Angry Chickz - Brentwood

Demetrio was a very good worker. His customer service was 20 stars out of 10. I highly recommend looking into giving this man a raise. He made sure I was welcomed and satisfied with my food. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Update: Went in at 9pm and was greeted by Sierra. She took our order and the food was hot and delicious. Thank you to the people in the back too. It’s always nice to get some hot fresh food after a long day. Finally, I tried this place, there was no wait, but others were waiting for food already ordered. Ordered the #1 combo and loaded mac $31.54. Both medium heat, which was not really hot but did have some heat. Chicken gets its heat from dry rub. Wish they came on hotdog buns since it's a chicken strip on a hamburger bun. So you get half a bun with a bunch with coleslaw. Everything was cooked, good and hot. Mac and cheese had good flavor but not as cheesy, and noodles weren't soggy like KFC is. Portions are decent and will fill you up. It's better than KFC sandwiches, and the fries are similar. However, paying 16 dollars for 2 chicken strips on some buns and basic fries is crazy expensive. I'll save my money and get a bag of strips at the store for $7. Add some hot sauce and call it a day.

Heat chicken sandwiches and bowls. I got a sandwich with the hot seasoning. It was some good heat. The server said they use ghost pepper - you could tell! The mac&chrese bowl with fries was great too.

We went and order sliders, we ask for coleslaw on the side, since it was to go. They didn't gives us any. The food is not great that sandwich or sliders are poorly done. Nothing except two slice pickles, awful. Never again. You trust they fallow instructions. Dissapointed

Nothing much to this place fried chicken and some interesting bowls with Mac and cheese, the food doesn’t disappoint consistent and solid all the time service also not much to it order at counter sit and grab your food when called. I gave the atmosphere a 2 star because the place looks dirty, tables usually not being wiped, floor looks unkept not much mopping going on it seems and the restroom is generally pretty dirty (men’s room) overall value is a good price range.

OK, this is my second visit and now I can do a review. I came here for lunch on a Thursday afternoon. Last time I ordered the Hangry bowl hot and while it was super good, it was way too hot for me. Usually when you order spicy food at places it's not really spicy at all so that's why I went straight for the hot. But man, it was way too hot for me. I could eat about a third of it so if you can't eat spicy, do medium or mild. Today I got the medium hot and it was perfect! This is what a KFC famous bowl should be.

Angry chicks 4 other employees around the cash wrap but only one working the register. All just chatting and not greeting customers. Cashier was nice and helpful. Cash wrap area is a nightmare of bad design. Bathroom is dirty. Trash is overflowing. $7.61 for just a sandwich and water. Combos are all over $13 each. Three TVs in the dining area. Windows are dirty. You’re asked for a tip at the point of sale but no service is provided. You have to get your own condiments, drinks, and napkins. There’s a back door also used as a supply loading dock. That being said … the slider sandwich was amazing. Tasty, good crispy breading, not too spicy, surprisingly juicy… it took my tongue to flavortown.

Whether you’re dining in or taking out, the food is consistently freaking delicious. Super basic (but clean!) inside. Quick and easy pickup. And I got a new friend hooked 😆

Angry Chickz, y'all are wild. I thought I could handle the heat--been a spice lover my whole life--but that X-Hot had me questioning my life choices. Didn't even realize y'all snuck Scorpion peppers in there until I was halfway through the bowl and sweating like a sinner in church. Now I've got this bowl sitting in my fridge, and I'm rationing it like it's nuclear-grade fuel. A few bites a day is all I can handle unless I want my toilet to file for a restraining order. As for your Angry level with the Carolina Reaper? Nah, I'm good. Y'all can keep that chaos for someone with nothing left to lose.

We've never had a bad experience here. Maybe a few minor mistakes but nothing that would make us not want to come back. The Angry Mac is a favorite at our house. When we do come here, we always order to-go and bring it back home. A few times, they put the wrong spice level on our chicken, but it's not the biggest mistake in the world. The food is always good and consistent, and it's close by to a lot of places where we run our errands so it's a convenient dinner option for us. Employees are always nice and friendly. No complaints.

