The 20 Best Bars In Mexico City - Mexico City - The Infatuation

"Another is a laid-back coffee shop and restaurant where good-looking digital nomads flock to by day. At night, the tiny Condesa spot with amazing views of tree-lined Alfonso Reyes street transforms into a scene-y bar for sipping and eating small plates like homemade crab rolls and deceptively simple pan tomate for hours. We expect nothing less from the people behind Sartoria and Madonna. There’s cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic cucumber and yuzu sodas, but when we’re here, it’s classic negronis and martinis—a complement to the ’70s American hits and French pop—all the way." - guillaume guevara

I enjoyed my meal here - fresh, healthy ingredients with an Arabic flair. I think maybe Egyptian. I only wanted a toast with smoked salmon but I’d like to return to try the other dishes. The antioxidant juice was super refreshing

This restaurant had been on our must-try list for ages, and their brunch certainly lived up to the hype! My white eggs with a surprising hint of dates were incredibly tasty, and my partner's dish of eggs, rice, and Asian noodles proved to be a wonderfully interesting and delicious choice. We also appreciated their famous coffee selection, offering a wide array of beans to satisfy any preference.

Lamb chops are delicious. Highly recommend - clear they put a lot of effort in that dish. Burger is okay, averagely better than many but not life changing. Calamari is worth skipping all together. Came here for dinner - I’d like to visit again for breakfast - perhaps it’s more their forte.

Absolutely recommend grabbing brunch here! The staff was so nice and even swapped out my coffee when I wasn’t satisfied with my first choice (totally on me). The Turkish eggs and Benedict were excellent!

Another is a spot with a cool, contemporary vibe and a fresh, well-crafted concept that’s definitely worth checking out. The menu is creative and thoughtful without being overwhelmingly exotic. I went for breakfast and was blown away: the truffle eggs were perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious. I also recommend the chilaquiles—the sauce is incredible (though I personally prefer them a bit crunchier). The queso de pueblo takes you straight back to childhood memories (if you're Mexican). The bread is top-tier: their croissant is flawless—not flaky like the Çuina's campechana, nor dense like a basic cuernito from Artesa... it’s just perfect (and that’s coming from someone who has a list called "ruta del croissant" check it out). Despite its modern and laid-back atmosphere, this isn’t one of those places where you get side-eye for asking for regular whole milk. This place is so popular among foreigners that I decided to write this review in English. I was also impressed by their wide coffee selection, so I’ll definitely be coming back to try more. A place with a great concept, warmth, and flawless execution.

One of our favorite breakfast spots! We've visited several times, even though I had a long list of other places to try, but we were eager to sample various items on their menu. The Turkish eggs and Egyptian eggs are BOMB! Our first visit was during a weekday when we had the chance to chat with our amazing waiter Mario, who was very attentive and welcoming. On subsequent weekend visits, the place was quite busy, so I didn't catch the names of the staff, but they were still very attentive. Thank you team🙏🏼 P.s. tiramisu latte was good too, but this is the most iced tiramisu coffee I’ve had traveling the world, I wouldn’t change my rating as I still quite enjoyed it, but I wish the recipe would be adjusted ☺️

Wanted a coffee and then saw the menu and decided to get some brunch. We had the Egyptian Omelet and Avocado Toast with an iced coffee and flat white. The food was some of the best I’ve had in Mexico City. The coffee was amazing and the entire decor of the place is immaculate. Whether you want to chill and read, work on your laptop or get some food, 100% try this place out. The service was incredible as well!

I had a really lovely time at ‘another’. We went for brunch and the atmosphere was incredible. We sat outside and did get bother by loud music being played right next to us briefly, but that was the only downside. They gave me a cute mini cup with my coffee to refill and drink from which was really fun and the food was pretty great! The bacon was very crispy. I got the huevos turkos and would try something new next time, but that’s just because I like trying new things! Edit: I came back and had the huevos egypcios- they were amazing (could have been a tad bigger). I fully maintain my 5 star review and I added a picture of the check this time ;)
