were nicely greeted. The young man that took our order was very kind and attentive. I thanked him once again for being able to make a smiley face on the pizza and he mentioned he tried. It seemed like he hoped she likes, so I went ahead and showed her the pizza prior to leaving and she said "YAYYY! It's a silly face pizza" (-: my daughter was so excited to eat it and REALLY enjoyed it! We named him "Jack! Silly Face pizza" since baby said he looks like Jack (from nightmare before christmas) We will definitely be coming back!!
google avatar

Christina R.

Yelp
My family's been going there for 25 years. They're so friendly, quick and very inexpensive for the quality of food they make. Never have I ever been disappointed with an order. They nail it every time. I moved to Gilroy from Campbell a couple of years ago and miss being able to go there as often as I used to. LOVE their thin crust pepperoni pizza so much. It's hands down the best pizza in town. As long as they remain open, I will forever be a returning customer.

Yelp
June 4th review: "Angie's Pizza" Veal Scallopppini {$12.50} [Veal tastes ok; breaded - too chewy, not much sauce, meh ] "Garlic Bread" [mediocre, bland, virtually zero flavor] Large pitcher of Barq's Root Beer [mostly ice cubes, hardly any RB] 1. Only one solitary person working behind the counter (unless they had more hidden somewhere we neither saw nor heard) 2. The 1993 arcade game 'Raiden 2' stole my friend's quarters and refused to play. 3. The table in the booth we sat at was not as long as the bench and wasn't bolted. 4. The jukebox attached to the wall, while cool looking, charges too much for songs (2 credits a song - you only get 3 credits per dollar ). A side note: it had many songs by Tennessee Ernie Ford, a popular singer from the 1950s yet one of his most famous songs, "Shenandoah", it lacked! 5. The dish we ordered, the Veal Scallopppini, was too chewy, bland tasting, had very little sauce on it, hardly any mushrooms (observing the three plates brought to my friends and me, only one of those plates had a "generous" serving of mushrooms and veal, the other two were mostly cooked spaghetti with a blop of what appeared to be Ragu or Prego dropped on top. These cost $12.50 each and were overpriced comparable to the quality. $5 to $8 would have been more realistic considering how meh this dish was. The veal should be much better than it was. 6. The garlic bread had virtually zero flavor and is in my opinion mediocre. It NEEDS garlic butter instead of the strange powder on it. Never imagined it was possible to screw up making garlic bread but this place managed to do that! 7. What passes for a "large" pitcher - here's the thing. When you order a large pitcher, you expect one that's LARGE, like say, what you might get at Round Table. When the supposed large pitcher arrived at our table, it was rather small, about what I'd expect to see at a kindergarten children's pizza party, not at a table for three fully grown men. Attached are photos of this "large" pitcher so you can decide if it's the size they claim or not.. - the contents of the "large" pitcher were about 50% ice and the rest was soda . Make sure to ask for LIGHT ice when you order this! I certainly hope the pizza here is good cause this experience turned me off to this place. Maybe it was better before the original management stopped running things decades ago? I recommend you go in, try what I ordered and find out for yourself. If you don't agree with my opinion, feel free to comment under this review..

Yelp
Amazing pizza at a crazy affordable price for this area. It's a mom and pop place and walking in even with SIP I would love to just hang out there, old arcade games, old school seating and such made me feel like how I did when I was young and it was a treat going to eat out at a pizza place. Only 1 guy was there but he was super friendly and multitasked like a champ. The pizza crust is undeniably delicious. It was my first time there so I am excited to try different combos in the future. The spaghetti I got was lacking flavor but nothing extra cheese didn't fix.

Mike G.

Yelp
Great pizza from the family owned restaurant. Passed by for decades. Would have been a go to if I still lived in area. Service was great.

L D.

Yelp
I ordered 4 different pizzas. Would definitely order from here again. Positives: * pizza has good flavor, the crust is thick and tasty * the price is right * location are both easy to park and get in/out of * service is friendly and quick * arcade games in the back Wish they opened a little earlier than noon. Also would have loved a pesto, artichoke and sun dried tomato pizza which they did not have. This is probably not the right place to go to for fancy pizza like that. This is more of a family friendly go to for the classic flavors. Also wish they had given me chili peppers with my take out order.

Don P.

Yelp
Can't get enough. My go to place for Pizza. My grandkids also love this place. Excellent service as well.

H M.

Yelp
I have been looking for a good pie ever since we lost Leftie's in Campbell. FINALLY!!! Excellent pepperoni pizza. Ordered it crispy. It was DELICIOUS! The last couple slices reheated perfectly. My search is over. The guys in there are super nice too. GO!!!!!

Lizzy D.

Yelp
Food and service are amazing!! Moved here 3 years ago and am finding out that I am not alone with loving their food as parking can be difficult some days.
google avatar

Marc C.

Yelp
I've been eating Angie's pizza since before he had his own restaurant. Really since Angie was a cook for Giovanni. The Angie's Special is my favorite pizza. Very "bready" and loaded with toppings! The mix of the ingredients works well together. (It's even better the next day warmed in the oven!) My advice is don't judge abook by the cover. Yes the restaurant is dated. But that is because they choose to focus on the food and not on the decor.
google avatar

Deno A.

Yelp
Wow. It's your typical old school cafe vibe. Dart board, arcades, and a friendly staff with great prices on delicious pizza. One thing to note it is in a bit of a questionable neighborhood but the food and people are great
google avatar

Vanessa R.

