Great pizza, great service, great vibe. Highly recommend! 🍕✨ This place is honestly one of the best pizza spots in Nova. It’s perfect for a quick grab and go after having a drink at a nearby bar, and the pizza never disappoints. The crust is thin and super crispy, and they’re really generous with the toppings. Every slice feels loaded. But the best part was the owner’s kindness. He welcomed me with a big smile and even let me try the Margherita pizza he highly recommends. He made my day and It was amazing!👍

Best NY slice pizzeria in the NOVA area. Wished I'd found this place sooner! 20" pizza made fresh and executed to perfection. The crust has the perfect chew, the ideal crisp when fresh out of the oven. The vodka pie is incredible, I'd call it an incredible stepped up margarita and if you add sausage it's even better. Not fussy, seating feels like a proper slice joint. Grab, eat and go. But it is a pizzeria that nails its job, PIZZA. Get the pizza and eat it in the car (at least the first slice), or take it and finish at home. Forget Wiseguys or We The Pizza, or any other places. This best little pizza place needs to be known far and wide as the king of the slice and even more so for itsfresh whole pies. Angolino Pizza...hands down...deserves to be higher rated than 4.5. Pizza done right.

Kind of small pizza place. Outside seating available. Gets packed at around 11pm on a weekend due to college students partying and clubbing at the Claredon or Spyder Kellys.

I visited the DC area with a few buddies to celebrate the recent inauguration, and the Airbnb we rented was right around the corner from Angolino’s. We were walking home the first night we were there and decided to swing in. Since we are all from the Dayton, OH area, we don’t get the chance to try many pizza by the slice spots. I tried a slice of meat lovers and a slice of margarita and I was hooked. Best pizza I’ve ever had in my 40 years. ZERO FLOP. Perfect crust, great sauce, excellent toppings. We went back twice a day for the next 3 days it was so good. By the second night we got to know the owner a little bit. He is a hard working family man that is very passionate about what he does. Cannot recommend this pizza enough. I even had the Hawaiian pizza, it was amazing as well. This will be the first place I go when I visit the DC area again. I wish there was an Angolino’s a little closer to me!

Don't usually leave reviews but this place is a must visit for anyone in the area. They have great prices and amazing pizza. Pretty tough to beat for the general area. But that's not the reason why I'm leaving this review - the owner and staff are top notch. They are genuine people who really care about looking out for others. I frequent Angolino's whenever I'm in town and out with friends, but a month or two back, I was visiting right before close and had the opportunity to meet the owner and some of his family members. They were very genuine and had an interesting life and the owner talked about his aspirations of starting up another shop back in his hometown. They are all extremely humble and definitely earned our respect beyond just great pizza and prices. Keep up the great work and everyone should support local businesses that look out for people like this one does. Can't wait to be back!

Tight place not much seating. Food was amazing and big slices , a little pricey since I ordered separately but saw their slice prices after I had bought everything separate. Good taste tho friendly cashier. Humid and hot inside.

My friends and I stopped by Angolino Pizza after a night out last weekend for a quick slice. It was busy but not too cramped despite the shop being small. The cashier, Thalia, was hilarious and actually gave us a memorable interaction worth coming back for - something that always makes a business stand out for me. Me and my group all ordered a vodka slice, and boy did it hit the spot. They were crispy with a yummy sweet sauce and just enough cheese. We sat outside at a picnic table and inhaled our food. I would definitely go back for another late night bite - try it out!

It was okay, first time ordering thin pizza pie, arrived cold so excitement was lost. Probably won't be back for cold pizza but could be door dash fault.

With the name Angolino translated from Italian for "little corner" with its cute facade, an amiable owner, and favorable reviews, expectations were admittedly high but having had many New York slices and using the local Andy's as my benchmark, my experience was rather unmemorable. With a cheese slice, it really comes down to just cheese, sauce, and crust. If I was craving a slice in New York at midnight, this slice would definitely hit the spot, but I'm not sure if I would want to pay more than $5 and it's definitely not destination worthy if I didn't live nearby. I think for its location in an area with an active nightlife and the casual by the slice service, I will say it's 3.5 stars with a half star bump.