Chicken and fries are sooo good. I regret getting the x-hot because that is SPICY. If you like spice and can tolerate it, you can try their top spicy level and they make you sign a waiver. Service was quick and food came out within a few minutes of ordering

I wanted to try a new restaurant with my don. This is in a shopping center that has plenty of parking. The place is nice and open. We ordered a number 1 it's two chicken sandwiches you can get both different flavors with fries. The total cost was $16 but I was surprised it didn't come with a drink. We didn't wait to long service was really fast. We did get our order to go and the cook took it all the way to our table. The chicken was really good it was perfectly cooked and flavors were on point. The fries were crunchy and seasoned. This is a great meal for two . Overall good experience i just wish it came with a drink.

The chicken and fries are actually really good. My mistake was ordering a bowl because there isn't a way to order exactly what you want so I was already foregoing the slaw in my order, and then was disappointed when the Mac was bland. The store itself was full of families having a good time, but I did notice a spill on the floor that wasn't cleaned up the entire time I stayed. Not a great first impression, but I'd give it a second chance.

A solid chicken sandwich, nice flavor and the slaw and pickles work well with the level of spice. I would like to see the chicken make it through to the end of the sandwich. Last few bites were just sauce and slaw. The staff was super friendly, shout out to Amir for explaining the menu and helping to customize my sandwich. I'll be back for one of their bowls next time.

Everyone loves this place so I decided to try it out. I even tried it twice, and I still think Hot Boys is better. Combo #1: two sliders and fries Sliders might be an understatement, these are definitely full sandos. Comes with slaw and a long piece of chicken to the spiciness level of your choice. I went with Medium. It wasn't spicy for me, but I'm usually good with spicy. The fries were pretty good, especially with the sauce that comes with it. Combo #4: two tenders with rice The rice was buttery, which is not what I wanted or expected, but I guess they didn't want plain white rice on the menu. Loaded fries It was ok...too pickle heavy, and the slaw just made everything real soggy. I got this one at the Hot level (which also has to come with a ghost pepper warning), but the spice was cut by the slaw. Definitely not worth it imo, just get the guap fries from Hot Boyz. The bathroom kinda sucked. Two stalls in the women's restroom, one ran out of toilet seat covers, the other one didn't even have the holder for toilet seat covers, so they were just on the floor. When you rip the paper towels out of the dispenser, the dispenser itself swings outwards, away from the wall.

Food was good staff was nice wish they would offer more sides for the dishes and the food is pretty sharable.

Alright guys! I've been to other chicken spots and gone for their top spice and Xtra spice but Angry Chickz is a different kind of spicy!! BE AWARE!!! Signed the waiver for the Angry (top heat) & expected it to be extremely hot. I didn't however expect the Xtra hot to be as spicy as it was & couldn't eat the mac bowl after a few bites which speaks volumes coming from a spice lover who prefers everything extra spicy. Even the hot has a pretty good kick & I stopped to break half way through. If you want to enjoy your food, be mindful. Hot IS hot and anything above that, is in my opinion not enjoyable. It's just extreme spice without flavor at that point. Food is good though and staff is extremely friendly! I will go back, but I won't be ordering anything above hot again. Lol!

Be prepared for gigantic portions! I highly recommend the Angry Mac with mild spice. The mac and cheese was creamy, gooey, and made my tummy dance. Be warned, mild spice does pack a punch. What I didn't realize was underneath the mac and cheese were two chicken tenders and a pile of fries--that instantly brought a smile to my face so I made room for more food in my stomach. I can't wait to come back and chow down on this comfort food again!

Price. WOW! Way over priced for a fast food restaurant especially in this economy. $13-$16.00 is ridiculous plus $2.50 extra for a drink !!!!! Insane. There's better choices. It takes a long time for the food to be ready as well. Service is ..... don't expect a thank you or eye contact. Smiles out of the question. The cashier also rubbed sauce on my container because I did not tip. I don't tip fast food restaurants and I won't unless they really work for it. A tip is earned NOT entitlement. (I don't tip before I receive my food, ever.) I won't be back. Good luck with all that. Angry is right.

