Glad to have found this place that is not too far from home. The place is clean, and the owner & staff are friendly and accommodating. Food is really good and fairly priced.👌 We will definitely be back for the Thai Tea and try some other food in their menu!

We wanted Thai food but we were not sure we felt like driving to our go to spot. By chance we were at Wii games and checked closer spots and Ant Thai popped up 40 feet away. Meant to be. Quick service. We ordered via the phone and only took 15 minutes. We ordered Tom yum soup an 8 , 2 laab Kai 6 and 8 and a papaya salad a 6. Got a free order of spring rolls. Everything was good and tasty. Decent portions and good prices. Should’ve asked for a bit more spicy though but we eat Thai food all over the world and can handle the heat. Some times it is good to be cautious though. Would come back for sure.

Google
Hidden gem relatively close to my neighborhood. Small, very clean, very quiet. I enjoy the lunch specials served until 3pm. Your choice of entree from the list, soup, spring roll, and salad. Pair that with a Thai tea or coffee and you're set. My heat tolerance isn't that strong so at most, I'm a level 3, but a stronger person could go all out 10. Everything I've tried so far, I've enjoyed and I see Ant Thai Food staying on my favored list of places to visit.

Google
Really good food, and reasonably priced. Spice it up from 01 to 10 intensity....05 was just right! I had a large order that included: Spring rolls, Chicken/Shrimp Pad Thai, Shrimp Tom Yum Soup, Orange Chicken, Chicken Spicy Basil Fried Rice, Mango Sticky Rice, and Thai Tea! Everything was tastey, and no consequences for overindulgence! Score!!!

Google
The purpose of me giving the restaurant a 5 star review is because the service was speedy and very caring of me as a customer. That part was enjoyable but I must comment on the food, the chicken satay was really slimy, I didn't quite understand it. Usually this appetizer is grilled or uses any other methods that cooks it where it's tender and moist on the inside and somewhat has a bite on the outside in this case it wasn't that. The crab fried rice was average, the flavor was decent, it did have decent size crab meat but it was bland I had to drown my fried rice in soy sauce to have some type of seasoning. It's not within me to give out bad reviews or not give full 5 stars but the restaurant is not one I'm going to come back to theres way too many issues regarding the food. My server was sweet and nice.

Google
I LOVE this place. Super fresh!! Spring rolls are made fresh and come out flaming hot. Wonderful veggie options (tofu is fantastic). Highly recommend the curry (any color), pad thai, spicy basil, and the fried banana dessert!!! Lastly, the family who runs the place is so sweet and really loves their business!

Google
I opted for Cashew Chicken, Spring rolls, and of course Thai Tea. Everything was prepared very wonderfully. Normally I have a to go-box as I don't really each much, I'm that gal that is a grazer -. However today no box, I politely finished all of my food and slightly contemplated ordering more. My highlight was the springrolls as sometimes they can be very hit or miss depending on the restaurant. Interior is very Covid evident with spacing, and staff wearing their PPE. Everything was very clean, and our table was continually checked. I love great customer service. Would def recommend - pricing is beyond reasonable and portions are decent.

Best Thai food at this area , Very low price.

Yelp
The food is amazing- great service and super fast!! We ordered the Pad Thai with chicken for a parties size that was awesome!! Love this place!!

Marcus S.

Yelp
My wife and I have been looking for a new Thai restaurant since our favorite one shut down. This place was good, I really enjoyed their yellow curry. The chicken dumplings were good too but would be better fresh (ordered pick up, so they lost some of the crunchy-ness). The dumplings came with a sauce I never had and that was delicious! The Pad Thai was alright, not bad but just missing something that we can't find that our place did. Still a solid option. The lady taking my order was really nice and the food was done in a timely manner. Didn't eat at the restaurant but was nice on the inside and would want to eat there.

Yelp
Very stingy and over priced. Not worth it imo. They also need to fix their menu. They advertise mango sticky rice but only give rice no mango.

