Anna's Taqueria

I was SO excited for this location to open, and yeesh it is not up to par. Staff were VERY disorganized interrupting each other while I’m trying to answer their questions. And the food just doesn’t look or taste good. The birria tacos were loaded with way too much cilantro and for almost $5 a piece they are tiny and not even filled much. Probably won’t come back, but as someone who works in the food industry I was really disappointed.

Simply the worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time. Here is a picture of my quesadilla(?), topped off with cold cheese. I will not be going back.

I was really craving some Mexican food, I tried this place even though it had really horrible reviews. But I thought the food was really good. I asked for vegetables in my burrito and they took whole roasted vegetables and chopped them right in front of me. Only thing I would change is that they weren't very friendly.

Temu Anna's This is by far the worst burrito place I've ever been to. ...And this is coming from someone who thinks Anna's is the best burrito place hands down. Not this one. This IS NOT the same quality as the Anna's near Boston/Somerville. This is the worst you can get, which is odd since it's a brand new location. DO NOT use the kiosk to order food, DO NOT order online thinking it will be ready. Nobody is trained so all those kiosk, online, and doordash orders go through to an unmanned station on the side that nobody checks. They only know to deal with the line of people in front of them. We used the kiosk even though there was only 1 person in front of us, then proceeded to wait an hour! The staff never moved from the front of the house . At one point I had to point it out to them that nobody is working the kiosk orders. They had a big stack of orders from that and online that they then worked on....ours being last of course. Then, to top it off. It was the worst burrito. The black beans were not drained so it was a burrito filled bean juice. It also wasnt rolled correctly . It was a loose mess that you couldn't hold. Steer clear of you are expecting an Anna's experience. I dont know what this place is..

Very disappointed in this place as I love their other locations. They are very disorganized and had me waiting for over 40 minutes for an in-person kiosk order of 3 burritos and 3 tacos. I tried asking for a refund 2x and they kept lying to me saying they were in the middle of making my order. Don’t come here unless you have time to waste.

Overall not a good addition to garden city. We were really excited to give it a try ! Menu is inconveniently placed and you can’t even read it and it’s confusing how to order. There were many employees working but all looked confused and standing around. Food was sub par. The quesadilla wasn’t even a quesadilla it was wrapped like a burrito! We won’t be back

This was my first experience with Anna's taqueria. I had heard wonderful things about other locations. I ordered a head, a Mexican bowl as well as chips and queso. I got there just about 20 minutes after my order was placed. When I asked the staff for my order they would be replied that online orders take at least 20 minutes. They finished packaging up quite a large order and went to hand it to me. I said that is not the order that I'm here for. When they asked my name they did actually have my order. I ordered and paid for extra cheese. I could not see any cheese in my bowl nor taste any. For that matter, my bowl entirely lacked flavor. The food didn't even taste salted. There is far better Mexican around with better service.

Really slow… no sense of urgency… and I’m usually understanding. But it shouldn’t be taking 20 minutes to make 2 tacos when there’s no one else in line

This was my first time at Anna's Taqueria. I recently went to the Dedham location. I ordered a regular burrito. The girl who was waiting on me to add the toppings appeared to have an attitude. I asked for her opinion as to what beans she recommended and she said " I don't know" and then proceeded to tell me about the toppings that had an additional charge. I felt uncomfortable. Once I was ready to pay for my order the girl shouted to the cashier that I ordered the burrito with an extra charge for the guacamole. It just seemed unnecessary to have done this especially with other customers standing nearby. I think the food is a bit pricey especially for the portion sizes and extra charges. After about 15-20 minutes of eating my burrito I got really sick. I am not sure if it was the beans or the chicken or any of the other toppings I had requested. I love Mexican food but the food I ordered was not good. There was not much taste. Especially because I got sick, I am not planning to return here.
