Very nice place and nice food for a beach. 1489 beer from Arendal. Very good bollen and other cake. The best one was the plum cake that was still warm. And very nice little dishes: I had once that lamb-sausage with mashed potatoes that was very nice for such a place far away from everywhere with a small kitchen. A bit disappointing was the Skagen røre as it was very difficult to eat with that toasted bread in that box and wooden (!) Fork and knive. I also had better ones for that price although it still was well made with that sauce. All in all I must say I don't compare prices all time and I realise inflation of course everywhere but about 140 kronen for a glass of wine is also getting very much as I also would imagine it was only 0.15 litres. For such a place where you can bring things yourself and sit outside anyway such places should not get too far with prices.

This place is absolutely beautiful. There you can eat a delicious meal and drink tasty coffee with a beautiful view. It is worth going there in summer. At that time, it is crowded, both, on the beach and in the restaurant. The restaurant is small and there are tables outside too. Inside, it is very atmospheric and beautiful, nice accessories and decor. Of course, the service there is amazing and very kind. A small minus for the fact that the prices are very high, it is not adequate to what we get. Anyway, I recommend this place... I love it :)

Great coffee and cakes, plus great views

Perfect location for a tiny cafe with a lovely outside seating area. Just love the concept of a place that serves great food and drinks next to a beach without falling into the classic fast food trap. Both the salami focaccia, the brie and bacon baguette and the rhubarb slush were delicious. Well worth not bringing your own lunch to the beach!

Nice Cafe, good quality food and the girls that work there are as sweet as the cakes they sell. The only cons I found were that the cappuccino wasn't properly made (not foam at all) and the service a bit slow..Very pricey as well. Apart from that, a good place to stop by while walking in the area..
