Very spacious mall that offers a wide variety of chain and speciality stores from clothes, shoes, perfume, candles, accessories and other service-centered establishments. The JCPenny is closing and has a lot of great sales going on. The mall is next to several dining options and has plenty of parking locations including lots and garages.

I took my family and I to Annapolis Mall, and we loved the mall atmosphere... It's so clean and much cleaner than Baltimore City/County Malls...(in my opinion)

Beautiful mall with many shops and options at the food court. The AMC movie theatre has modern reclining seats.

I really enjoy going to Annapolis mall. They have all the stores I shop at and I will almost always find exactly what I need. I’m sure it can get super crowded as any other mall but every time I go it’s not too busy and I can always take a stroll with my family. The food court is decent. I love that there’s many family bathrooms throughout the mall. Seems minor but means a lot having small children. The family bathrooms are nice especially near the food court. This is the first public place I’ve been to where they have a kid size toilet. Again, seems small but it’s very helpful having a newly potty trained 2 year old. I love that there’s a library inside of the mall.

The Korean BBQ restaurant is a must try! Had a great time with our friends here. The mall has a lot of great stores and it's very clean.

This mall has a really interesting layout and a bunch of interesting stores but about a third to half of it is kinda dead. It’s honestly kinda weird but also kinda sad because this mall has is really cool. It kinda has this super extra almost nostalgic vibe with the fountain and the sculptures and stuff, and one side of the mall seems to be doing pretty well but there’s like this entire part of the mall that gives off dead or dying mall vibes like some kinda Gangrenous wound. Like it’s always kinda weird to find a public library in a mall (not bad just odd). I mean there’s a cool fish tank that was apparently from that Animal planet show about fish tanks, and what I think was an animal adoption center with lots of adorable cats but the rest was mostly work walls Crate and Barrel, container store and some weird kids attraction thats just a room fulla bouncy castles. I would love to see this mall become even cooler than it already is but it’s got a ways to go

We were on our trip to DC and met up with friends in Annapolis at this mall. It was the first time we had been, and I loved all of the shops and fun things to look at and do. It had everything that you could need all in one place. Great little fun seating area to rest and relax. Enjoyed seeing all the art and murals around as well. Fun time!

Google
I’ve been here a couple times and my family and I love the selections and how often we win!! The staff are so nice and helpful to us too, it’s unlike any arcade we’ve been too. I also want to make it aware that the couple times I have been the same male has been a few time and he is very helpful but he does have an odor and it did linger in the store for a while. I didn’t bring it up to him because I don’t know him. I don’t want to embarrass anyone i just want to make it aware.

Yelp
The mall is doing okay considering the major anchor stores have left. Still a nice and modern structure. Most of my favorite stores are still there! I love the Apple store, Lu Lu Lemon and the American Eagle outfitters. Very clean and bright. This place has been around for decades and I hope it remains a few more. So fun.

Yelp
It's always pleasant to come upon a mall that is still bustling. It's also good to see that a mall bounced back to that bustling atmosphere from reading some of the past reviews. It was also good to get in an unwelcomed workout. Coming in here I parked near the movie theater which may not have been the brightest idea I had that day. I should have parked elsewhere as this entrance was swarming with people. Which was a good thing, but you kind of knew when a movie was just about to start or had just finished with all the rush of people coming and going through the entrance. Not to mention the amount of vehicles parked outside. The mall is spacious and definitely has many stores to fill your retail therapy need. You can get easily turned around in here if you have no set agenda. I kind of knew what I came here for and made my way there, but after that, I made my way around the space as an explorer. Just trying to see what else they had to offer before I headed back home. You do have to do the dodge while walking to your store of choice from those kiosk workers. They are at every single kiosk. But if you need a bit of respite there are several places in this mall to be able to rest and take in some people watching.

Yelp
This mall is not closed...they are very much open. Who posted this fake news? Matter fact I'm headed there right now to go to Freak'n Sweet Jars and Urban Outfitters. Please don't believe that this establishment is closed let alone permanently closed! See you there!

