Anima restaurant truly delivered a dining experience worthy of its Michelin star. The atmosphere was one of refined elegance and ​the food was nothing short of extraordinary. The intensity menu demonstrated a fantastic range, showcasing both creativity and technical mastery. A special mention must go to the Chef! Their passion is evident in every plate, turning simple ingredients into sophisticated and deeply satisfying creations. The staff deserves a perfect 10. The service was impeccable—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm, without ever being intrusive.

There is an absolute reason this restaurant has a Michelin star. From the expertly crafted menu to the exceptional service (honestly one of the best services I’ve had and I’ve been to a few restaurants of this caliber) this is a stop you should make at least once when in Milan. I had forgotten to book a reservation and in full panic reached out via instagram dm hoping they’d secure me a spot. Not only did they but they gave me a prime time resy at 8pm. I was not prepared dress wise but they didn’t even blink an eye. I’ll share that the one pairing is an absolute must — truly don’t skip this — and the ravioli is something I will think about when back in NYC. Especially the rich broth it was in. Beautifully cooked dishes and very hospitable staff. An observation I had - vegetables are showcased very well and complemented proteins superbly. Our host was very knowledgeable and explained the painstaking details going into every dish, having worked in the kitchen himself before moving to front of house.

Fine dining restaurant with typical for Michelin star experience. We ordered 8 pieces tasting menu with wine pairing. The staff was great and atmosphere was very nice. I believe there are only 8 tables; thus, reservation is must. Wine pairing was very good (with some refills when needed), but not something special. It would also be great to have some special drinks to pair each dish rather than one type of wine for a few. 4 stars rather than 5 because expectations were higher. This is not the first Michelin restaurant with tasting menus, which we experienced and the wow factor was missing...

The restaurant menu consists of 2 different sets - they differ by number of servings (12 vs 8) and there are no same dishes. We’ve chosen “Intensity” set and it was perfect! But you should be hungry, because this set is very nutritious. Interesting combination of ingredients, tasty dishes, pleasant view of every meal. There are couple of cocktails (unusual and cool), some wine by glass and big wine card (by bottles) in the restaurant. The sommelier helped us with the choice. Overall, I want to highlight high level of service and very nice staff. We were really glad to spend the evening in Anima.

Chef is a genius. Every single dish is a piece of art on its own. Best part is how they trained their staff, kudos for that. Servers make the whole experience very personal and enjoyable. As for atmosphere, we loved it, still it could be better. This big space feels like you're sitting in the lobby of a bank that was retrofitted..

Very happy with the service and food at Anima. Staff were very attentive to our needs. We had the intensity tasting menu. Very glad to have tried the dishes offered. Great flavors and wine pairings. The kitchen was kind enough to be fleixble with the menus. Highly recommend if in Milan.

We are in Milan and it is a starry Milan that hosts Us. We are in fact in the context of the Milano Verticale | UNA Esperienze hotel, in Enrico Bartolini's Anima restaurant (1 Michelin Star), where Michele Cobuzzi has a special dinner in store for us. We find so much Puglia in the work of Michele and Giacomo Morlacchi who help us choose the right wines to pair with the menu "Intensità", the one we have chosen. To the elegant courses we associate first a Pinot Bianco Athesis of 2014 by Kettmeir and then a Blauburgunder Pinot Nero 2017 Riserva by Stroblhof. At the end of the evening, after having visited the beautiful cellar, wonderful photos with Michele and then with Giacomo and the guys from the dining room who surround me in an atmosphere of harmony and serenity! Beautiful evening that satisfies our "Anime" (souls) and beyond!