Yelp
Everything about the pizza is so good!! The sauce is perfect, crust is crunchy , veggies are fresh. I'm coming back
google avatar

Mali L.

Yelp
Welcoming environment, Best service, Friendly People, Affordable price, Amazing Pizza !
google avatar

Angie D.

Yelp
The pizza is AWESOME! I called it in for pickup and it was ready in 15mins. We ordered 2 mediums; one cheese and one black olive and mushroom. Both were perfectly sauced. The crust is light, airy and perfectly crisp. We reheated the next day in a pan on the stove and that beautiful crust became even more delicious somehow. We'll be back for more and often.
google avatar

David B.

Yelp
This place has very cheap meal prices Cheap beer at $2.50 for modello beer Full meal with soda and beer at $14 Good prices Save time order your meal on phone 30min ahead .
google avatar

Michelle H.

Yelp
I have been coming here for almost 50 years. The guys who worked here purchased it from the original owner and things have always stayed the same. Angie's special has always been our favorite. We have moved away, but my husband will be in town and will be bringing me two large Angie's specials. Unfortunately my sister says that recently things have not been good. Very inconsistent. Please maintain the quality and service. That is what works and has kept Customers like us coming back for years!!!
google avatar

Roger H.

Yelp
I am not sure why this review thing popped up with a fake review, but obviously, I would need to write my OWN review, Yelp! Having said that, this pizza place doesn't look like much, but the pizza is very high quality, especially for the money. I don't think you can get pizza in this price range that is more flavorful and perfectly cooked. It's nothing super special, but a pizza is defined by the sum of its parts - the crust, the sauce, the spread out of the ingredients, and, of course, the cooking evenness and completeness. These guys are hitting on all cylinders, and it makes for a very good pizza for not a lot of money.

Matthew B.

Yelp
Good pizza at a price point that makes you think it is 1990. Truly great value. So glad to have found this place. It's an interesting style of dough too. It's very crispy and fairly light. It's not a standard American pie and it's definitely not a traditional Neapolitan either. It lives somewhere in the middle and it is pretty darn tasty. And for the price, it is incredible. Well done!
google avatar

Nicole D.

Yelp
I admit, by looking at the outside of this place, you don't know what you will get. It's actually one of my favorite pizza places in the area. Nothing fancy. Just solid, affordable pizza with great crust. I pick up the pizza and when I get home 10 min later, it's still hot and the crust is still crunchy. It reminds me of my hometown/childhood pizzeria.

Gaby O.

Yelp
This review is looooong overdue.. I've been coming to Angie's since I was a kid with my family, so maybe over 15 years now and we always order the same items: an xl pepperoni and xl combination pizza. They NEVER disappoint. The pizza is amazing every time and my parents who are the pickiest eaters always enjoy their combination pizza with a boatload of toppings. I can't find a better pizza anywhere, they don't skimp on the cheese, meat, or veggies and the crust is crispy and bread like and just perfect!! We ordered an xl veggie pizza to go today, asked for extra olives and they didn't skimp on the olives of course and it was as delicious as usual. Thank you Angies!!
google avatar

Tony B.

Yelp
Meatballs are good sauce is very good. Customer service excellent. Pizza in my eyes just average. Reading all the reviews I hoped for better. I'm a NJ raised guy and hold high standards with pizza. I'm more a fan of flour bottoms as opposed to semolina bottoms. I also wished they put more sauce on pizza. My opinion only.
google avatar

Mike M.

Yelp
Love love love this place. However, the last time we picked up our pizza, the guy ran my credit card and then without gloves and without washing his hands, proceeded to cut my pizza and box it and then hand me back my card. I would think, especially right now gloves or at least a hand wash would be necessary. The pizza was great and none of us were sick, but with the hundreds, if not thousands of hands that have touched my card, I would think it makes sense to be cautious:

Mary N.

Yelp
Love this place! Closest I've found to the pizza I get in upstate New York. Reasonably priced too.
google avatar

Jennifer G.

Yelp
I'd like to start off by saying, if you live in the neighborhood and are looking for an inexpensive belly filling meal, hit up Angie's. However, if you are looking for an Italian cuisine establishment, or really good pizza, I don't recommend this restaurant. Though the menu has a mixture of pastas and pizzas on the menu, none of the pasta is available vegetarian. There is only one sauce and it is a marinara with meat. The only red sauce without meat is the one for the pizzas. The pizzas are baked with sauce and cheese, and toppings added on top, AFTER it is cooked. The variety of options is very limited to basics as well. The interior is clean, but not up to date. I felt as though I was back in the 70's a bit, which is great if you are needing to drown in beer and cheap pizza. However, I was really hoping the reviews were more accurate to what the offerings were, and this time I was really truly let down by yelp reviews. I wish the restaurant well, but I will never be back and if you are used to Paxti's, Pizza My Heart, Blaze Fast Fired Pizza or even Rosie's on the Alameda....you won't find anything to even compare with this place. All the other options are better, even on a bad day. I had high hopes, but the kind smile from the owners can't change poor quality food. :(
google avatar

Sam S.

Yelp
Been going here since I was a little kid and I absolutely love this place! Friendly staff and you can order ahead on the phone and they have your order ready fairly quickly. I recommend trying the Chicken Sandwich and Pasta Alfredo, the combination pizza is super good too! 10/10!
google avatar

Yelp
We live about 5 minutes from Angie's so we're here a lottt. The pizza is consistently good, and it's unbeatable for the price point. The only thing is time to make the pizza ranges considerably. We often end up waiting, but it's so worth it.