Yelp
Over the years (past 12 years) this place has gone to hell. The owners of the mall have overcharged for rent and it has caused the top brands to move out of the mall. Now they are trying to move more "entertaining options" in to the mall.
google avatar

Yelp
This is one of my favorite malls. It is very peaceful, not rowdy, just chill. It has some of my favorite restaurants in it or around it. Plus I love the area.

Yelp
The infrastructure is nicely maintained. I'm left wondering how a mall with 7-11 and a public library and empty locations is doing though they have The Container Store, Create and Barrel and some good restaurants. Maybe the movie theater is the draw here. It was not busy on Friday at 11. There's a lot of parking.

Nicole B.

Yelp
Wonderful mall! The customer service at the Apple store is phenomenal. Very kind and streamlined!

Yelp
It really has improved over the years. Organized layout, easy to navigate. Plenty of parking. Many stores & kiosks. Food court has variety. There's a library, gaming place, & multiple restrooms. It seems clean & well staffed. Definitely one of my fav malls!

Yelp
My friend and I enjoy walking inside the Mall early in the day. We are able to get about 7500 steps in, which gets the day off to a good start. They are bringing in some great new stores, like The Container Store. There is a really nice store with locally made items, called Local By Design. My husband bought me a gift there that is a hand made wooden board of the South River, which we enjoy taking out boat out to enjoy the water. We like to eat at California Pizza Kitchen, and it is hard to pass by that Cinnabon stand. I have visited at the holidays to buy Mrs. See's candies. So while some stores may come and go, this Mall seems to have weathered the Covid downturn better than most. There is lots to see and a lot going on.

Yelp
Bottom Line: End of an era and on an obvious decline but still safe and clean. The Mall. It's dead and it's sad. Over development in the 1980s and 1990s started the decline and online ordering has about finished it off. I still remember the excitement of some of the major renovations to the Annapolis Mall like the new addition anchored by Nordstrom in the mid-1990s. But we've come full circle now and Nordstrom shuttered its door in Spring 2020 and its time for an update to my 2014 review. What has closed that I am missing: - Nordstrom - Lord and Taylor - Sears - J Crew - Banana Republic What I am still visiting: - Pottery Barn - Williams Sonoma - Crate and Barrell - Ann Taylor Where I see the most waiting: - Apple - Lululemon (are these stores keeping the mall in business?) What I find the most pleasantly surprising: - Local by Design (art and goodies from local artisans) - Anne Arundel County Library - 7-Eleven since I like fountain soda What I am looking forward to: - The Container Store - supposedly coming in 2021! What I am wishing for: - Duluth Trading Company - IKEA - Lowe's - Costco - Boden - Meaningful repurpose of the deserted space On the upside to the mall being dead, I find parking plentiful but COVID has brought on some other challenges. For example, I used to pop into Pottery Barn quite a bit but you can no longer enter off of the parking lot and now you have to walk through the mall so my PB pop-in days are over, at least for now. Regarding COVID, I visited the mall about three weeks before Christmas 2020 and it was gross! It was very crowded despite the online crowd meter showing low crowds and all three of the mall provided hand sanitizer stations I tried were empty. To the patrons credit, almost everyone was wearing a mask correctly (covering mouth AND nose)! Very sad. I guess if I want to do some serious mall shopping I'll head to Columbia but I'll still duck into some of my favorite stores here why my husband sips Starbucks, peruses Under Armor and wishes for a Vineyard Vines store.

Yelp
I find most malls pretty depressing. This one is pretty standard. I mean it's clean and has some good stores (I was there for the Container Store and Crate & Barrel), but it's just a mall - a maze of mostly chain stores and some bad food court options for food. If you need a store inside the mall (why oh why doesn't Baltimore have a Container Store or a Crate & Barrel), it will do the job. But I wouldn't say it's a pleasure to visit and shop at.

