Anthem on Ashley Apartments

I recently toured Anthem and was incredibly impressed. The units are bright, spacious, and modern, with tasteful staging that truly makes them feel like home. The amenities are top-tier, including a beautiful pool—where I plan to spend all summer—and elegantly furnished common areas. What stood out the most was the outstanding customer service. The Property Manager, Fredrick, personally gave me a tour—something I hadn’t experienced in my month-long search for a new home. His professionalism and attention to detail made all the difference. The location is another huge plus. It’s a highly walkable area with easy access to the Beltline, making it even more convenient and enjoyable. I toured other communities, but the combination of stunning apartments, upscale amenities, and exceptional service made my decision easy. Anthem truly sets a high standard!

As a resident my experience at Anthem has been impressive! The staff here is incredibly welcoming and responsive. I had a great time at our recent Valentine's Social and it was really nice to meet the new property manager, Frederick. Super nice guy!

We have lived here for a couple months now, and can’t imagine a better spot to be. One of best parts has been the team here. Especially the maintenance team- Reese and Kaman. They go over and beyond to make the property look great! Thank you again, Guys for making sure everything in my home look and feel amazing! We love our home!

I just helped my daughter and boyfriend move into a wonderful apartment at Ashley on Anthem and I couldn’t be more pleased with her experience from the quality of the customer service to the quality of the apartment. Both the leasing agent and on-site manager ( Jigger and Liana) treated us so well, making us feel welcome and bending over backwards to make sure everything was perfect for them. She had leased an apartment at a nearby apartment complex and when we arrived they gave her a different apartment than they had showed her with the virtual tour. When they refused to make it right, we were forced to leave without them having a place to live. They called Anthem and were treated professionally and respectfully. They did everything they could to get them into an apartment that day and couldn’t have been nicer, making sure everything was perfect. The apartment complex is first-class with great amenities. Their apartment is beautiful, with a gorgeous huge kitchen, flooring, tons of closet space, etc. I left my daughter knowing she would be well taken care of in a great home.

I’m a new resident of about 2 months and have had a great experience so far with maintenance and leasing staff. Specifically want to mention Reese on the maintenance staff - has been very prompt and communicative about maintenance requests, even after hours for more urgent needs. Also Holly in the leasing office was lots of help during our lease signing and new resident process!

I live here and want to say we have a great new manager Frederick. He communicates very well with the residents. I can tell he goes above and beyond. His words are so thoughtful and informative. We have been talking amongst each other and feel he is a great fit for our community.

I have lived here since they completed building these apartments, for around 5 plus years. I love the location! I’ve been around for about 3 management teams and our current one is by far one of the best. When I wanted to switch to a larger unit, Lianna Fooks ensured a seamless transition. They are always throwing events for the residents and truly make it feel like a community. Maintenance is great and quick to respond. I can’t imagine living anywhere else!

My daughter was a tenant at Anthem on Ashley for over a year. The only reason she moved out was because she moved in with a friend. After she moved out Holly was wonderful! Holly helped with tying up a few loose ends and even though my daughter was no longer a resident Holly still took the time to help us. The care given to us as a former resident speaks volumes to Holly's dedication to the residents and their families.
