Anthem on Ashley Apartments

I recently toured Anthem and was incredibly impressed. The units are bright, spacious, and modern, with tasteful staging that truly makes them feel like home. The amenities are top-tier, including a beautiful pool—where I plan to spend all summer—and elegantly furnished common areas. What stood out the most was the outstanding customer service. The Property Manager, Fredrick, personally gave me a tour—something I hadn’t experienced in my month-long search for a new home. His professionalism and attention to detail made all the difference. The location is another huge plus. It’s a highly walkable area with easy access to the Beltline, making it even more convenient and enjoyable. I toured other communities, but the combination of stunning apartments, upscale amenities, and exceptional service made my decision easy. Anthem truly sets a high standard!

I have lived at Anthem for ~2-3 years with a few different management groups, and have always enjoyed living here overall, but Reese (sorry if spelled wrong) this review is for YOU! Reese has been in charge of our building maintenance, repairs for awhile now and has completely gone above and beyond every time I’ve needed help. It was quick to see how he was different from previous staff. He is professional, skilled, and efficient and saved me more than a few times with emergencies as well as when I hosted a party once. He never makes you feel like you are a bother and Anthem is lucky to have him! Thank you Reece!!!

I absolutely loved touring with Holly! She was so thoughtful and answered every single question I had. She was really mindful of my budget & remembered personal details that she mentioned throughout the tour. She went above and beyond to show me all of the amenities and multiple different units so I could see different room color schemes and balcony views. I specifically asked if I could take a survey to provide feedback since she was so great! Highly recommend anyone to tour with Holly in the future :)

Amazing apartment complex. We love it here so much. Incredible location, great amenities, and amazing leasing office and service team. Anytime we put in a service request it is always treated quickly and kindly - shoutout Reece and Kamen for that!! Overall love this building and the people here. Great place to live.

As a resident my experience at Anthem has been impressive! The staff here is incredibly welcoming and responsive. I had a great time at our recent Valentine's Social and it was really nice to meet the new property manager, Frederick. Super nice guy!

This 5 star review is for Reece who works with the maintenance team at Anthem on Ashley. We have had a few normal issues with our apartment, which needed a maintenance request to fix. Our washer was loud and not operating properly. Reece responded in a timely manner, was extremely efficient and polite. Washer was up and running soon after his arrival. I am extremely pleased with the service.

I was hoping to move here, but after speaking with Holly in the leasing office yesterday, I will never set foot in this complex again. While dining at the restaurant in the building, I parked in the very clearly marked designated restaurant parking spot and my car was booted. I called the leasing office to report the incident and ask for clarification, as the garage signage is quite misleading. Had I known I needed to pay to park—even though I was in the designated spot—I would have paid without hesitation! I noticed that several other restaurant patrons were also booted, which further indicates that the signage is misleading. Holly was not only unbelievably rude on the phone, but went on to yell at me and mock me on the phone. When I requested to speak with the manager, he did not seem terribly concerned with her behavior. I am shocked that such poor customer service and unprofessional conduct is tolerated. I would not recommend Anthem to anyone after this experience. This entire interaction could have been handled so much differently. Let me add that the restaurant staff was extremely apologetic and explained that are unaware of the pin required to validate parking, as Anthem implemented the new policy without informing them.

I’m a new resident of about 2 months and have had a great experience so far with maintenance and leasing staff. Specifically want to mention Reese on the maintenance staff - has been very prompt and communicative about maintenance requests, even after hours for more urgent needs. Also Holly in the leasing office was lots of help during our lease signing and new resident process!