Yelp
I've had this spot on my list to try for quite awhile as it is one of the rare Thai spots on the east side of Vegas. It's located in a strip mall right off of Nellis and is definitely a blink and miss it type of place. There is ample parking and a small indoor dining area. We stopped in for lunch on Sunday and were the only diners, however there were a couple of people that stopped in to grab takeout orders. The server was super friendly and attentive our entire time dining here, we always had a full glass of water, which is much appreciated in this crazy heat! The menu is really nice (odd compliment, I know) and features photos of many of the dishes, which helps when trying to narrow down what to order. My fiancé started with the potstickers, which had a creamy sauce that I found interesting as most come with a soy sauce base. That said, he thoroughly enjoyed them and liked the sauce. I'm pescatarian, so I didn't try them. For our main dishes, we ordered our usuals- Pad See Eew with chicken (spice level 7) for him and Pad Prik King with veggies (spice level 8) for me. Our food arrived and you could literally see the steam coming off of the plates, it doesn't get much more fresh than that! Our server left a caddy of extra spicy elements that we could add at our discretion, which I ended up doing because the 8 was pretty mild for me (next time I'll go for 10!). My fiancé was happy with his spice level, however, so it's really a matter of preference. Both of our dishes were delicious and the portion sizes were generous. I was missing a bit of the brightness and flavor from a traditional Pad Prik King, I'd find little pockets of it, but overall it was a good sauce. This is a great spot to check out, especially if you live on the east side!

Yelp
This restaurant is a family favorite! I've been here multiple times and keep forgetting to write a review. Favorite dishes we've tried - Pad See Ew, Pad Thai, and Drunken Noodles. We normally order to go and 3 dishes are perfect for our family of 4 with some leftovers. I think the prices are decent for the portions you get. Would recommend! (These photos are after we've had a few bites)

Yelp
Coming here is now a once a month date night for me and hubby- food is delicious, staff are friendly and fast. And of course it is nice inside with good Music. We live the maya combo but the curry puffs are also delicious. I love the spicy eggplant and hubby usually gets the curry. They serve the drinks in a tall glass and I love how it elevates the meal without elevating the price.

Yelp
We were on the east side of town and decided to eat lunch and we saw this place! Glad we came! This place just opened and boy am I glad they did! Large portion sizes with reasonable prices! Place is small but clean and cute. Comfortable for a family and reminds me of the home vibe. Service was quick and our order was quick to come out! Food: Crab fried rice 5/5: this was my favorite! The rice was plenty enough for a family of four! The fried rice was just the right mixture of spices and they gave plenty of crab on top! Beef fried rice: 5/5 was also amazing! Different from the fried rice with tomato and other spices but very flavorful! Also large portions too! Crispy fried pork with chinese broccoli! 5/5 my other favorite! The sauce they added was flavorful and complimented the chibese broccoli. Chinese broccolu itself is bitter but the sauce made it less bitter. Also the crispy pork was no soggy and just crispy enough to enjoy! Calamari: 5/5 my daughter loved this and she used it as a meal for her crab fried rice! She loved it! Overall we had a fantastic experience with fast service and delicious food. Will definitely stop by whenever we are on the east side!

Yelp
What a wonderful gem of a Thai restaurant we have on the East Side now! So glad we came in to eat on this hot Saturday afternoon. The interior is much nicer than the non-descript strip mall presents it to be, and great A/C, too They have an extensive menu, with protein options of chicken, beef, pork, tofu, and seafood. We had their Chicken Curry Puffs appetizer, which were nice and flaky crispy on the outside, and fluffy on the inside. Some of the best we've had anywhere. We sampled their Larb (pork) and sticky rice, Tom Kah (seafood) soup, Crispy Pork w/Chinese Broccoli, Massaman curry (tofu), and House fried rice (combo). The Larb had the perfect amount of fish sauce & lime juice ratio, the Crispy Pork was just right, house fried rice had the "correct" flavor it should, and the Tom Kah was full of seafood and mushrooms...just the way we like it. Service was friendly and efficient, and the seating was comfortable (booth and table options). We were full, so we got dessert to-go (mango sticky rice & coconut ice cream w/sticky rice. We look forward to coming in to eat again, and to-go orders will definitely be placed.

Yelp
Food was good and price was not bad at all. Will return again. Service good and ambience not bad

Christina B.

Yelp
Been coming here since they opened and love all their dishes! Authentic cuisine and amazing service always! Would highly recommend the Green Curry with chicken & egg fried rice I would give them 10 stars

Jerry B.

Yelp
The food here is always terrific, friendly atmosphere, very clean Great Service reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!

