This cute spot in a super busy area is great for after-work drinks. We went on a Tuesday, and there was plenty of seating. The terrace is really nice, so I recommend sitting out there while it’s warm. We shared the truffle pasta and got a mojito and Aperol Spritz. The mojito was solid, but the pasta was just okay. As for prices, cocktails are around $15-$20, and mains are $25-$35. It’s a bit pricey, and I wouldn’t say it’s totally worth it, but it wasn’t bad. The service was pretty good—they got our food out quickly, so no complaints there.

I’ve come here a few times for dinner and have always had a great time. The food is good - great variety on the menu and reasonably priced for both the quality and quantity of food served. This summer I had both the duck and lamb chop entrees and both were great. They have a good cocktail menu and have some reasonable wine options. My dad is a bit picky about restaurants - he thinks they’re all too expensive and “over complicate” food. Out of all the places I’ve taken him in Hoboken, this has been his favorite so far.

It’s a hispanic owned business. The waiters were so polite and accommodating. Everything on the menu sounded amazing and i could’ve spent a whole day deciding what to eat. I ordered the mango mock-tail not expecting it to look or taste like much but it was so presentable and delicious. My mother and aunt bought the aperol spritz and mimosa. I ordered the Wild Mushrooms omelette, my mother ordered the same thing but with a side of french toast. My aunt wanted the southwest omelette but she doesn’t eat pork, but they were willing to substitute the pork for smoked salmon. My omelette was decadent! The goat cheese was so creamy and the potatoes were well seasoned. We all agreed that the food was delicious and the presentation was nice. We ate outside and the seating was so cute and quaint. The scenery of Hoboken overall was nice and this was my first visit but im willing to return. If i’m ever in this area im sure to eat here again. I just wouldn’t come in a car because it’s only street parking that seems to be crowded regardless of the time.

Google
Food is always fantastic here!! And todays meal we got carbonara and hanger steak entrees- both had amazing flavor!!! 💯 Shout out to our waitress Emma for the speedy service so we could enjoy our meals nice and warm!

Anthony David's in Hoboken is a fantastic brunch spot with a lively atmosphere and a vast menu that caters to all tastes. The weekend buzz adds to its charm, making it the perfect place to enjoy a flavorful and diverse brunch. It's always booming, and the vibe is unbeatable!

Google
Killer brunch in a great space (has a patio). They’ve got a fun cocktail menu and the French toast is on point. They’re winners of best in Hoboken for several years running.

Google
I went here today with my friend for brunch and omg, the food here was absolutely amazing. We started with the bourbon glazed donuts. I ordered the spicy chorizo eggs benedict and she got the french toast. Everything was soooo yummy!!!! The staff there was also so lovely and attentive. I am taking my boyfriend there this coming weekend for brunch!!!!!

Google
I had brunch with my cousins here this weekend and it was delicious! I got the Sicilian omelette and a mimosa. Both very good. We also got the apple cider donuts which were so warm and fresh. We sat outside, and saw it was pup friendly too. Would go again!

Yelp
Went to lunch at Anthony David's with my sister the other day. It was an interesting experience. We sat outside, and since tables are tight, we got lunch and a show. Unfortunately, the couple next to us seemed to be having some problems, and by the end of the soap opera of an argument, it seems like they'll be going their separate ways. I say all this to warn to be prepared to be neighbors with the tables next to you. However, now for the food! It's a cute little brunch/lunch spot. I wasn't really expecting much, but the sandwiches were pretty good! We definitely both finished our dishes. She got the burrata panini, which came with prosciutto, burrata, arugula, and I believe a balsamic dressing. I got the crabcake sandwich which came with some kind of aïoli and a brioche bun. Both were excellent. I will say, though they need to pull it back on the dressing on the salads. Or maybe put it on the side. I couldn't even eat my salad because the dressing tasted like straight vinegar. It was pungent lol. The fresh orange juice was great, however, if you intend to get the 5 ounce don't let them talk you into a 12 ounce haha. Fresh squeezed is so rich and sweet, that a 5 ounce would've been plenty. I would be happy to come here again!