My family and I have been here two times. The "Country" has no spice and the "Mild" has a cayenne powder flavor profile in the spice. The Hangry Fix comes with 1 chicken strip but TONS of rice - we split the mac & cheese / cole slaw / rice up between 3 people and just ordered a few extra chicken strips on the side for the other people. The chicken is good quality but the crust is not as crispy as other chains like Raising Cane's or Popeye's. My husband got the combo # 3 which has a chicken strip, fries, slider, and a thick sliced piece of bread. The bread is thick like Texas toast, but it doesn't have any garlic butter or anything on it. The fries were good too but nothing amazing enough to jelly my jam. We went on a weekday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all. Service was good - they were polite and acknowledged my husband immediately. They got crackin on the order right away too. We all definitely liked it and will come back when we're in the mood for something spicy. I just wish they had true Texas toast with garlic butter spread!

The best thing about Angry Chickz may just be their fries... Food: ordered two chicken strips and fries. Ordered the medium spice level after the cashier dissuaded me from getting the level above it. She said the level I initially wanted is made with ghost pepper and can't be exchanged if I don't like. I went with her suggestion and was disappointed. The chicken had barely any spice to it and the worst part was the chicken wasn't crunchy. I've never had soft fried chicken before... the tenders came on a piece Of white bread which seemed super random. I literally threw it away. Now the fries however were bomb. I ordered to go so didn't sit and mingle at all. Overall I would only come back for fries. I just didn't like the texture of the chicken to try it again at a higher spice level.

This place has been our favorite from the time it's opened we always go for Combo #1 (mild) along with a side of tender (mild). We are obsessed with their secret sauce!!! So far we have tried many places but nothing comes closer to their moist , crispy, flavorful tender chicken. This time I wanted to try their Angry Mac being craving for Mac & Cheese for along time....it's been over 5 yrs since I had Mac & Cheese....so thought it's about time!!! It comes with 2 chopped tenders with fries , Mac & Cheese & secret sauce for -$13. It's a nice generous portion to share or if ur crazy hungry u can satisfy ur hunger with the whole bowl too... wish I was able to like in my 20's.... I took first bite & I was hooked ....silky smooth & gooey perfect seasoning & went very well with the fries & chicken tenders... amazing!!! Can't wait to have it again maybe I will wait for winter it would be perfect.... Since I can't eat whole bowl I had only one fourth & kept remaining for later.... I also ordered combo #2 - two hot chicken tenders with white bread , pickles & fries with seasoning- I opted for mild ... Again very juicy tenders & perfect seasoning . As always the quality & service was amazing. Our go to spot for tenders & fries .... & now Mac & Cheese too !!!

Angry Chickz neither made me angry or happy. I should have just gone to the less angry hallelujah chicken sammy place. Driving to Brentwood through the Vasco corridor I got hungry, or should I say hAngry. Typed in chicken sandwich and Angry Chickz popped up. So I decided to give them a try. The location of the restaurant is tucked way in the back of a shopping center. Like wayyyy back behind the Ross store. There is no drive-thru so if you are driving with your shoes and/or pants off, this may not be the ideal place. I walked in and asked the friendly employee what was popular. I was secretly hoping the workers would be angry and cussing me out like the hotdog place in Chicago... To my surprise, she said (nicely) the Angry Mac bowl. I looked at the bowl that consists of a heap of mac and cheese with chicken and their signature sauce and decided on a hard pass and went with the slider combo (Combo 1). I mean, with all this myocarditis going around, it seemed like the safer choice. After paying for Combo 1 with a mild hot spicy level (as I get older my anus tells me it doesn't like the burn), which consists of two large fried chicken sliders and fries, I realized it didn't come with a drink. It would have been helpful at an angrily spicy chicken joint to include the drink in the combo or have employees tell customers that drinks are not included in the combo. Like common sense right? I mean they have a waiver if you order their spiciest level. Just include the drink in the combo yo. So yes, I had to make two transactions. One for the combo and one for the $2.50 fountain drink. The system even asked me to tip for the freaking soda. Annoying. So if you get Combo 1 and a drink it will be over $20. Is the chicken good? Yes. But I kind of wished the coleslaw was offered as a side and not put in the sandwich. Bread gets soggy. However, having tried this Nashville-style hot chicken place once, I don't think I would crave them again.

Disappointing Decline in Quality I was really looking forward to revisiting Angry Chicks, but sadly, it's not what it used to be. The tables were all dirty when we arrived, and it didn't seem like anyone was planning to clean them up. When my food finally came out, the bun on the slider was broken, and the chicken was ridiculously oversized--about three times the size of the bun, making it impossible to eat comfortably. The sliders were served soggy. To top it off, they apparently no longer provide sauce unless you pay for it, but they're more than happy to give you 50 packets of honey. There were also no napkins available, which made the messy/sticky meal even worse. Overall, it was a super disappointing experience, especially considering how much better this place was when it first opened. Not sure I'll be coming back anytime soon.

