"Beloved Anna’s Taqueria is also expanding, opening its seventh Boston-area location at 360 Longwood Ave. in Longwood late this year. Anna’s opened its first shop, inspired by San Francisco’s Mission District Mexican fare, in Brookline in 1995, and the chain remains an affordable favorite for items like the customizable super burrito." - Adam H. The place is mid. Something good to try once, but it’s okay food. The horchata could taste better, but that’s my opinion. Felt a little rushed when ordering when not a lot of people were there. I feel like I’d have a better experience at Chili’s.

I was hesitant to go because of the negative reviews (even though I was a huge fan of the Anna's on Harvard Street when I used to live in Boston). The burritos are exactly as I remember them... Delicious tortillas, flavorful meat (love the al pastor), good toppings and amazing burrito wrapping skills. For me, Anna's is still the best burrito in Boston. Don't listen to the negative reviews.

I wanted to give this place another try as my co-worker had a nice looking salad bowl the other day. The salad bowl should include beans, cheese and fresh avocado as well as your choice of protein and greens. I was given a bowl of greens with my choice of grilled chicken and some pico de gallo, no beans, no avocado and no cheese. The server behind the counter told me "all this extra" pointing to the avocado, cheese, guacamole and sour cream and a few other things, no offer of dressing which should also be included. The chicken was OK, at least better than the greasy carnitas that I had before. This was my third or forth try here, maybe I'm spoiled by having lived in Tucson and eaten better Mexican food but this was my last trail of Anna's.

The food is good, but employees must do better, I went there and I ordered a super burrito and a soda!!! Simple with all extras, sourcream, wacamole, and cheese, all extra money is fine.... I got my burrito, and when I tried to get soda, it was flat, no gas at all... I told them they said I was wrong, they were fine, I said no, is not good is flat, well a lady came and checked, it was flat, I have to wait 10 minutes to some try to fix it, and when they "Fix it" still flat, I told them is not right, they don't care.... I asked them if I could switch it for an orchata, and they said no, I have to pay extra and bla bla bla!!!! And between all of this, I almost finished my burrito 🌯 all dry, not good. They gave me the orchata and asked me to pay more, I said yes when I finished my burrito 🌯, I finish to eat not really experiencing. At the end they didn't charge me extra for the orchata... but the way they act is not good, and I'm sorry, but they took a long time to get someone to try to fix the soda machine, and still wasn't working properly. Bad service.

I love their quesadilla! It's nicely fried tortilla with melted cheese in the center. Then the lovely staff fills it to your heart's content, and wraps it for you like a burrito present sent from the Gods!! Got a veggie one, and it was perfect! Maybe next time, I might ask them to leave it on the grill a little longer. Mmmm! Yum!

They charge for any additions to a burrito. I ordered $5 worth of “upcharge” Items on my burrito (ordered online) and they put none of them on. It’s annoying enough when you don’t get what you ordered but when you get upcharged for the items and they don’t put them on, that’s just getting ripped off. I’m at Boston Children’s hospital and will just go to Bolocco going forward.

This place was terrible. I ordered my food and then quickly regretted it. Lady handling the food was concerning, and the girl who took my order was extremely rude. The food was just a blob of mush. It's not tasty or appetizing. After paying more attention to the restaurant, it wasn't clean, I just threw my food away.

I don’t live in Boston anymore but the only thing I miss is Anna’s Taqueria. When I visit Boston nowadays I’ve been known to hit Anna’s three times in a day. This is still my favorite Burrito on the planet and I’ve been all over the USA & Mexico and haven’t found its rival. This is the kind of Burrito one dreams of, it’s perfect. Thank You Anna’s For Making the world a better place. ❤️sincerely.