Wait how have I never tried the pizza here??? Being a new Yorker I'm completely sold on their slices. More legit than Andy's or wise guys. Got 2 slices for $8 - one cheese, and one margarita. Both were so good!!! All I can say is I wish the slices were bigger. But still the best deal in the area for a new York slice. Didn't even take a pic before I inhaled it on their outdoor bench with my dog getting the occasional crust.

Fahid and his staff were amazing and the pizza was GREAT!! Highly recommended!!! I really enjoyed the staff and we had a chance to meet the owner, Fahid and he was VERY kind!

Maybe I hit them on an off night. Saw amazing ratings and had been anticipating a visit and wanted to try myself before I plunged into a full meal with my family. Pizza- got a slice of sausage and it didn't have a lot of sausage or flavor. Didn't seem to be warmed up before it was moved from the display to the single serve box. Cheesesteak- if you have ever had a real Philly (or close suburbs) steak, this isn't the place for you. When the $13 offering came in a small styrofoam container I had a feeling it would be like the cheesesteaks you get from multitude of mediocre delis in DC that specialize in average cold cut sandwiches for office workers. Confirmed. Steak had no onions to speak of and not a lot of meat or cheese, but it did have diced pepperocinis in it which was unexpected and just not welcome. The stem of one made it into the sandwich. Service was pleasant and fast, but I will stick to the Italian Store for pizza and keep looking for a decent cheesesteak in the DMV.

Small shop to grab pizza. Also had the pleasure of trying the Philly cheesesteak. Both were super well done. My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal here.

My sister lives in the neighborhood nearby, and I needed a snack without going through her fridge. I got a slice of meat lover's and the garlic knots and it came out to $14! The small slice alone was $6.99. I get that it was a busy Saturday night, but if I come in at 10pm obviously the sober one, why don't I get the price listed on the board? The pizza was extremely mediocre, could barely notice the dough and even the sauce had not much going on. The texture was non-existent. The garlic knots were slightly better, but had probably been sitting out for awhile. The sauce with them showed what was wrong with the pizza, liquid nothingness. What's with the good ratings?

Was looking to grab some pizza in the area this day and came across this place on Yelp. I haven't had some good NY style pizza since I went to NYC and was interested and when I tell you it was good. I definitely will be coming back here again You can get a whole pizza or by the slice I opted for the whole pizza because I was hungry Service was quick I mean i didn't call ahead but i bet if you did you wouldn't have to wait long. I believe it was like a 10-15 min wait which isn't bad at all. There is some seating against the wall and a table outside but this is more of a grab and go thing.

Soooo good undefeatedly the best takeout pizza in the northeast arlington area! That crust is cooked to perfection (can hold up slice without any drooping), toppings are delish, and you really can't go wrong here!

Best pizza in Nova. Fast service. Authentic NYC style pizza. Couldn't find a better place if you tried. The owner and management is friendly too.

Corner pizzeria reminiscent of the places in New York where I grew up. The pizza is spot on as well. Thin, crispy with great sauce.

This pizza is incredible. The pizza crust is on the thinner side, so just be aware of that if you plan on heading into this place. The service is quick and a great spot for late night eats!

We came in to order a pizza on Saturday night. The girl who took our order literally said nothing, didn't even tell us how long our pizza would take. We waited probably 30 min in the store. Pizza was great! Just wish the service was a bit better.

Walked by this place probably like a million times but never stopped by until recently. Man what missed opportunity. It's a no frills pizza place whose hours cater to the late night crowd in Clarendon and man I'd be so happy for one of these slices after a night out. The bottom is crunchy and delightful and the sauce is more flavorful than I was expecting. I thought this would just be a normal crappy pizza place but man it's tough not to want a slice every time I walk by now. Maybe I just caught em on a good day but will definitely be swinging by any time I just want a slice or 2.