Aye here the first time,food was fresh also, I got a couple medium sliders and a "Hot"Nashville Hot chicken sandwich, and it was hot hahaha I like spicy but it was too hot for me to enjoy lol (I Did eat it ) but I would recommend the medium haha. I also got the angry Mac bowl hot, yeah I learned my lesson haha never get the hot lol but it was good. I love the music they play in here too, can enjoy it while you are eating your food. Sometimes it's gets real busy but the staff works efficiently to get the orders out quickly.

Ah, Angry Chickz. Always getting the order right, always hitting the spot, always leave me wanting more. I ordered the extra hot sandwich and chicken strip. Tasty every time. I think my favorite aspect of the place is the absolutely amazing sauce for you to dip your sandwich and fries in. The extra hot flavor is very spicy and the perfect amount for this heat seeking food thrillers out there.

I got the #2 combo which was the rice with chicken, I subbed out the Mac salad for Mac and cheese. And I got it spicy! They use a ghost pepper seasoning and it was sooooo good! Definitely not for the novice spice eater. Loved the flavor though and portions was on point! Service was fast and they had a nice chill vibe inside the establishment. Make sure you know your spice tolerance before ordering just so you don't ruin your experience. I'll be back for sure

First time trying this place and mediocre at best. Nothing was terrible, but nothing was mind blowing good. Ordered two combo #1's and a side of Mac and cheese. There Mac and cheese was very mild in cheese flavor and I tasted a spice profile that seemed to be jalapeño. I think I prefer Kraft deluxe in the box over this Mac and cheese. The fries were soggy by the time they got to me. Very interesting consistency. The fries seemed soft but dense at the same time. They were probably the worst item in the meal. The chicken itself was moist and packed full of flavor. We both ordered medium spice. It was just the right amount of heat. The coleslaw was good and the pickle added the perfect salty touch. However, my bun was a little soggy too. Overall, the sandwich was the best item in the combo. The restaurant itself has an odd layout. Same as the restaurant before them. It was clean inside, but the service was a little slow. Took a while to get our order. I would give them a second try to order a different item.

Generally like this place. But the past couple of visits have seen a noticeable drop in value/quality. Most recently, they seem to have ran out of the sauce but decided not to tell me this until I got my order. Secondly, upon opening the box, both orders were very light on the fries. More so than usual. Don't n know what happened to this place but it's looking like I need to hunt for a new chicken spot.

I will never understand how large establishments like Angry Chickz continue to hire people with ZERO customer service qualities. Came in around 2pm on 10/29 to grab some lunch and Ashley (short chubby Mexican girl) behind the counter was beyond rude. She acted like she didn't want to be there, didn't acknowledge one customer and kept saying "uh" and "what" when I guess she couldn't hear the customer. PATHETIC display of customer service. Its employees like her is why people will take their hard earned money elsewhere!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Short black woman with tattoos and pink mask was very rude and unwelcoming! Food was good though.

Line out the door during weekday lunch hour, but it moved pretty fast and once we ordered our food, it was ready in less than five minutes. Everything is packaged "to go" even if you say your order is for dine in. One of our coworkers had been before and cautioned the "sliders" were pretty much full sized sandwiches, so she and I opted to split a combo #1 and add on a side of mac and cheese. I was impressed the chicken was nice and moist, given it was white meat. We ordered medium heat and it was just right. Loved the crunchy coleslaw and pickles. We dolloped a bit of honey on a few bites for a bit of sweet & spicy. Overall, a solid Nashville chicken sando! The mac and cheese was super creamy and cheesy. I would order that again. The seasoned fries were perfectly crisp and I dipped it in their mayo based house sauce for the win! Definitely a calorie splurge. We all felt the heaviness of the *fry* shortly after, and some of us felt the burn of ordering their chicken "hot" the next morning if you know what I mean...