Yelp
An alright Mall. Not too many stores are open, probably due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Some were blocked off or closed. Parking was very easy, spacious layout of the garage upstairs. Ample amount of parking spaces around... Walked around for a bit. Dropped by a few stores we liked inside - H&M, ZARA to name a couple. It was a nice short walk around the shopping mall. Nothing too impressive, though. A little more empty than we had expected. Only visited this mall since we had gone to eat some crabs near the Chesapeakee Bay Area and wanted to walk around somewhere inside where it wasn't too hot. Definitely a wicked hot and humid day!

Yelp
Love coming to Annapolis Mall. Always has the biggest stores and 95% of the mall are stores still in business unlike other malls which half of the mall is taken and the other half are stores out of business then they just put up a drywall layer saying "Coming soon". This mall actually retains and/or finds new clients. The employees in the stores are very friendly and helpful. The overall mall is super clean and the general crowd is middle class. No kids acting like fools or anything. Sound is average for a mall. Bathrooms are cleaned and maintained. The food court could be somewhat better but they have a lot of restaurants attached to the mall for dining. So that's a plus. Lastly. Parking is the very easy and they have a ton of spaces.
google avatar

Yelp
Wow, this mall has really gone downhill. Most of the good stores have closed (J Crew, Charming Charlie, Lord & Taylor, Vans, etc.) and have been replaced with weird pop up type shops or nothing at all. The Starbucks store in the Pottery Barn wing is also closed (not the kiosk in the middle of the mall, that's still there with ridiculously long lines). The food court is also sorely lacking good options. There's really no reason to come here unless I need to go to Pottery Barn or Crate & Barrel. Bye, Annapolis.
google avatar

Newell R.

Yelp
My favorite mall! They even have a movie theater inside which is amazing. In recent years, I noticed a lot of stores closing (probably due to the rise online shopping during the pandemic), but they have done a good job with filling the empty spaces. I will take the extra drive any day to visit Annapolis Mall versus Waldorf Mall.
google avatar

Nessa R.

Yelp
Nice! What a great mall! Kinda out of the way for me but has all the stores your heart can think of. I came here on a fluke to come to the Apple but was pleasantly surprised to see all the stores that other malls do not have! Love it! I'd have to say if you can't make it to Pentagon or Tyson's this is one to come to!

Yelp
My son and I came here for the Be With Me Playseum (separate review, FANTASTIC space!) but we had, by default of where we parked and where we were having lunch, a chance to peep around the mall as well. It was a Saturday and it either was : A. dead or B. felt dead because the mall itself is very large. It has some of the basics but also lacking some. Why no J. Crew and Banana Republic? I buy almost exclusively from Carters (which they don't have but need), H&M, and Loft, the latter two of which are here. The foodcourt was decent-they have Mezeh and Chic-fil-A. People were all wearing masks and it was incredibly easy to socially distance due to the lack of people in the first place. I would never come shopping here since it wouldn't make sense-I have all these stores and more within my Arlington/Alexandria hub. I do appreciate the Playseum here, and we will definitely be back for that.
google avatar

Tim T.

Yelp
Been here a few times now since this Covid stuff started and everyone has been wearing the mask now everyone need to follow the arrows on the floor stay to the right going one way and on the left going the other. They need to put up something in the middle to stop people from cutting across from one side to the other have certain area where you can cross over.

Yelp
The Annapolis Mall is still going strong and is a nice place to walk, shop, and eat. Lots of local stores are here and the restaurants are all good. With all the other local malls closing up of are only 1/2 empty with stores you have to ask what this management is doing so well. I still enjoy visiting this mall.

Jason K.

Yelp
I've been coming to the Mall ever since I was a kid when it first opened. It has gone through several evolutions, renovations and owners since. Hands down Westfield has been the best management company by far. Since the closures of Lord & Taylor and Nordstrom, it's really struggled. Now with Pottery Barn being the latest casualty, the newer section of the mall is prob only 40-50% occupied. Costco, Wegmans and Dave & Busters would solve a lot of these problems where these vacant stores and department stores now stand. Hope Westfield is able to make some moves like this before selling in late 2023.
google avatar

Laura S.

