Cute mezcal bar in town. If u want some good cocktails with mezcal and tequila the this is the palace. It’s small and very instagram friendly with cozy ambiance . They have a food truck on the property. The bartender are very knowledgeable specially Sophia she will help u in selecting the right mezcals and also they have mezcal flights.

Great vibe! Hard to find selection of mezcals and tequilas. I would return 100%. Bartender was new but he knew his stuff and made great cocktails! Cheers to him! Definitely check this place out!

We arrived too early, but decided to wait until the opening hour. Well, worth the wait Sophia is an expert mixologist and very knowledgeable about her tequilas. The hibiscus margarita was very tasty. She also took the time to help us order a delicious pizza online which we were able to pick up and eat there. (Another bonus to having a delicious pizza place right across the street). This is a small intimate tequila bar with comfortable outdoor seating and dog friendly. Thanks for a great experience Sophia!!

10 stars. This bar is an absolute GEM. Amazing staff, fun patrons, great drinks, and the partnership with an amazing Mexican food truck just sets it off. Paloma’s and Margaritas can be made with taqulia or mezcal if you want a smokey treat. I had a blast. DJ on Sunday upped the already great vibes. This is serious a must go to bar.

Anoche is a house full of tequila and mezcal. Amazing selection and knowledgeable bartenders who take the time to share their expertise and to allow you the time to experience it all. Amazing drinks—the Anoche Old Fashioned with Bulleit Rye and Mezcal with a touch of honey was phenomenal.

Prefacing here that I held out on writing a review for the longest time because I was selfishly trying to keep it hidden. But this gem deserves every spotlight imaginable. I’ve recently seen it on lists of must-go places in Asheville. I guess the secret is out. And I’m glad because that is good karma returning tenfold. I met the owner and even from afar, I can tell she is pure light. ☀️ Okay, now let’s get into the actual review: The most aesthetically pleasing space with really good energy. I love art and the space is an art form as are the agave spirits. You can tell the highest quality ingredients are carefully chosen and incorporated into every cocktail. The flavor pairings are expertly balanced. And the business idea was brilliant. But what really brings Anoche to the next level is the leadership and the staff. The team is knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, fun, energetic, empathetic, considerate, and kind. I want experiences to be of the highest caliber. Admittedly, I’m a tough critic, and I can’t find anything I would change or alter in the slightest. The attention to detail is calming and, most importantly, it’s always consistent. This establishment has soul, and I’m here for all of it. What a dream. I highly, highly, highly recommend.🤘🏼✌🏼

I have long been a Mezcal fan. After being told by countless locals we needed to check this place out we finally went in a rainy summer afternoon and boy oh boy did it bring the flavor! We were greeted by the sweet and bubbly Tashi who quickly gave us the skinny on what was what and what we may enjoy. What followed was nothing shy of a fabulous two and a half hour sit through fending off the worst torrential downpours while seated inside a quaint flavor-filled fabulous tequila bar. Every drink was complex, like a story being told. Each with its own unique twist. For the craft cocktail lover who loves to dabble in the best tequila flavors this is a go-to for sure! Best espresso martini I’ve had bar none! The company was great too! Tashi is such a treat! From one local to another, or tourist..:.just go! It’s great!

Wonderful cocktails (and mocktails), beautiful environment. The staff was so excellent and talked to us about the differences between tequila and mezcal so we learned a little bit too. Will definitely be back.
