Great service. Clean, a lot of variety of products for animals and even have some birds, cats, and my favourite… the puppies on their playpens! We come here on the regular when we run out of food for our dog and recently brought home a new puppy from them. They’re very friendly, knowledgeable, and you can tell that they love the animals that they take care of. Highly recommend visiting. You might come back home with a new family member

I have no words to thank the good service of the employees. We are starting our search to have a puppy and the employee was so generous, she gave us all the details about the care, feeding and the best tips for taking care of a pet. The animals are very well cared for, in optimal conditions, and we have been able to get closer to them. Thank you for your professionalism and your help. Definitely this is the place to get your new pet.

I just love coming here and so does my Puppy! The staff is super friendly and the owner regularly brings her dogs in too. Prices are also really good!!

Decent prices, but horrible attitude from the older female staff every time I've been here lately!!! There's no reason you should give a client such a dirty look for asking a valid question concerning a product/service in their store. Separatist b!tches, if you speak English before speaking French to the staff, on my last visits I experienced a huge bias and I won't be giving this store any more money, Hope they can talk to staff about respecting humans!?

Asked a question about buying gerbils on the website’s chat - no reply. Entered my email address (I know it worked because I’m now being spammed with promo emails), still no answer. I called and asked my question and was told someone would call back. They also tried to convince me to buy hamster and questioned my decision to buy a gerbil. Not a great approach to a customer! It’s been a week and still no reply. Not a reliable company!

Staff is excellent but items are placed in various places of the store. It makes it harder to find things. Example, kitty litter should be with kitty litter shovels. Instead shovels are on the opposite side of the store. The staff though makes up for it if it's not too busy .

So i looking to buy a kitten two days ago but the old lady serving me was of such an arrogance that i will never be coming back, i'm still angry. Seriously, what kind of manager employs this kind of people? I noticed there are reviews a month old concerning a "lady" employee being arrogant, seems like nothing has changed. Seriously i'm never coming back this was so akward.
