"Perched on Anshun Bridge that Marco Polo wrote about in the 13th Century, The Bridge is celebrity chef André Chiang’s debut dining concept in mainland China. The food reveals his modern take on Sichuan cooking, delivering refined touches and mindful plating. Marble goby in stone pot, and almond tofu dessert are the highlights. The pickle trolley presents over 10 choices for diners to choose from, including cherry belle radish, bitter melon and lotus shoot." - Michelin Inspector

Taste the best of Sichuan cuisine in Chengdu, China - SilverKris
"A picturesque bridge that feels historical but is actually a modern reconstruction completed in 2003, echoing an earlier structure referenced in historical accounts such as those attributed to Marco Polo." - SilverKris
"Perched atop Anshun Bridge, this sophisticated, fine-dining restaurant led by chef André Chiang focuses on elegant Sichuan cuisine; a set menu showcases local, seasonal produce and aims to push the boundaries and potential of regional cooking through refined, inventive preparations." - Mark Parren Taylor
Got ourselves a table at the bar’s outdoor seating to enjoy the change in scenery from daylight to night time, and was treated to quite a majestic view.
💡 the bridge lighted up around Google Map’s sunset timing despite the sun not fully set yet, which brings about a different kind of view leading into the night time.
🌉 the naming convention of the bridge apparently changed after it was rebuilt in 2002 (According to some reviews online), from Nine Eye Bridge to the current Anshun Bridge - hence the difference in names across different platforms and sources.
Definitely a spot to come by and enjoy the bridge with the lights up and admire how this huge structure sits atop a river 😊

Anshun Bridge is one of the most beautiful spots in Chengdu, especially at night when the lights reflect on the river. The atmosphere is lively with plenty of restaurants and teahouses nearby, yet it still feels peaceful to just walk along the riverside. A great place for photos, evening strolls, or simply enjoying the view with friends. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the city.

It's stunning at night. Start a few blocks Southeast of the bridge and walk towards it along the river through a zone of very nice bars with live music, and good angles for photos.

One of our best memories of Chengdu. Best scenery with a nice cannel walk for quite a few miles. There are some not-so-classy bars nearby with live music

This is one of Chengdu’s most picturesque landmarks. Visit the bridge at night to see its golden lights shimmering on the Jinjiang River. While the bridge has a restaurant, most visitors come here for the breathtaking views, making it a perfect spot to enjoy the night.

Best to visit during night time with all the lighting brightening up the area. It's great to have a walk after dinner or a drink in a bar. Also, be aware that there were people with cartoon costumes on the bridge that would come up to you to take photos with you. After that friendly approach (believe only to tourists). They will ask you for money. You can choose to give them spare change or delete the photo in front of them. they would just leave