Yelp
This thai restaurant does not attract attention from the location its tucked away in. In a discreet corner on Nellis and D.I. you will find Maya Thai. The inside of the restaurant has been complete redone. A very warm and welcoming dining area. I ordered by phone right when they opened and my food was done in about 10 min which is how long I took to get there from my place. When I got home, I was pleased to see that they had taken the time to write on every box to easily identify which dish was which. The second thing I noticed was the portions, or lack there of. From experiences with other Thai restaurants, Maya served me about 2/3rds less food than most places. Though the dishes were good, it was small portions. Let's start with the crispy rolls. Those were fresh and crispy and served with a nice dipping sauce. The beef jerky for me was a little too crispy. My wife and I were debating if the meat was deep fried or if it's dehydrated. That's how dry the texture is. Good but dry. Next was the papaya salad. This was disappointed a bit. The flavor was good but the portion was very, very small. And the papaya salad had 3 literal shrimp. I would expect more if I'm paying over 10 dollars for this. The green curry was good, nothing special here. The shrimp pad Thai was decent, nice flavors and a very nice heat. The reason for my score was mainly due to price. Overall the food was a definite 4 but due to the current economy and the sizing of my plates and how much I paid, I feel like I could've got more bang for my buck.

Rachel M.

Yelp
This is a delicious little Thai restaurant. They have mango sticky rice and Tom yum soup!! The flavors are phenomenal. Service was fast and friendly. If you visit during lunch, be sure to ask for the lunch menu! If you bring a friend, I recommend the maya combo. It has a little of everything. The prices were average and the decor was simple. But the flavors were authentic and very appetizing.

Patricia F.

Yelp
Ordered a Pad Thai and it was disgusting. The smell was like rotten. I asked why my food smelled so bad I was given a box and the bill to pay. My mother ordered the same and ate the food to go home and start feeling sick. DISAPPOINTED

Jerome F.

Yelp
I've been here twice now and i don't say this very often, but this has to be some of the most flavorful Thai food I've had in a long time. Dont get me wrong there are many great Thai restaurants out there, but I've tried a few dishes here and I am impressed! Pad see Ew, Kao Soi, Tom Yum, Larb, Roti, etc. everything was a hit. Food is plated nicely and the service is amazing!

Seth S.

Yelp
The place located in a shopping. They have plenty of parking.it's our 1st time this place found on yelp. The place was clean and not to many people dining but a lot to go orders. Our service was amazing he was attentive to all our needs. The only downside portion of food is small. I definitely would comeback.

Yelp
A gem I am so glad to have found on the Eastside. I have been craving Thai food for a hot minute and on my way to work I saw this place and decided to make a u-turn and get some to go for dinner. Location: perfect for me just a quick 7-9 minute drive from my house, ample parking too. A cozy spot in a strip mall, a few tables/booths. Ambiance, decor and service all hit the spot of a family owned business where they love to put their customers first. Food: Delicious and definitely satisfied my craving, we had beef pad see eww (I may have butchered the spelling), pork belly and a few more dishes. I admit I am late with my review but all the food we had was perfect and hit the spot. I also had the sticky rice with mango to go, they serve it warm so save room to eat it there, I just didn't have enough roo. To enjoy it at the restaurant. Rice was sticky sweet and the mango complimented the rice and drizzle of coconut milk. If you're on the Eastside (Nellis/Dessert Inn) make a stop in and have some Thai cuisine. Thai tea was also on point. They also have flyers with coupons for your next visit, well worth the trip.

Yelp
Totally yummy and fresh! A huge menu for such a tiny place, we had loads of choices. We went for lunch right when they opened. The wait person was sweet and attentive. Food came out super fast. We split some edamame, my friend had the yellow curry with pork, and I had the crab fried rice. The curry was perfectly spicy (level 7) and the crab fried rice was sweet, tender, and moist, with plenty of crab. Special mention for the peanut sauce, which was extraordinary. Definitely will return

Grishronda B.

Yelp
Very tasty good service my Granddaughter love the rice. I will return because I would like to try a different foods.

Frank L.

Yelp
Khao Soy was good but they used the wrong noodles. The base was watery like soup. It should be a thick sauce that flows. 7/10 Tom Yum soup was very good but very over priced. The flavor was good but lacked depth.

Onnie E.

Yelp
This little Thai restaurant is very good! There is not a lot of seating but I highly recommend checking it out! I had the Maya Thai combo and it was a little taste of everything. They also have a great lunch special.

Tania G.

Yelp
Okay they have definitely stepped it up since my last review and the spices are on point. This place is the best Thai Ive had on the eastside! Everyone is nice and friendly and the food hits every time!

Alex D.

Yelp
That was supposedly Kra Pow Gai (Chopped Chicken with Basil). That's pathetic. Taken from my hotel room. It's 85% filler vegetables. I would be humiliated if I owned this restaurant. Las Vegas has such a rich and robust Thai history culture . Order from anywhere else , Lotus of Siam, Kinnara, Ocha Thai, Awesome Thai, anywhere. Price and demand doesn't dictate quality here. There are so many options.