Yelp
Food: Good, I was looking for a breakfast place and this place serves it everyday! Tasty, but wished the bread they used was better since the place is not necessarily super cheap. I also asked for over medium eggs and got a fully cooked yolk. Also, portion of fries could be a bit bigger since the bread isn't amazing? Just saying since I have brunch almost every weekend and for the price, I have definitely had bigger portions and higher quality. But if you like smaller portions, this place is pretty good. Coffee was also good. Service: Great, people were kind and attentive. Ambiance: Cute! Good place to catch up with the girls.

Yelp
Holy hell the bag we got was vomitted in. I assume packed by Godzilla because all the packages were smashed to shit and the liquid pouring out from the bottom was not from any of the food. Don't eat here this place is nasty as shit.

Amanda W.

Yelp
Yikes... I am not sure where to begin... This brunch was definitely lackluster from start to finish - seating to food to leaving. The crab cake Benedict was okay, nothing to write home about or worth going again. Service was very poor, almost like we were forgotten or an inconvenience... maybe because we were a party of 5? Maybe worth a try... but I'm sure there's other places.

Yelp
5 stars for an 11am brunch for 7 people. We were seated outdoors and there was no wait, although the tables began filling up. Steady stream of diners but it seemed that the line was moving. Our meals: Espresso donuts drizzled with mocha syrup and sugar Apple cider donuts with cinnamon and sugar -dense and a slight crunch on the outside. Perfect starter for brunch. Smoked salmon Benedict Lobster eggs Benedict Crispy bacon on French toast Benedict Spicy chorizo eggs Benedict - all our meals were rich in flavor and filling. Plates came with house potatoes which were phenomenal. Seasoned well and tender, mixed in with peppers as well. It wasn't "just a side" but made the meal complete. Our friends enjoyed their americanos, lattes, and cappuccinos. Service was friendly and fast, even though we took our time savoring both our food and conversation. We were seated outdoors in 55 degrees and we were comfortable. Walkable to the waterfront parks and Washington Ave to sightsee and walk the calories off :)

Yelp
I had the Burrata Frittata and it was excellent! The burrata really complements the baked eggs, combined with the toast. I had had a mini open sandwich with all the ingredients. The basil was a nice flavor and not over powering. The potato's were really well seasoned and crispy, which was my favorite part of the whole dish. The service was good and food came out fairly quickly, but nothing stand out. It was an average brunch place in terms of ambience.

Caroline B.

Yelp
Great brunch spot in Hoboken, I usually order the avocado toast or the french toast with coconut butter which is 10/10 , it does get crowded on weekends so try to make a resy or walk in on a weekday

Lina K.

Yelp
Anthony David's always scores with their guests because the staff are simply amazing. Enrique, Marcos, Nash and Diane are so polished in how they serve their guests and make everyone feel comfortable, familiar and relaxed. There were a lot of kids, babies and their mommies around so you can imagine how busy the restaurant is throughout brunch hours. Food was tasty but the entrees were outdone by the cocktails and cappuccino. Strongly recommend their house donuts (apple cider, Nutella and/or bourbon glazed). Delightful and pleasing to the tastebuds to say the least!

Charles D.

Yelp
Great food great beautiful service and great setting would recommend highly the outside dining are is spectacular

David K.

Yelp
One of my favorite spots for weekend brunch. Consistently delicious and they do a great job of accommodating walk ins. Enjoyed their fresh squeezed OJ and thought the coconut flakes on the French toast are a nice touch. Portion sizes are good too, not too big or small. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Jordan C.