Yelp
Great mall! Loves all the stores here especially Nordstrom. The service was exceptional and parking is easy.
google avatar

Tumani T.

Yelp
Agree with some of the other posters... the end of an era. This used to be an awesome mall, with Nordstrom closing it was a big blow and I was told it was due to increasing space rent issues. Some of my favorite Kiosks used to operate here and they told me they are also leaving due to the increased rent they are being charged. The mall looks sad and now Macys being the only "upscale" anchor store, sometimes it's not even worth it to visit; may as well spend the extra time and gas to go to Colombia or Tyson's corner. My family and I used to come here & spend the day but now with all the vacant stores and declining security, it's not considered a fun day outing anymore. Unfortunately now it's a "run in and return an online order" mall.
google avatar

Stephanie T.

Yelp
Go online and you'll see all these articles about how malls are going extinct. Well, have you been to Annapolis mall on a Saturday afternoon? To me, this is the best mall in the area, beating out Columbia and any in Baltimore proper. I'm a fan of Westfield properties because they are generally well-maintained and have many of the stores a 20-something would need. Although always busy, parking is usually plentiful and there stores that face the street with entrances of their own (Forever 21). In my opinion, there's room for improvement with the food court, but I like that there are food shops for snacking sprinkled throughout the mall.
google avatar

E Katrina L.

Yelp
I want to give you 5 stars cause you're one of the best malls I've visited, especially in Maryland. Sis, you got it all...the decor is hella attractive, the layout is easy to navigate, you clean as a whistle Ma (even your bathrooms and I HATE public bathrooms but you did that) and you got the BEST selections of stores and kiosks and restaurants. So then if you this good why aren't you 5 stars, cause most of your stores don't open til 11am and then they close at 8pm. Where in the heck do we do that? You got me all excited for nothing...no action...got here at 7:50p only to realize you done for the day! Sigh!
google avatar

Leia P.

Yelp
I've taken this mall for granted, or at least reviewing it, because I'm so close, but I now realize it's really one of the better malls... having gone to the others on the outskirts: Anne Arundle and Columbia... (didn't do it for me) Anchor stores include Nordstrom's, Macy's, Penny's, Sears, -& Crate & Barrel- if you will. Lord and Taylor which I had not come to love until moving to the area, closed sadly, with rumors of a Dave & Busters--which has yet to materialize... (A thoroughfare to the other side of the mall is what remains there now) ...and or rumors of a hotel(?) Personally, I'd love to see a Saks, bloomingdales or Neiman. This place is always busy on the weekend, with a bright revamped the food court, about a year ago... the usual suspects of food court-fast food staples: 5guys, Chick, Sushi samurai, 'chinese', sushi poke; mezeh, cheese steak, pizza, Indian, chipotle; restaurants include: Nordstrom's cafe, Maggiano's, Nando peri-peri, California pizza kitchen, Stone ridge, Brass tap, and Cheesecake Factory. Added recently, is Rodizio Churrascaria, a Brazilian-style steak house. Brazilian steakhouse. I have yet to try this location, but familiar with it.) Bow tie Annapolis Movie theater 11 is great; Ultimate xyz whatever sound: w/ plenty of theaters; recliner Lounge chairs and food delivery to your seat. Easy reservations can be made in advance, online for advance purchase. I come here for the Apple store, Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, *William and Sonoma, *Pottery Barn, Godiva, Nordstrom's, *Zara, White House| Black market, intimissim, lululemon, underarmour, Tommy Bahama. Health & beauty wise are: Sephora, MAC, Prive, The body shop, bed bath and body, Lush, L'octainne, Bare minerals. As well as a mens atelier: the art of shaving. Gone now are Z Gallerie, Charming Charlie's, L&T, J. crew, cache, the Gap, Breakstone, Teavanna, Capital Teas. (Papyrus, also slated to close.) Throughout the malls concourses you'll find plenty of seating, kids play zone areas as well as a kids petting and make believe play space that occupies space on the old -Lord and Taylor side (where charming Charlie's was) by build a bear; charging set-ups, fish tanks, and family rest areas. There's a number of retail kiosks, and cornerstone specialty, stores scattered through the mall; but with brick and mortar retail these days , things are always changing here. For a list of current stores, see their website and download the app...they also list sales there as well. Happy shopping.