This time we went in for pickup. There was a huge crowd inside and at least 20 people ahead of us in the line to enter. But kudos to both - a very efficient staff who managed the ordering and handing over the orders so quickly and with a smile! And a to a very patient crowd who focused on the prize , their meal from Angry Chickz !!! We were in and out in about 20 minutes. We ordered the Combo #1 - one mild and one medium (unfortunately we could not tell the difference, but I was happy with my "mild") The chicken itself was fantastic and also all accompaniments were also fresh and top quality. The fries were also very tasty and crunchy and in good portions! We will be back very soon for another round of this intoxicatingly delectable chicken sandwiches !

Tried this place for the first time. I got HOT and it was fire. Lots of tasty fries and the coleslaw was decent. It's kind of spendy for chicken tenders but we only need two combos for 3 people so not too bad. Service was good. The sides look great but we did not have one other than coleslaw.

Bloody seven hells that was hot. Me and my daughter drove some errands on a lazy Saturday afternoon and on I whim, I decided to stop by Angry Chickz since it just recently opened. We did start our wait outside the restaurant but reckon it was only about ten minutes until our orders were taken. I didn't really get a chance to read the menus in depth so I opted for combo #1. I did, specify though that I wanted X-Hot and see if their reputation really holds true. I also got another pair of combo #1's for my kids and wifey, with a much milder Country style which had no heat. Boy their prices were really up there. Waiting for our to-go's, I cannot help but feel the sting to my wallet. Alas, our orders were surprisingly quick to get out, despite the line getting longer. As we opened our meal in the house I can say that combo #1 can be legitimately be shared by two. I first swiped the fries and it was pretty good. Seasoned just right with a proper outside crunch. I finally had a bite of my X-Hot sandwich. I sensed a proper pickle and okay 'slaw until heat engulfed my entire mouth. Okay, heat department they were legit. I could not imagine tackling Angry level of heat. Nevertheless, it took me about 15 minutes to finish one slider and yielded to the second one. Once my taste buds recovered with a help of some milk, I tried the kids sandwiches which were devoid of heat. They were bland to tell you the truth. It was somewhat dry on the inside and apart from the passable coleslaw and crunchy pickles, it was a mediocre chicken sandwich. I did like their buns with a light hint of sweetness that helped the sandwich. Thinking back to my fiery sandwich, I question my overall experience. True, the heat and pain is there. But like my kid's sandwich, where the flavor? I have tortured myself before with other cuisines, like an Indian biriyani or a Chinese mapo tofu. But in those instances, I cannot help but keep on munhing because along the heat came complex wonderful flavors. Angry Chickz was just heat. In the context of the increasingly vast chicken sandwich restaurants, I would pick Chick-fil-A and Popeye's (underrated imo) over Angry Chickz. My mind set is even at "try it at least once" and leave it at that.

Ordered myself an angry mac, day was swell as i ordered my meal. Once my order was completed i took my seat. later realizing i needed a water i sent my way to the front desk to ask for a water cup. Ashley, completely ignored my request and as she finally grabbed my cup, she walked over with a demeaning face and told me "THIS CUP IS FOR WATER ONLY. IF YOU WANT SODA YOU GOTTA PAY FOR IT" with attitude as if i was some kid. extremely disrespectful and un professional. I personally work in retail and not even on my worst days is my customer service effected by my mood. Ive been coming here for awhile now considering its close to my neighborhood, never had dealt with this until now. Very dissapointed angry chickz.

Went on the opening day and waited and hour and half. I didn't make it towards the front of the building before I decided to leave. I waited like an honest person in line only to see people cutting up front. I came back a month later, no line, to check out the hype. To me, Hot Boys are better. We ordered the #3, it had toast, single chicken strip, and sandwich with fries with the country no spice with an extra strip $5 on the side. The chicken strips were barely coated and soggy. The worst part after eating inside the restaurant: leaving and smelling like the fry oil. My new sweater smelled like frying oil and my daughters clothes smelled like the fry oil. The place needs better ventilation and exhaust, period. Who wants to smell like fried chicken.

