The staff are so friendly! We were addressed as soon as we walked in and greeted happily. So many amazing flavors to choose from and they stay on top of making sure the mix ins are apparent. Several size options , and the flavors are so yummy. Price is a little high compared to shops outside of NY but make sense given the location. Expect to spend about $10 per person

Went back 3 days in a row for this gelato. I have really high standards for desserts and don’t settle for just anything. Every single flavor we sampled was absolutely amazing, and the workers are so kind and patient while you try to narrow down what you want. Absolute favorite was the chocolate cookies-would come all the way back to NYC just for this!!!

Best ice cream in the entire world…. the pistachio one is amazing. I had it all week during my visit to NYC. The place is super cute and the service is excellent! A must if you visit NYC, next to the Penn Station.

I had a frozen yoghurt. It was really good and very tasty. Spoiler alert: You can have as many toppings as you like for as long as it fits. Another spoiler alert: the frozen yoghurt served is a TOWER! nearly 15 cm high! The employees are inconsistently nice. The third one was great after two that weren't that kind. Toilets are clean and need a code to enter.

Insanely good and definitely worth the price. The cup may look small but they give you a ton of gelato. The texture was great!! The flavor was unique and they have a variety to choose from. Service was fantastic!!!!! My server was so kind, sweet, and accommodating. 11/10 service! Ambiance is great! I love the vibe. It's clean and had 11/10 interiors. I was actually initially attracted by its store front, but now I'm a fan of everything - the gelato, the concept, and the vibe. Loved it.

I am a big gelato lover and I have tasted gelato across the US (yea I am too broke to go to Italy yet) and I have a very strong favorite that I am gatekeeping sooooo hard. Actually two — one in SoCal and one in Seattle. But hey follow me on Insta @sincerefoodiemia and maybe I will share them there. Anyways, this place be the best gelato I had on the east coast. To be fair, still second to my favorite shop in SoCal that I will be gatekeeping on Google Maps but it was very good. Love that they let you taste some of the gelato beforehand, definitely helps indecisive me come to a decision quicker lol I got the medium gelato with mango sorbet, pistachio and tiramisu. tbh thought that the portion size was too small for the whole thing costing close to $11 but hey NYC yea But I mean in my SoCal shop I get heaping amounts for $9 😭 Anyhoo we both loved mango sorbet the most it’s so refreshing and tastes like mango it’s like Haagen Daaz creamy mango but more real mangoes and elevated truthful honest mango yummy taste. Also loved pistachio and tiramisu, they both definitely tasted like what they advertised to be, I liked the tiramisu more because it tasted like I am eating the best Italian restaurant’s tiramisu but in gelato form. Amazing, would be back if I am in the area and they are on my way. The interior is so clean and nice and pretty and aesthetic all my Insta pic lovers this is the spot for all your photos hehe

The gelato was great. I had chocolate cookie and banana something, i forgot. Both of them were great and the lady who served me was very kind. The regular size is quite pricy though.
