Absolutely love the cashiers mood. Didn’t catch her name but she was generous and thoughtful! Food was amazing and the sauce is super good. (Besides finding the hair) Service was amazing.

The food is incredible and the staff are even more amazing. When my daughter ordered a heat level that was too much for her, they offered to fix it for free. Super friendly, fast service, best hot chicken in town. Highly recommend.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Horrible customer service!!! Greeted us with attitude. We had a group of six and they said they didn’t allow us to add additional seating to a table!!??? Two adults and 4 kids? We placed the small table back to its regular spot and apparently it wasn’t good enough for the sassy boy at the counter cause he went back immediately to slam the table “back” including the chairs!! The attitude was uncalled for. Me and family got up and took our business elsewhere. Sure they wont care about this review but then people wonder why businesses loose customers.

Had a great experience! The food is awesome! I love spicey food and I attempted to eat their hottest flavor yet. Their chicken is the perfect level of crisp, it felt and tasted freshly made. The fries were a great level of cooked, not soggy nor to toasted. Overall satified. I couldn't finish both sliders! They do have a waiver that needs to be signed so be weary. They gave a great amount of fried and Jose, who was the cashier at the time, had great customer service. Will definitely be returning. The meals do not come with a drink, kind of bummed at that, as I was hoping a drink would be included due to their heat flavors. Did not ruin my enjoyment of the meal.

Wow, first time here and I enjoyed it more than Dave's. Strips are larger and tastier in my opinion. Plus I like the slider buns instead of white sliced bread. Fries are crispy and not oily with some awesome seasoning. Will try the next level up spicy next time. Creeping up to the hottest soon!

The food hits the spot!!! Totally worth the price(s); Everyone should definitely check this spot out!!! Also the cashier, Zulema** is extremely hospitable and infectiously enthusiastic! She is super passionate about the food and it shows! She makes everyone feel welcomed and engaged conversation.

Tried this place for the first time.. and it was pretty good.. Got number#3 with the feel the burn spice level... It was spicy but really good.. Service was good. Didn't wait no longer than 10 minutes to get my order.. thought that was really fast.. They are not stingy with their condemns.. so that's s plus.. other places are really tight.... So thumbs up to angry chicken 🐔..

I've been here many times. I absolutely love their marinade and spices on the chicken. It's normally crispy outside and quite juicy on the inside. Today my chicken tenders were a bit drier on the inside. I got the same delicious kick of the awesome marinade, but I also needed my juicy vibe. I will definitely come back again cause their marinade and spices on the chicken are really Top 2 in LA! Small spot on a not so safe intersection, but the service is always good!

Always come by to pick up some sliders but last time we got the Angry Fries with Mac and cheese on top and it was too good we came back. Today we were helped by the Sophia and she was really friendly and helpful while ordering and asking more questions about the menu, definitely love the fries compared to other Chicken sandwich shops which is a plus and why we always head over from the northridge area! Definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking their chicken sandwich fix. Only ate in the store a few times is not too big of a spot but they have nice wall art, entertainment playing on the tv and good selection of music :)

The food here is probably some of the best I've ever eaten so I can't complain !! What tanks it completely however is customer service , just two dudes who basically do not care at all. It's like there goal is to turn away customers by not opening on time and giving attitude half of the time. If they're so unhappy there they shouldn't be giving out customer service

Food is bomb af but their customer service is fucking AWFUL. The only exception is this sweet girl who works in the front, which idk if she still works there, but aside from her these two other guys have terrible attitude. I got cussed out at and spoken to so horribly for trying to get some napkins since no one was in front. the guy was also ignoring my friends and I, played extremely loud music to get us out, and was angry the whole time taking our order. 0/10

Ordered carry out drove 20 minutes away opened the box wrong order. Called back they apologized said if I came back they would remake it. I came back a little later as it took me longer to get back. Food was not ready waited 20 more minutes still not ready so I left. Nobody seemed to care about my time. Also three guys working on a soda machine extremely rude walking back and forth and not letting any customers take priority as if they were the only ones that mattered.

This was my first time visiting this place. Since I don't have any other restaurant to compare this place to, I will say that we enjoyed our meal. Combo#1 and Angry Mac - both Medium in heat level. Now, if you are NOT a fan of spicy food, I do not recommend Medium Level. The Mac n Cheese was great! The sliders were wonderful but very sloppy to eat and the fries were amazing! My only complaint is the location! The parking lot is so small and crowded as is the inside of the restaurant. The location is a bit sketchy. Almost like skid row. If you don't find parking or a place to sit and eat comfortably just grab your food and go home and enjoy it there.

Gave my order to the wrong person and when I went to ask about my order all of them are just laughing in the back. Fully dead and had to wait for 30+ mins for 2 items...

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Sofia. She was very friendly and helpful. My wife ordered the number 2 meal and since she doesn't like too spicy Sofia suggested mild. I chose 2 sliders at a medium heat. The chicken was juicy and tender "so fkn good" is what wifey said. The sauce and pickles make it even better. We highly recommend this spot not just for the food but also for the customer service. Sofia is amazing, thank you for making our fist time so memorable.