Let me start by saying I have a 15 year old, so this would not be on my try otherwise. In that, if it was in my city of Oakland I probably would. This food was not only over priced but the absolute worst. I'm not sure what the hype is with other reviews or people have just lost their good food taste palate or what! We ordered a two items to try. First up was the Angry Fix. A mix of Rice, Mac and Cheese, Chicken and Cole slaw. Every portion had no true flavor. The rice had no seasoning (was supposed to be butter with the rice?) the Mac and cheese was your homemade type velveta m&c but again no real taste to it. The chicken was just spicy. No other spices or flavor combinations to compliment it. And last but not least the coleslaw, which ultimately became warm from the other foods. Ever have hot coleslaw. Not that great. Second up was the combo 1. Two hot sliders, with slaw pickles and fries. Seriously, it was the same experience as the bowl. The only worthy thing was the fires. But you can't really mess up fries. Why are we excepting box Mac and cheese? We can not let this be the norm people. Why are we excepting bland food, no spice, no flavor, no explosion of taste. If you want a great chicken sandwich, you're going to have to travel. Hit up Kowbird or Hotboys or even old school Bake Sale Betty's.. I can not for the love a good chicken sandwich, do Angry again. It left me angry! That was it.

More like a 3.5, but this was solid. First time here and the place was crazy busy (Sunday dinner time). The wait time was pretty slow with it taking about twenty minutes to get my Combo #1, but the staff was friendly enough. Place needs a little upkeep with tables dirty and lots of trash piling up. On top of that it was about 95 degrees outside and it was hotter than hell inside. The sliders were solid though and their sauce hit the spot. Overall, solid food and as a spicy sandwich lover I'll give other locations closer to me a go as well!

My husband and I came for lunch! Our first impression was horrible the worker Bridget c was absolutely so rude. We were not the only ones complaining to her then we sat and waited for food for a while because she had she had our name. Don't know that we would be back.

Usually lines that go by quicker than expected. At the backside of the plaza but the sign is easily seen from highway 4. Good eats!

Spectacular spice options and I support this franchise-- favorite restaurant of mine to go to for takeout when I was little. Their chicken is just such good quality and I just have a good time munching it up

This place is fairly new to the area and has a line out the door! We went in to see what the fuss was about and we're happy to see that despite the line, service was really fast! Spice levels are hot!!! Like, really hot!!! I can handle heat but my food made me cough and tear up so much so that I had to order it again in a lesser level of spice! Quality and portion sizes are good. Going back again!

I came to eat here today the Food was mid but there are some good things. I'm a Nashville, hot chicken connoisseur so my judgement has high expectations. The spice was good I got Mild and Hot Combo 1 The fries were seasoned very well and the sauce wasn't bad. The chicken had great flavour and it was juicy. I'm not happy with the size of the tenders, they both were incredibly small it only covered like a quarter and a half of my bread. The customer service is very good, The girl was really nice.

If you like spicy chicken I recommend giving this spot a go. There are some non spicy dishes, but what is the fun in that? The Mac n cheese is very decent too. The fries are very tasty. Open late too and that helps a lot especially in this area where too many bu see inesses close down early. BTW The night crowd can be interesting. Probably a solid 3.5 stars. I have been a few times.

Disgusted and Upset. I was in at the Brentwood location on 09/21, and it was a busy night per usual for them. I was able to place my order pretty quickly, but receiving my order on the other hand was a different story. I waited 30-35 minutes for a chicken sandwich and fries, and during that wait time I saw no food being handed out. A tall man with glasses named Keith was in charge of handing out the orders, but instead was just pacing back and forth. A handful of customers before me had gone to confront him about their food, and were treated with very RUDE customer service. I work in customer service and when somebody asks for something you don't respond with an attitude. Yet alone yell at somebody who has been waiting 30 plus minutes for chicken. On top of the customer's mistreatment, I had also witnessed Kieth yell at his employees . He had claimed that his kitchen staff were marking orders off that didn't exist, when all of our food was sitting in the window right in front of him. Like I said I work in customer service, and this was one of the WORST experiences I have ever had not only with Angry Chickz, but customer service in general. I was a regular customer back in December of 2023, and the Manager at that time was incredible! She knew what it took to run a restaurant, and I'm not feeling the same way about this location now. If Keith is the new store manager something needs to change ASAP. He is extremely rude, unprofessional, and can't handle being under pressure.

