Anna's Taqueria

I didn’t like what I got, but I thought I was getting something else. Service was fast, staff friendly. Food was hot. I also got queso and chips, they don’t give you enough cheese for the amount of chips they give you.

Upon entering this empty restaurant and placing my order - a single, easy to make, taco - at the counter I stood in line and watched the staff make door dash orders for 10 minutes. I have never done this before but after watching five wet, messy burritos being made I lost both my appetite and my patience and I just walked out. Don’t waste your time here like I did - this place and its service are a joke.

The place is mid. Something good to try once, but it’s okay food. The horchata could taste better, but that’s my opinion. Felt a little rushed & disorganized when ordering when not a lot of people were there. I feel like I’d have a better experience at Chili’s. Side note: - The tacos are hella small & greasy

Came at 9pm and asked for a Quesadilla and they said no and started cleaning the stove. If close is 10pm, people shouldn’t be denied orders at 9pm. It was a weird encounter. I said okay -rather confused and left. Never experienced that with them. They’re usually nice but I left hungry and on the verge of tears. So I recommend going before 8 if they close at 10 so they don’t say no to your order.

Absolutely the most rude immature mean girls that work there. My daughter is in the ICU and I tried to order four times finally I ordered on Uber eats and it went through when I got here I told them my name and they said they didn't get my order so i looked and it said order cancelled due to something going wrong with their ordering system. At this point I'm frustrated tired from being in the hospital with my daughter and I proceed to tell them my order . The three girls spoke in Spanish looking at me laughing and giggling clearly talking about me as if I had done something wrong . Instead of saying I apologize or we can just get your order ready I was made to feel uncomfortable. They were being mean girls like I was a burden. At the end I still gave them a 20 percent tip because that's just who I am . I hope that whoever reads this will tell those girls You never know what people are going through so be kind.

The queso is atrocious, and among the worst I've ever had and it makes me genuinely curious as to how they've managed to give it that texture. The burritos are very mid to acceptable. sometimes there's a lot of difficulty communicating

Best Burrito Bowl I had, ever, hands down. Had Chipotle, Sweet Greens and Boloco. Anna's is way ahead of them!!

This place is absolutely amazing, from the food to the customers service! What really keeps me coming back is the people that work there! Their customers service is top tier and they always have a smile on their faces. They are always attentive and very friendly. Will continue to comeback!