Food is pretty good, service is good, Sophia was kind. Chill Ambiance. I got the sliders combo, nice crisp and flavor.

A little to hot for the medium my opinion of course but beside that there's the pickle problem I only got 1 pickle per tender when I asked for extra beside that everything is great

Staff is helpful. Parking should not be an issue. Ordered take out over the phone where they confirmed the chicken is halal for those that need to know at this fast casual spot. Pricing and portions are as expected. Fries (seasoned) are the best part of the meal. Sauce is good but nothing special. The flavor of the tenders is good but more importantly the crispiness needs improvement as it was not crispy at all despite being hot and fresh. I am unlikely to try again unless in a bind for other options.

Haven't even tasted the food yet. The kid behind the counter has an attitude that is atrocious. Shit service! If I'm supporting the business it would be nice to not get scowled at for asking for my over priced drink cup. The ambiance is about like a crowded bus station by skid row. After tasting the food. It's ok. Do yourself a favor and get it to go. Far away from the restaurant.

I've been a chef for 8 years. First visit was amazing. I enjoyed it, the restaurant was very good looking, great condition. Second time visiting TERRIBLE. I got NO EMAIL. I got the complete wrong order. Every single item was messed up. The chicken, the fries, no pickles, wrong seasonings. My friend who got the order either me has respiratory issues!!! And you gave him the hottest chicken!!! He ordered medium and hot man you trynna kill him?. Someone's gotta fix this because whoever is running that place at night isn't doing it!!!! Let me come in there and show these fine employees how to read a screen.

They never answer the phone and when u get there they are all in the back just chatting up and laughing they can work on getting better employees!

Unfortunately the ball was dropped for me on this one, and I probably wouldn't come again. My friend and I each ordered the combo #1 of the two sliders. Food was ready in about 10 mins for both of us. I ordered mild spice for both sliders. My first slider tasted like mild spice, but the chicken was extremely stringy to the point where I couldn't finish the slider. My second slider tasted like medium spice, but this one had a more tender chicken slice and I was able to finish this one. It was disappointing that they weren't consistent, and my friend said her chicken was stringy as well. We liked the fries - they were on the soggy side but we both like soggy fries, so if that's not your thing then here's your heads up!

Service really ruined the experience not just waiting for over 30 minutes siting by the counter, Didn't get a number or asked a name, and the food was on the counter for over ten minutes before we asked if it was ready and then realized they gave us the one that's been sitting they didn't exactly get the order correctly either. Definitely not worth the headache.

Food is good, service is good and customer service was excellent. Shout out to Imelda, making sure customers aren't waiting too long for their order .. thanks for that. angry mac was delicious. :)

Food is very expensive for the quantity that you receive. Service is ok but I prefer to go to a sit down restaurant.

First time trying Angry Chickz. Service right from the beginning was immaculate. The wonderful cashier Sofia made this experience wonderful. We ordered the hot and without asking she let us try the spice on the mac! Will be coming back!

This place continues to disappoint. It's already not even close to as good as Dave's, and similar places are far less stingy with their toppings and sauces. Also, this place doesn't have any cheese, not for the sandwich or fries. This place is also very small (horrible ambiance) and the wait times (for even a single slider) are insane--30 min+ every single time (even though i'm the only one there)! The only reason we order anything from this sad place is because it is in walking distance and they're open late. However, lately the staff have been closing early. For the last month or two, they don't answer the phone after 10:30 pm. I have gone there around 11 and they act surprised and say they are closed. AVOID THIS PLACE! Poorly run and truly disappointing. See photos. They're supposed to close at midnight, yet the employees will ignore your phone calls and turn you away at 10:30 if you go in person. THEY NEVER PICKED UP! I went there in person 20 min before closing and they said they were closed and were just hanging out and gossiping at the front. Super unprofessional. Two thumbs down.

The food is super tasty and fresh! There is a super hospitable worker, Zulema, and she is the sweetest! If you have any questions she's honest. You can tell she's passionate about the food. There always a customer and/or customers present in the store and I bet the food and the workers are the reason why. Everyone should give this place a try. Food packs a great zing and spice level if you're into that. If you aren't it's no problem since they offer all different spice levels. Store is peaceful and music is at a reasonable volume. There is beautiful art work within the store representing Los Angeles. This place is a vibe all around.

The food is always solid here! Great heat and the loaded Mac and cheese with spicy flavoring on top is so good! Their fries are crispy as well! I didn't have them on my last time there so no picture but they're good! I always order out and the food is ready pretty quick even if I just walk in and order. Taking about it makes me want it again lol. The I side is clean and a little small but there is seating if you want to eat in. They play music and the wall mural is pretty cool. All LA themed.

The service was great the staff were cool and had a nice aura. I don't know who was cooking it up that day but the chicken tasted like bootie cheeks. Seriously it took me a minute to figure it out the the food tasted like can enchilada salsa. Fries pretty good.