I have walked past this place hundreds of times. And I'm not sure why, but my curiosity got the best of me and I grabbed a slice of cheese. It's really good pizza! It's thin and crispy and doesn't flop! If you are in a rush you can be in and out in 2 minutes this was perfect for that! The outside and ambience and even the pizza itself isn't compelling in pictures but don't be fooled and give it a shot! Some of the better pizzas in the Arlington area for me!

Stay away! Place is expensive and a ripoff. The worst pizza and customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered this pizza below, the pictures speak for themselves in terms of the quality, it was inedible and I threw it away. I called the owner and told him about it, I sent him photos at his request as I said I want a refund. He then called me for the next 3 days promising me a refund, never happened!!! The 3rd time he called me Sunday 9AM and debated with me and asked what was wrong with the pizza and argued with me. He is not a man of his word! Take your business elsewhere, there are much better places nearby!

Awesome New York style pizza!! I had it delivered through a service several times. They completely nail the New York crust. For delivery you can get three slices for $9 and change, which is a great price . I've tried the cheese, the margherita and the pepperoni, all solid, flavorful and delish. The sauce and the cheese they use is excellent, the price is right. Definitely check this place out

Returned for the second night in a row and got a margarita pizza. Hands down best late night pizza spot in the area. Owner was super kind to allow me to use the bathroom in an emergency Always a good time at Angolinos 10/10 would recommend.

Best NY style pizza I have had outside of NYC! It was very delicious. My only complaint was it was a little cold when it got to me but I blame the delivery service not the restaurant. I tried to order another one the day after I had some for the first time and they were closed . I would definitely eat here again when I come back to the VA/DC area.

I was very disappointed when Goodys closed because they were my go to pizza-by-the-slice place in Clarendon. But I think this is a great replacement! The slices are a little more expensive but I think it's definitely worth it. The pizza was thin with a nice crust and wasn't too greasy. My personal opinion is it's better than Bronx Pizza. I definitely want to come back and try the sandwiches because they claim to be made on homemade bread!

Just go. It's amazing. I work in the area and have been trying to get to this place for a while now for lunch. Today was the day and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. I got the pepperoni, fresh out of the oven, crispy edges on the meat but not on the pie crust. The crust was thin and crispy in middle with a delicious fluff finish. My coworker got the mushroom white pizza and she loved it. Thanks Fred! See you next week!

Great NY style pizza! Really the best in the city and probably outside NYC itself. Came for lunch today, and really loved the thin, crispy crust, great sauce, and a good balance between the 3 main ingredients. You need to go here now!!

Legit will charge you a million $$$$$$$$$ for a dry pizza that tastes like shit. Also were so rude. Ridiculous price for what you get. They scam you on purpose because they know it's close to downtown.

On the menu hanging above the cash register it says 25 for a pizza, but since it's a Friday they will try to charge you $80 for a personal pizza as each slice is $10 and there are 8 slices hahahah

Pizza was really good. Had a pepperoni, a cheese and veggie. Loved by all. Veggie was super delicious with the green olives and arugula being the stand outs in addition to the other ingredients.

I have never had good NY pizza in the DMV in the 24 years I have lived here until I walked into Angolino's Pizza for lunch today. I had a Pepperoni and Margherita and it was fantastic. The crust, cheese and sauce tasted just like NY. I can't wait to go back.

Believe it or not.....they have the best philly cheesesteak in the DC area I believe... And I've been here since shorty was cooking at Mario's......

Excellent pizza! We ordered a veggie pizza and a pepperoni pizza and both were delicious. Angolino's reminds me of Vace in Cleveland Park. We'll be ordering from here when we need a little more pizza--the pies are bigger than our other local favorite, Pupatella.

I'm from Los Angeles and have had trouble finding good pizza in DC or Arlington. ANGOLINOS here in Clarendon serves the BEST PIZZA IN TOWN by far!! Check em out!!¡

Perfect spot to grab a slice of pizza in Arlington - it's right across from the Clarendon metro. The pizza was delicious and heated up quickly.