Yelp
Why I'm a FAN of this mall: 1. Plenty of Parking 2. Clean 3. Spacious 4. A large variety of stores 5. Their food court offers so many choices (ie. Sushi, Kabobs, Burgers, Pizza, Frozen Yogurt, Chinese, Thai, etc.) 6. The bath products at their LUSH store are so fresh! 7. They have a cute train ride for kids and a clean kiddy play area 8. Their movie theater is nice. Purchased tickets for Captain America at 2:10 pm on a Saturday. It was $8/ person. Not bad! 9. Employees are super NICE here. Every store we entered, someone always approached us with a smile and asked if we needed assistance. 10. Shoppers here are friendly. While I was looking around at the food court, a gentleman eating with his family randomly handed me a $0.50 off coupon for Sbarro. That was kind of him :) Thanks! If you're planning a visit to Annapolis, MD this mall is a great place to take a stroll.

Yelp
Nice mall. Came here with my niece. Has all the stores and easy to get around and maneuver.

Yelp
Westfield is a regular mall in the Annapolis prime location. Parking is not a problem. The mall where you can find Lush, Lolli Pops, Kokee, Auntie Anne, California Pizza Kitchen to name a few.
google avatar

Barry W.

Yelp
Beautiful mall, some of the businesses are starting to leave, I assume because of the rent. Still a beautiful place to walk around, shop and now exercise. Hopefully they can keep up with maintaining this building.
google avatar

Chewie ..

Yelp
They lost 3 of the 5 Anchor stores and the two left are facing bankruptcy. I'd say 50% occupancy today if that. The food court has been terrible for years but now, even the terrible options are gone! The "new" dining court is now completely empty and boarded up. This will never be a dead mall though because of its location, but the future doesn't look good. Too big, too fast, and with online is hitting them HARD! COVID-19 didn't help but the bruises started way before COVID-19.
google avatar

Drew G.

Yelp
This mall has been through some hard times. The roof has leaks and the parking garages have had leaks that has caused damage to cars. Also the red garage has flooded before and the water level has enter patrons cars. The mall management does not care about its tenants. The out fines to them for stuff out of there control. Management even went as far as to lay off all the concierge and made security hand out scooters and wheel chairs. If you slip and fall inside of this mall they will pull every part of camera footage to ensure they don't have to pay out for there lack availability to clean messes inside. The elevators in this mall are known for getting stuck. As far as physical safety goes. They do not publicly release any records of any fights or thefts from cars or patrons or stores. This mall is not what it used to be.

Yelp
My favorite mall in the DMV! Westfield Annapolis has it all in terms of stores - I haven't even visited a quarter of them. What's more is there's on site childcare and activities for the little ones if you're visiting the mall w the family. Lots to be discovered here.
google avatar

Yelp
Mall was Very Crowded, but lots of nice artwork in the halls or walkways. Lots of shopping shops and stores to go to. I loved it there. It seems to be very popular. A large range of variety and kept very clean. I notice security is on Top too. Lots of parking areas to park in. The mall is very wide ranged, so you will get into shape walking from 1 end to another. I enjoyed coming to this mall. I rate it as a 100%, A+