I drive past this place frequently, keep meaning to try them out. Came in today for a late lunch. They have the heat scale up on the menu board, I asked the person at the counter the difference between mild & medium heat. They said the medium is perfect if you want some kick, so I got the Angry Mac (chicken, & fries swimming in mac & cheese), with medium sauce & took it to go. The macaroni was prepared perfect, the cheese has a good flavor to it as well, not too mild, but not overpowering the dish either. The chicken is nice & tender, the fries by the time I got home were soggy (expected of course) but added some heart to the dish, & the portion is quite healthy as well. As for the sauce, I think the medium is a bit tame in reality. So definitely planning another trip here & going to hit the next degree in heat for sure. Overall a worthwhile meal, I only tackled 1/2 before I was full. Thx Angry Chickz I'll be back!!!

First time trying out Tulares location. I was having a craving so we stopped by and YUM!! Waited like 20 mins for our order which is not too bad because it was so fresh when we got it, they had mixed up our heat levels so when I took a bite it was sooooo spicy and I just switched with my boyfriend since I knew it was his! No worries tho it was still delicious!! Have to stop by for a craving or hangover ;)

Although the wait time was quite long, the food never fails to impress. The mac and cheese is creamy while the chicken is crispy and tender. The restaurant itself is small but still cozy.

My boyfriend and I Visited the Sepulveda store on Sunday after seeing them on my instagram feed. Upon arrival I ordered the slider and tender meal in mild I cannot tolerate any spice my boyfriend proceeds to order the same meal with the hottest level.. the cashier wouldn't finish our order until he completed the waiver. 15 minutes later she comes out with our food I was really excited to try this spot I'm a huge fan of Dave's hot chicken so finding a new place would be nice. I take one bite into the slider and I nearly died she mixed up our orders and gave me the Carolina reaper meal. In the midst of this I had an asthma attack. My boyfriend lets her know that she gave me the incorrect meal and she shrugged it off... He asked her what was the purpose of signing the waiver because I did not sign a waiver, he also asked her why don't they label the meals. That would make sense to label the meals. After all of this I was unable to eat my meal my boyfriend was upset and she didn't even offer to refund my meal. I also wanted to use the restroom and she said it was locked from the inside... Not sure what that means .. I wouldn't go back there service was rude and incompetent.... Here's a picture I posted before I bit into my slider

I always been coming here these people are awesome, they mostly have your food ready and everything prepared on time, I'm writing a review for this specific time I went. I ordered a combo and they gave me alot of extra food, they hooked it up I guess just because. So I asked for Mac and cheese in replacement of the fries but they gave both, so it seems like that was just a free addition. And they gave me an extra tender too, alot of free extra food, I love that, thats how you get customers to be loyal and come back, I guess they just did it for the good or generosity, I'm not sure the reason why they gave extra food, but I'm guessing just cause they felt nice and like doing a good thing which is awesome i love that, thank you guys I really appreciate it

This was my wife's and I first time coming to this eatery. All I can say is this place amazing. The food was made to order so it was fresh. The fries have the right amount of seasoning. The sandwiches (I shared one with my wife) were great. I got hot for one of the sandwiches and it had a nice spice level. I will be moving on to extra hot next time. The service was great. Cashier was super friendly.

Always grab lunch here. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating and the food is always fresh and delicious.

This spot deserves the 5 stars! Ordered Combo #1 in "hot" and was pleasantly surprised. The hot did have a kick to it, but I will get xtra hot or the spiciest one next. A good portion of chicken and fries are served, always a bonus. Fries were crispy and well seasoned, not too salty but just right. Customer service was good too, and besides being generous with their portions they added lots of honey, sauce, and ketchup. Definitely trying out more things on the menu and coming back.

Workers are Extremely Friendly and service is very quick. The chicken tender meal is filling enough although it may not look like it. the food is delicious as always and I love their signature sauce.

FIRST time going here & omg it was a SUCCESS! they were only doing cash, which I didn't mind because there was a 7-11 right next door. The food tasted AMAZING, the mild was definitely hot but not that bad & it still had the flavor to keep it in check. The workers did amazing job preparing everything & keeping the food warm & toasty! Great job! Really recommend if you love trying spicy levels! I really recommend the chicken sandwich, super yummy!

I've had a lot of hot chicken in the last couple months and this place really holds its own Even against Dave's, howlin, Ray's, and main chick. Batter is on the savory and hot side. Not as crispy and beautiful as somewhere like howlin, as I have heard the food process their breadcrumbs to make them extra crispy and coating. But excellent flavor and overall quality of chicken

The Mac bowl is pretty good size for the price It tasted good I ordered online but wasn't being informed if the place got my order so I had to go to see if it was ready while I was on my lunch, advice to order ahead of time The place is small but nice

The food is good The service at the Hollywood location is great, lady behind the counter is super nice and friendly The ambiance is trying to be like a sports bar.

Great customer service even let us taste the sauces before we committed to the extra hot sauce we quickly changed our minds to go with mild / medium. Be aware! X-Hot is ghost pepper and I have a high tolerance. This was insanely HOTTTT!! But extremely delicious! 10/10 recommend!!

Haven't been here in about 2 years, still tastes amazing. The fries were a little crispy in the outside and soft in the inside just like I like them. Oh man, those chicken sandwiches with their sauce, delicious. Give this place a try, not everyone has the same taste buds, but this place is worth checking out on your own.