You guys ever wonder why they're called Angry Chickz?? Purchased a take out order for pick up and literally opened the box to a slider with no chicken... called in to file a complaint and the guy tells me he's the one that packed up the order and he's 80% sure everything was there. Well, what about the 20%?!? Then...he puts me on hold for 3 mins only to tell me that I can come back for a refund or get the order remade. I requested for a refund over the phone and he tells me no. Requests if they can deliver and he says no. I remind him it's their mess up, not ours... then he tells me "my team and I are 100% sure we packed up everything as ordered"... 100%?!?????!!!!! Home boy just told me he was 80% sure now he wants to be 100% sure. So now he's accusing me that I'm lying. I work in health care and I don't have the time to sit here and call people making fake accusations for chicken. I got more important things to do... work on your customer service and own up to your mistakes. We're all human, you are entitled to those mistakes but don't accuse paying customers that they're lying when you know for damn sure you wouldn't have a job without the people who give you business.

Came here the day after it opened. Waited in a long line outside as to be expected for brand new restaurants. The fries was soggy (maybe because we took it to go) the mac n cheese was just ok. Needed more flavor for my taste buds. The chicken sandwich in medium perfect heat was not even a tad spicy at all, seemed more like plain or light spice. So I definitely need to try the hot to taste the flavor and see if that does anything for me.

I llike Angry Chickz! I like the mild chicken sandwiches and the french fries are really good! Recommend going and finding out for yourself. Mild has got a little bit of a sting to it , just enough to get your eyes watering.

I had been seeing Facebook ads left and right for Angry Chickz! I have never been to Nashville or had "Nashville hot chicken" so I figured it would be good to give something new a try. I love hot and spicy food so I was anticipating trying the chicken. This location had a line out of the door and plenty of space for seating inside. I was surprised at how simplistic the menu is. I decided to go with the basic two tenders with bread and fries meal. It came with a drink. It took about twenty minutes for us to get our to-go order after ordering. I did visit on a Saturday so I'm not sure if they always have long waits. There are 5 levels of hot. I asked for level three and the cashier shared that level has ghost peppers so I ended up getting a level two which was good! Overall it was a decent experience not quite what I expected however the restaurant was clean for the most part and although a long wait the food came out fresh.

Newly opened chicken sandwich place in Brentwood. Line is still quite long when we visited. Food was meh. We ordered 3x combo #3, an angry mac and an angry fries plus 2 sodas - $96 (tip included). Quite pricey IMO. Chicken itself is ok, but overly spicy; and its that cayenne pepper type of spice that is somewhat bitter and burns your mouth. Spice completely overwhelms taste of chicken TBH, and mind you we love spicy foods! Definitely going through growing pains - they ran out of their signature sauce when we received our food and had to wait another 20 minutes to get some. Worst is they initially only wanted to give us 1 measly cup of sauce -- $100 worth of food and they only wanted to give us 1 cup of sauce? Also soda machines are already missing some of the selections. Hopefully just growing pains. Overall, visit was underwhelming. Definitely try ordering mild or medium level spice first even if you have high tolerance for heat. I don't think Chick-fil-A will have any competition here..

Ordered two sides of coleslaw to go, for $4 each and 1 container is filled halfway and the other 3/4 full. Are you kidding me? Sloppy service and DEFINITELY not worth it. See pictures That equates to about one cup of coleslaw, that is worth $8.70? Laughable. Never again.

We tried to see the hype and went here on the 2nd day from opening. There was a line outside that made it seem long. It seemed that way because the counters were situated right there at the entrance. Since the line was outside then turns around the corner, it was easy for others to cut the line. The guy greeter at the door was friendly! I had to mention that! Ordered a country (non-spicy) combo #3: chicken slider, half a chicken sandwich and fries. Slider came with pickles and cole slaw, it was pretty okay, nothing too special, but would still come back for it. It was also served piping hot, fresh from the fryer! Fries and dip were two thumbs up! Husband and the kids ordered combo #1 with mac and cheese, which the kids devoured. Service was relatively fast because I can hear the staff calling out numbers/ names one after the other. But I had to knock off a star because they skipped our orders, altogether, I had to follow up on it several times before it was served and it didn't come with utensils, had to come back and ask again. Napkin wasn't readily available as well, it would have been better to have a napkin dispenser instead of asking for them, since the staff are already busy as it is. It's the second day I get it, but they need to up their game with their customer service and organization.

I stopped by today for lunch, the portions are quite embarrassing to say the least. The sandwiches are basically just buns with one piece of soggy chicken that fills maybe 1/3 of the sandwich. The price definitely doesn't match what you're receiving.