Yelp
(This is closer to 3.5 stars to me, but I'm rounding up because it's great to see a healthy mall doing things right.) Westfield Annapolis Mall is a solid, 'normal' mall, full of mostly mid-range stores, with some on the higher-ish end. Most of the stores are standard, but there are a few local-focused / Maryland-specific stores that add nice character. The numerous anchors include Sears, J.C. Penney's, Macy's, and Nordstrom's. There are at least a couple of different food court areas, as well as several larger restaurants spread throughout the mall, and a large, modern movie theater occupies an area near the largest food court. Among interesting storefronts are an outpost of the local library and interesting computer gaming places that are more entertainment than sales. I've seen signs indicating that there's an in-mall aquarium, but this seems to be something that has since closed other than the large custom fish tank in one hall. (Although, perhaps I've simply been mistaken in thinking the signs indicated the presence of a full aquarium facility at some point.) The mall is bright for the most part, although there are a few darker/dimmer halls. The walkways are wide and there are several nice, bright open central hall areas, with lots of different activities. One hall even includes foosball and air hockey tables that I think may be free, and, possibly even more surprisingly, are not always busy so you actually can play! Nice, modern design touches here and there add to the feeling of brightness in the mall. One note that there's been a lot of construction currently under way, with a few closed stores and at least one closed section/hall. The latter makes a smooth flow of wandering a little difficult right now, but not bad, and it also makes it difficult to tell how it'll all be once the construction is completed. The mall is full of a wide variety of people, and both the customers and staff members appeared to be relaxed and friendly. The mall is quietish on weekday evenings and wonderfully lively on weekends -- although not too crowded on the weekends when I've been. The area around the mall has loads of parking, and is ringed by numerous strip malls that provide many more shopping and dining options.

Yelp
I visited the Mall for the first time in over a year with my sister; and was pleasantly surprised to see it still in good condition. However, we visited it on a rainy day, and observed water leakage from the ceiling. Buckets were in place to gather the water. We enjoyed the artwork on the walls. Also, the ladies room was nice and clean. My sister and I observed the new library which was very attractive. It was nice to be able to walk around in the area where Lord and Taylors use to be. We came into the Mall through JC Penny because my sister had some items to pick up. One of our friends stated that the tables and chairs had been removed from the food court, but we observed tables and chairs. Unfortunately, there was one group of about 10 people seated at one table without masks. But I guess it kind of hard to wear a mask while you are eating. I am looking forward to another visit very soon.

Yelp
It's your average mall. I can't say it is any different from any other mall. Of note, they are under construction currently. The temporary bathrooms are not the best, but I understand they are doing the best they can. No matter what, they still have Cinnabon. Thus, all is right in the mall world.

Yelp
Went Wed 8/16/17 with my daughter. The mall itself was great. Lots of seating areas throughout the mall (awesomely decorated) allowed me to sit in front of stores to wait for her. The mall included a plethora of shopping as well as good food court eatery options. However, at the end of the night, as I waited for my daughter after eating, I needed to use the restroom by the food court. I went in with 4 other young ladies and there was a sign up saying RESTROOM CLOSED. I was confused because it was 8:50 pm and the mall closes at 9:30 pm. We were told by the cleaning lady that the rest room was closed. So, I asked, "what do people who have to use the restroom do?" Annoyingly she snapped, " I don't know!" I continued to inquire, "where is there another restroom that I can use." She responded "I don't know, but you can't use this one." I turned and walked out just to have my bladder remind me that it was now an emergency. I went back in and let her know, I really have to go. She still insisted I couldn't, but I did. As I exited the stall I noticed she was near the sink talking about me with another worker in Spanish and giving me really dirty looks. I'm not an idiot, I took Spanish in college. What if I had an accident because I couldn't get to another restroom on time. The men's room was open, I could have gone in there, if push came to shove! BUT I shouldn't have to walk around with a bunch of bags searching for a restroom. All the restrooms should be open as long as the mall is open!

Yelp
I love this mall! It had everything i need. Parking is ready and the food court isn't bad.

Yelp
Cool looking fish tank inside the mall. Inside is very clean and spacious. The food court also has many delicious options.

Yelp
This is my absolute favorite mall in MD! It's huge and it has all my favorite stores. The selection of restaurants are great as well. There is something for everybody, whether you want to dine in a place or grab something quick from the food court. It is a very big mall and sometimes I find myself getting lost. Also, parking is sometimes a pain despite the large amount of it. Regardless, I still think it's a great mall to find what you need.

