Easy to get here. If u are going from NJ(GW Bridge) take exit 4A(to Sheridan Blvd), then Edgewater Rd to the end and make left to Food Center Drive. No bridges or tight turns. Very slow place. Almost 4 hrs here and still getting unloaded. Give them 2 stars for a beautiful view

Truck driver drove up on the sidewalk to park and to deliver one hand truck. and almost ran over 20 people in lower manhattan today doing this, truck number 10199. Sidewalk isn’t for parking, blocked the whole sidewalk. . Police was called . Next time if this truck hits me I’m suing this company.

Arrived at 9 am wasn’t sent to a door until 12:30 and another almost 2 hours to unload me. They also take your keys.

Extremely difficult getting here with a big truck thru the Bronx. Park out in the street and check in, DO NOT TRY TO DRIVE UP TO THE SECURITY BOOTH. After you check in they will call you with a door. Waited 2 hours past appointment time before door and about 1 hour to unloaf. Security was pretty cool and unloader was cool too even help load 4 kegs that had fallen off their pallets due to a failed load lock. Extremely tight backing in your dock so be ready. No complaints other than getting to this location was a pain in the ass.

Appt 07:00 ... arrived 00:20 & check in with security guard... get called 03:20 ... door #16 (( OTR Loads only )) ... unloading 04;15 ... empty 05:30 * Today 03.22/25 Appt 09;00 .. arrived at 03:20 and security guard took paperwork.. got called 06:00 .. Start unloading 06;35 ... Done 07:45 .. ok to sleep outside entrance

This is worse, Place to deliver they make you wait outside 3-4 in the street, And the unloading once you on a dock, it’s minimum 2hr 30min! And the worst part of this that sometimes you are the only truck outside waiting and once you go inside, you find out there’s no one in there getting unloaded. It’s a very sad place.

TERRIBLE PLACE TO DELIVER TO!!!! Waited 6 hours on the street to get unloaded. In that time no other truck went in and one came out right when I got there. In that time nothing got done. Appointment time means nothing. No other trucks out back getting unloaded. When I finally made it in, it took 20 minutes to unload, so apparently it wasn’t that hard to do. The positive, the guys at the front gate were friendly.
