The smoked wings had a very good smokiness flavor to them. The sauce was a bit heavy on one side, but the side without the sauce was perfect. Next time I'll request the sauce on the side, so that I can enjoy the smoke flavor on the wings. The wings also had a tender cook on them. They were not tough and chewy. The ribs were okay. The sauce was definitely heavy on them. I realized the ribs had a bit of a char, but that's fine & to be expected when cooking on a grill or smoker. However, I was ynable to really taste the flavor of the ribs due to the overwhelming amount of sauce covering the ribs. The ribs had a good pull on them. They weren't tough and I believe that I get the sauce on the side next time, they will probably be even better. Overall the two meats were edible, again for me and my taste they would have been even better if the sauce was on the side and I could actually taste the flavor of the meats fully. The customer service was good.

Best ribs I've had in a long time!! Tender, fall of the bone, so much flavor we didn't need any sauce! Don't get me started in the pulled pork sandwich... easily a pound of deliciousness in a brunch bun as the perfect compliment! And the service was excellent!! Everyone was polite and attentive we definitely felt like our business was appreciated.

My people, my people, my people! If you want authenticate barbecue with that smoky delicious taste, immaculate sauce, and sides this is the place. So nice we had to come back twice… within a week and we are adding this to our regular monthly to do list. I’d recommend coming around 5 pm or any time before 7 pm just because the beef ribs tasted slightly better and fresh off the grill coming in earlier. It tasted even better the second visit, the sides are delicious and the blueberry cornbread will be my new go to. My 5 year old is a picky eater and she got SO excited coming back for the mac and baked beans. We usually don’t like everyone’s mac and cheese or collard greens but theirs are delicious like your Grandma’s back in the day. I haven’t been inside yet but my husband spoke glowingly of an older woman he ordered with. We always have just enough leftover for the next day. This was a happy find!

Best ribs I had in a while! Customer service is A1 very friendly .. Mac & cheese is delish. Oh & that blueberry cornbread😘 I had to come back & bring a friend. Can’t wait till my next visit

Beef Brisket and Ribs are so tender, meaty and deliciously seasoned/smoked that you don't need barbecue sauce! The mac and cheese is Okay but I will definitely be back for more barbecue. I will try the beef short ribs during my next visit!

Half of my beef brisket sandwich was pure unrendered fat. You only get 1/2 a pound of brisket on the sandwich so I was extremely disappointed. The meat was very tender and tasteful but I hope this was an accident. Please trim fat appropriately or make sure it renders would be my word of advice.

The beef ribs slid right off the bone and the Mac and Cheese & Collard Greens hit the taste buds different. 10/10 They definitely a must try if you’re in Philly

This place does OG down home barbecue well. It’s family owned and when you walk in the door you’re instantly hit with incredible bbq smells. The menu isn’t crazy - standard meats and sides, but they do them all really well. I definitely recommend the pork ribs and Mac and cheese. Portions are huge too!! Come hungry!
