Thank you for consistently providing food for the homeless community in L.A. and giving folks a safer alternative to stay other than Skid Row while transitioning into the system and figuring out housing. The Thanksgiving meals and gift bags were so good!

Was referred to by 211, came and requested assistance with an employee, was told I couldn't enter because I don't live there. And that he would call the police if I don't vacate the area. I refused because I needed a place to rest for tonight and not enough to make the trip to Long Beach shelter for it was too long. Called 211 again, was told to relay the situation to the police, waited for almost 2 hours but no show. Talk to some residents in the meantime and one of them mentioned that this shelter is meant for homeless drug users and I definitely don't fit that subscription. Finally decided to leave, the point is that the program there has two left feet, no compassion, and definitely a place to avoid unless you're desperate. -Aaron V.R.

Their trying to help people. Maybe quick or fast but their trying and many don't even want nothing to do with the houseless. Sad but these folks are trying to make a difference. I am grateful to all who do The Lord's work. God bless them.

This is by far one of the most efficient multi service provider for the homeless. They have lockers for those with mental or physical limitations. provide identification vouchers, showers, mail services, and caseworks that will provide the right directions for those to take the steps to get off the streets. They provide medical service services for any medical need via in house or referral. I was impressed my first walk in visit i accomplished more than what would have taken at least half a year to tend to with golden valley. Kudos to the upper echelon management not only does their vision sound promising but they go through with the vision making it a reality for those who realy want to transition from the streets to becoming a tax paying home renting citizen. They also provide clothes and meals at crusading tines and is always seeking donations to clothe those in need.

I love this place. Really nice staff. A lot of the time its just nothing but smiles and happiness. The volunteers that come out and donate are a true blessing. Their services are really good for the homeless. The up keep of the place is top notch, in my opinion. Even if the homeless get rowdy and rough they are always helpful and are willing to help out a stagnant issue. They are very respectful! God is doing a wonderful job there and they tend to go far and beyond to help. One day if I ever win the lottery I would love to donate there and give back for all their kindness and hospitality. Im a regular.

Don’t come here I just got off the phone with him and they said that they do not have any case management openings and that you will need to go to a different SPA service area because they are no longer excepting applications and they do not tell people that you have to call and get information. Very rude staff. I did not like the tone of any of them. They’re very disrespectful young lady, and a gentleman that stood outside the front gates with little to no information to help people with housing. I think this place should be shut down due to the fact that it cannot provide housing, which is substantially needed out here.

They refuse to give lockers. They're not normal everyday workers. I'm forced to carry laundry weight. They gave open wrapper snack in lunch. Fake assembly of sandwich.