Anthony W.

Yelp
Can never go wrong with this Thai place great service ! Food always taste fresh and delicous. Mango sticky rice and chicken satay are a just try ! Oh and there Thai tea

Nereida R.

Yelp
The food is delicious! Ordering takeout is easy and quick. Every thing we have tried has been absolutely delicious and the mango sticky rice is decadent

Christine R.

Yelp
Excellent food! Just wish I could pick the restraint up and move it next door to my house! Lol

Victoria L.

Yelp
My neighborhood Thai spot that I love so much! Portions are good, prices are very reasonable, quality is perfect in my opinion. Very clean and appealing atmosphere as well for when I want to dine in. Every server has great and timely customer service. It's a bit of a hidden gem don't let the parking lot fool you! I hope to see this business flourish and expand maybe to the new west Henderson areas that are being built ! Don't know what to order? Won't go wrong with Panang Curry, Pad Thai and a mango sticky rice.

Brad D.

Yelp
Been a couple times now. Good portion sizes and flavor. Best choice for this neck of the woods.

Eli T.

Yelp
Ok....where to begin....well, I ordered a couple times from this establishment since the change of hands. Prior, it was called "Ant Thai" and I've ordered from there several times. Not sure if there is any relation to the takeover of the business but certainly has been some changes in regards to the food and most definitely the price. The last take out dish I ordered was the Pad See Ew with pork and extra veggies. The flavor was decent, had a weird sweet after taste though. The pork was nice and tender, good ratio. What threw me off, however, was the veggies. Their menu states basically broccoli and carrots in the dish. Found various other types of veggies such as green beans, mushrooms, and cucumber in addition. There were 3 pieces of broccoli with a few sliced carrots thrown in the whole dish along with the "other" veggies. Luckily, I'm not too picky on veggies. I'll eat pretty much all of them. However, if I were more of a picky eater (or worse) potentially allergic, this can be problematic. Not sure if this is a cost saving measure on their part but they should start stating what veggies they are using in their dishes on the menu for this reason alone. I would highly recommend anyone ordering dishes to ask specifically what vegetables they are using before moving foward. The price for me, I thought, was a bit excessive. I get the whole inflation thing but this dish ran me about $20 with tip. The price tag itself was over $17 with tax. The upcharge for "extra" veggies was $3? It would have been fine if the dish looked like it had extra veggies in it. Poor ratio in that dept. I had the same issue once before when it was the previous business. So, if you are an "extra veggie" person, I strongly suggest having served on the side or avoid completely. Overall, this place is ok. I was really happy with the service, fast and efficient. Flavor was decent. Shortcomings are definitely the inconsistent types of ingredients used in their dishes in regards to their veggies. Their price point could be slightly better. 3.5 rating is sufficient.

Timothy V.

Yelp
Best Thai on the Eastside. Went in for a last minute meal. Super fast and the food was really good. I'll be going again.

Courtney M.

Yelp
Mood- Late Dinner You know those moments when you have it planned to cook and then you decide nope today is an eat out night? Well that was me. I decided anything that I would cook tonight would not have been the best, and I was in a Chicken Satay type mood at the last minute of course. Upon entering we were quickly greeted and ushered over to table. Menus were given and drink order was taken. We opted for Thai Tea and Perrier water. When our server came back she asked if we had any questions re: the menu. Everything was very self explanatory and it offers pictures as well. We opted for the Pork Chow Mein, Crispy Pork Belly & Chinese Broccoli, Chicken Satay of Course, and Crispy Egg Rolls. The Chicken Satay with the peanut sauce was on point. Not every place cooks it the same. But we def enjoyed it here. Interior is quaint. There is a long booth back with accommodating tables and chairs, and booths along the wall. Everything was clean. Staff were very hospitable. Music was playing in the background. Would recommend - Pricing in my opinion was fair for entrees but high for a fried rice substitution. This is def a restaurant that I would come back to in the near future. My table was continually checked on. Location is Nellis/ DI - ample parking

Douglas R.

Yelp
Amazing! New owner and management, and everything was amazing. Service was quick, food tasted great, and prices were reasonable. What a hidden gem.

Rane T.