Yelp
Agree with the parking situation in this place. Unless you are going to go when there is not an influx of people... be wary of parking. Not enough parking garages if you ask me. The mall itself though is absolutely wonderful. Went the other day and there seems to be more construction going on which only means more stores!! Wonderful variety, large stores, lots of shoes, lots of clothes... and the food selection you cannot beat! Wear your comfortable shoes!
google avatar

Yelp
Any mall that has couches and living room seating areas is a gem in my book. Parking is great and they have expanded the mall since I was here 10 years ago. Lot's a great stores in a nice atmosphere.

Christina M.

Yelp
I love the Annapolis mall! I try to come here whenever I'm in town. They have all the stores I like such as Victoria's Secret, H&M, Macy's, North Face, and Lolli and Pops. It's really a huge mall and you can easily spend all day shopping and window shopping. They decorate so beautifully for the holidays as well. The mall is always crowded and parking can be hard to find but they have $5 valet which makes things easier. Can't beat that price really for the convenience of just walking in the mall. The movie theater in the mall is the absolute best. You can reserve your seats, the seats are huge and reclining, and you can order amazing food like eggplants fries and mozzarella sticks. They deliver the food right to your seat! This mall is my fav and I highly recommend!

Yelp
This is a huge mall with three multi-storey parking garages! Even the biggest mall in my area does not have parking garages, so that is amazing. Even with so many parking spaces though, it was difficult to find parking on a Sunday afternoon. Regulars to this mall would probably know on which side of the mall one is most likely to find parking but it was difficult for an infrequent visitor like me. Inside the mall, there is an amazing variety of stores, pretty much something for everyone. The food court too has some unique fare not typically found in most mall food courts. The only problem I had was with the mall layout. Unless you cut through Lord & Taylor, you'd have to take a long and winding way around to go from the north entrance to the south entrance.

Yelp
Okay. I love this mall,I really do,but recently the customer service is some shit. I head to the pure store(they sell quality high end products such as face masks and makeup) And the lady there wants to act fake friendly when I go to ask for a specific thing. The littlest thing. I had half a mind to cuss her out but I was calm. Whether she was having a bad day or not, don't take that out on me. Come correct or there will be problems. Acting exasperated for no reason when I get to asking her questions about something I wanted to buy. The last time I was there it was a different lady and she seemed fine,it doesn't seem like they get too much business at all, this particular store and I can see why. Don't waste your time here. The next store I always go to is lush, the sales ladies seemed very nice at first but seemed like they wanted to bug me or follow me around, and the store is not big at all. The service was okay. The food court is lit and they're great.

Yelp
This mall used to be my absolutely favorite mall in the area but recently it has gone down hill. Once the ownership switched over the mall seemed to be having a steady decline. The new owners removed a staple department store, lord and taylor, in efforts to place a dave and busters in there. Now the owners have plans to turn the new wing into a hotel. The mall is now filled with Italian underwear stores, instead of great staple stores. Although there are still a lot of good stores in this mall, it seems that within the next couple years this mall will lose them. I would rather shop online because of these changes.

Yelp
I love this mall. Maybe I'm a little partial to it because I work in Annapolis and find myself frequenting this mall since it's a short drive away from work. I'll easily come here during my lunch break to grab some lunch, meet up for drinks or dinner after work, or simply to walk around and get a little exercise. You can find all of your basic department stores here such as Macy's, JC Penney, and Sears along with some mall favorites, including H&M. One thing I love about this mall is that it definitely brings the feel of Annapolis to the mall. For example, there are a few businesses here that I also see when I'm in the downtown area near my job. They have the Annapolis Ice Cream Company and Capital Teas here. One of my FAVORITE stores of my life is LUSH and you can find one at this mall. I think that alone sealed the deal for me. They seem to be constantly evolving and adding more stores. This mall also has a movie theater and several great dining options including California Pizza Kitchen and the Cheesecake Factory. The food court is absolutely amazing. In addition to the usual Chick-fil-A and Subway, there are several ethnic (Chinese, Mediterranean, Indian, Vietnamese) places to eat which is something I totally love. If you're looking for a great place to shop or to simply browse and get a little exercise, Westfield Annapolis is your place.
