At least the staff in here tried to be friendly. I visited this hotel restaurant for dinner and ordered a cheese starter and a main dish with some bread. Both were good in taste. Actually I wanted to drink an indian beer, but the only beer type they had was one from Bhutan, which was quite awful in taste. I would return for good food, but without any other expectations.

Idk if it was an off day for them or if this is their usual standards, but yesterday I took my family to this place for the first time, only to be met with such underwhelming tasteless bland food. Went for their dinner buffet priced at a whopping 2999+tax dinner buffet. Sad to report that only a few items were flavourful. Rest - I found a strand of hair in their caprese salad; and my mom found a random piece of plastic in her gelato icecream??!!; the pizza from their "live station" was sooo bland and undercooked and sad looking and sad tasting; their parmigiana had undercooked raw eggplant in it with no flavor no marinara nothing it was cheese wrapped raw eggplant. We didn't formally complain then and there though now I feel like we totally should have. Everyone of their staff was so busy, we were very much on our own once I informed we were going to get food from the buffet. I usually find it intrusive when someone from the management visits tables at restaurants to ask if the food was okay and if their guests were okay, but yesterday I understood the importance of that lol. Not a dealbreaker but to add, I had also requested for a different table and that request could not be accommodated either. It was also an eyesore to see tables left uncleared with dirty dishes for such long periods of time. We hoped once a table inside was cleared, we could've moved there but boy did that take time... Basically was met by sad and sadder events in one day. Idk how can that happen at such a reputed restaurant belonging to such a reputed hotel. Paid the bill unhappily and with an absolutely unsatisfied heart. I chose andaz based on their long-standing reputation for excellence and customer service. Bhai they're a frikkin 5 star hotel!! However, this experience has made me question whether they are now exploiting their brand value at the cost of their customers. Truly disappointed.

Receive really great service from Pratham, Gaurv, Anuj. He is attentive and gives his best to find great solution when guest raise concern. Pratham is also willing to explain/intro menu to foreigners like me who doesn’t really understand Hindi. Food is good and masala chai comes freshly made on every order. Super duper comforting to drink. Tq~ Definitely recommend.

The very first look of the place looks impressive, but later we got to know that, it was the only thing impressive, food was okish not upto the standards of hyatt at all, for veg. they hardly have anything on menu, we demand the chef to arrange some options but that was not an acceptable behaviour specially in this kind of establishment, they dont have the required staff to entertain their guest, waiter are ghosting, you ll hardly find anyone to get any order swiftly, quality of staff is also not upto the mark, since they hear half of the items you order to them, NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DINE IN.

Annamaya is a superb restaurant of Andaz hotel in Aerocity, Dwarka. The hotel is backed by Hyatt hotels. I had a brunch with family in the restaurant, the restaurant has live kitchen almost in the mid of the restaurant, the menu options has veg, non veg with or without alcohol options. Beverages are included in normal brunch rates. Food is very delicious here , it stands apart from other parallel properties of adjacent area. The open area of pool side view is also a point of attraction attached to this restaurant.

The food was amazing but the highlight is their pastries, which are simply the best—flaky croissants, exquisite tarts and irresistible pastries and cakes. Each pastry is crafted to perfection, making it a must-visit for dessert lovers. Overall the ambiance and service was worth considering the price you pay. Loved it.

I recently dined at Annamayya Restaurant. While the food was excellent and the staff friendly, the seating arrangements were not great. The tables were too close together, making it feel cramped and noisy. Overall, good food but needs better seating.

A Tale of Decline: From Excellence to Disappointment at AnnaMaya For over five years, AnnaMaya was my culinary heaven, a sanctuary where I dined solo and with family, savoring each visit. Once the epitome of gastronomic delight and impeccable service, this establishment has tragically fallen from grace. The Experience: A Ghost of Its Former Self Picture this: You arrive, expecting the warm, gracious greeting that once made you feel like royalty. Instead, you are met with indifference. The table selection process, once a seamless experience, now feels like a chore for the staff, leaving you to settle in awkwardly. In the past, attentive servers would guide you through the menu, expertly helping you choose between the sumptuous buffet and the delectable à la carte options. Today, you're left to decipher the menu on your own, with little to no assistance. Clearing tables and presenting bills—tasks that once flowed seamlessly as part of an excellent dining experience—are now disjointed and delayed. The Food: From Culinary Masterpieces to Mediocrity Then comes the food. Once a symphony of flavors, it now tastes like a distant echo of its former glory. This time, every dish I tried was a shadow of its past self. The veg biryani, a staple that once brimmed with aromatic warmth, arrived cold and lifeless. The flavors were so insipid, they barely compared to the simplest roadside eateries scattered across India. Reflecting on a Glorious Past Five years ago, my first meal at AnnaMaya was nothing short of a revelation. The food was unparalleled—each vegetable was local, organic, and farm-fresh, sourced from the outskirts of Delhi. Seasonal delicacies graced the menu, bursting with vibrant, authentic flavors that danced on the palate. The service was not just good; it was the best I had ever experienced, transforming dining into an art form. Conclusion: A Heartbreaking Decline AnnaMaya has gone from a beacon of culinary excellence to a place that leaves much to be desired. The stark contrast between my first visit and my most recent one is a sad testament to its decline. What was once an extraordinary dining experience has become a reminder of what could have been, leaving me yearning for the AnnaMaya of yesteryears. Life Lesson: One cannot flourish on the success of yesteryears!