Yelp
Finally tried this place after driving past it and saying "We need to try that sometime" for years. And so glad we did! We've been searching for some good thai food on the east side of town for a while -and we finally found it. We ordered the Mayan Combo appetizer, chicken pad thai, and steak prad prik king. The chicken satay was okay - didn't have a lot of flavor plain, but when dipping it in the provided sauces made it yummy. The tempura on the shrimp tempura had a good flavor. The potstickers was a simple chicken, ginger, and green onion flavor, the egg rolls was nice and crisp. I had the pad thai with no spice because I wanted to see what their baseline was - it was really good (probably the best pad thai I've had in a while) but next time I will add some heat. He had the steak prad prik king with a level 5 spice. It was REALLY good (I'm a sucker for good green beans)and it had a decent spice level. Overall, we will definitely be back!

Christine F.

Yelp
East side Hidden gem!!! From the service to the food was EXCELLENT!!!!! Check out the presentation! It taste just as good as it looks HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Maryjane G.

Yelp
I would say I order a regular entree for dinner or whatever but it seems like they have the same amount of portion in the regular menu and the lunch special, I order take out 2 to 3 times per month so I can tell the difference, you want your costumers to be able to come back make sure you have consistency with your food portion.

Denise W.

Yelp
Maya thai is excellent wuilty food. And the best Orange Chicken in town. Light crispy battar all White meat .

Josie G.

Yelp
For a place that's kind of a hole-in-the-wall, it's a surprisingly nice atmosphere for sit down dining! It's quiet, cozy, and clean! I'd say it could even qualify as a date night spot The service is incredible, and the waitress who served us was very friendly and helpful! Seems like most people have orders to go or call in for takeout, and they're great about having all the orders ready! I ordered the ginger chicken with mushrooms, and it was perfect! Very flavorful and filling, had enough for leftovers too. Their Thai Teas are awesome, and they also have Thai Iced Coffee. This is one of the few Thai places I have found in Vegas that actually have fresh rolls with peanut sauce! Unfortunately they don't have vermicelli noodles like I'm used to, but they're still very good! My hubby ordered the Pad Thai and said it had a stronger citrus flavor than he's used to. But he ate it all so I didn't even get to try it myself! The drunken noodles looked amazing, might order them next time.

Valerie R.

Yelp
This place never disappoints! Quick, fresh & delicious ! My Fav. I love the mango sticky rice and fried rice

Niu S.

Yelp
The service was amazing, however the flavors were lacking a bit. The long rice noodle soup was a bit undercooked & seemed to be missing galangal root & limes; it also needed more lemon grass. (To be fair the Long Rice Noodle Soup wasn't on the menu.) The fried chicken tasted like regular wings. The Panang curry was pretty good though. The atmosphere was very family friendly. For a hole in the wall, we were very surprised to walk into a nice restaurant with comfy seating. It was definitely a bit pricey.

Ann L.

Yelp
My thai food fix on the east side Good food! I always get kao sai and fried tofu here. Very affordable

LJ O.

Yelp
The food was spectacular! I had the shrimp pad Thai and panga curry. Both are large servings and both were delicious. The server asked us what level of heat we like and we both said 7 and she raised her eye brows and said some will start to sweat at a 5! So we went with 5 and the heat level was PERFECT! Thank you to her for her assistance :). The ambiance was lovely for a nice quite lunch but would support a low key romantic evening as well. Service was 10/10. Will return for sure. Highly recommend.

Ikoy T.

Yelp
This was our 5th time dining in here! Their food is very good-- not salty which we like, it's affordable considering its a big serving too! service is also very good-- very kind server. We recommend this place!!!

Christopher C.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing food! 10/10 for sure! great service, and great music. Definitely recommend this place.

D V.

Yelp
Cute little place, very friendly staff. Food was Delicious. Menu has a good variety not overpriced. Tried it out for the first time last week, I will be going back.

Jennifer P.

Yelp
This is my second review. I can't express enough how amazing the food is each time! The service is fast and so accommodating! I have only had the food delivered, but am looking forward to eating in. This place is truly a place to try!

Nicholas K.

Yelp
Not only the best Thai restaurant on The Eastside, but one of the best in town period. I come here at least once a month. Very good food, service, ambiance, and prices.

Amanda B.

Yelp
This is our favorite Thai place on this side of town. Their green and yellow curry are delicious. Also make sure to order the pineapple fried rice. It's so good. We go here often and we've never had an experience less than 5 stars. Their prices are also spot on. The portions are large.

Carlos V.

Yelp
Just had the panang curry and WonTon soup!! Definitely recommend trying it out! Never disappointed when I stop by for a bite.

natthawan w.

Yelp
I love the soft shell crab on their new menu. I will be back again to get this and try something else too