Yelp
This place is exceptional a perfect spot to have a romantic date night or a quick bite to eat! I started off with a Mojito in the house with ricotta, which came with toasted bread, delicious! Then I had the couch with Pepe, but I asked to have it was spaghetti, and it was super delicious and creamy, then I had the roasted chicken with crispy potatoes, and they were absolutely fantastic! Then I had to smoke on the Hudson, which was a beautiful drink and equally delicious. I am in my night with the donuts which are made to order!

Roger M.

Yelp
Came here for Valentine's Day dinner. Service was a bit slow considering they had a pre-fixe menu and portions aren't the best if you're hungry. But their food was good and the drinks were strong. Place had nice ambiance and it was nicely warm inside on a very cold day.

Nina F.

Yelp
Despite having a reservation we had to wait 15 minutes for the table. After sitting down, we didn't have any menu or QR code. We finally got the menus and some water after another 15 minutes past. Overall, felt like it was overpriced for the food and experience. The brunch was underwhelming and the portions were quite small.

Jenny R.

Yelp
It was a bit cold outside. But it is a very cute neighborhood. The food was delicious. I had the burrata fritada. I took a star off because they forgot my son's juice. My husband really enjoyed his lobster Benedict's.

Brensi M.

Yelp
Went on a Tuesday morning to get breakfast since it was good weather we decided to sit outside. Our waiter was very courteous and helpful and we decided what to order. We got the eggs benedict which came with potatoes. Our food came out fairly quickly and it was good we finished it all and we were full. The drinks were also very tasty, definitely recommend this place.

Yelp
The Thanksgiving Meal for One takeout was a nice portion. It came with instructions for reheating. It was much better than Whole Foods. Good: - Roasted Turkey Breast - Smashed Yams with Marshmallows - I kept on tasting apples. - Crispy Brussel Sprouts with Pancetta & Biscuits - some greens to balance out the meal. Eh: - Traditional Stuffing - it was a block. I prefer Stouffer's style... Sidenote: - The gravy and cranberry sauce portion size was so tiny. I purchased more from Trader Joe's.

Yelp
After a year and a half passing this place and always wanting to check it out--I finally did for brunch on a Monday morning. What a great experience. This space inside is super cozy and cute, the bar area definitely seems to have a great vibe for dinner time. For brunch, my friend and I shared the Chopped Kale, Pear & Gorgonzola Salad, Guacamole and Spicy Chorizo Benedict, and Nutella Donuts and my oh my! was it alllll delicious! The donuts were warm, little crisp on the outside with the perfect soft and fluffy texture inside with an incidbly delicious and smooth Nutella sauce that wasn't too sweet just perfect. The salad was also delicious and so refreshing, it was nicely dressed, the chicken breast was well cooked--a great overall salad. The Benedict was delicious as well! It says spicy chorizo but it was more mild than spicy which was fine with me! Overall, great experience with food and service. The young man was very attentive and friendly. Looking forward to returning again!

Yelp
Made a reservation and once we got there we actually had to look for someone to get us a table , place looks nice but the tables are in awkward places and in the way of the waitresses . Our Waitress Jen was THE BEST .. very funny and pleasant , she quickly took our order and was very attentive . The food was good however it wasn't served hot , it was more like room temperature. The mimosa was good but definitely needed a bit more alcohol , tasted more like orange juice with a splash of Prosecco. Bathroom was ok but not the cleanest , specially at that one of the day . It was early and it should have been in a better condition .

Daria C.

Yelp
Yummy food for sure! I loved the outdoor seating as it was very clean & open. I also felt like the service was very good & the wait staff was very friendly!

Bruna S.

Yelp
This place is really nice, went there a couple times already and is always pleasant.. the food is delicious and the drinks well prepared!

Daniel D.

Yelp
Excellent food and excellent service. ! French Toast crispy Bacon Benedict is a must !

Laura T.

Yelp
Went at 6pm on a Monday night - not busy. Service was pretty slack considering it was not busy. Waiter was nice but just slow. Started with house whipped ricotta for an app. Good but pretty pricey at $17. Only came with 3 half slices of bread. Had pork chop parmesan for main and my husband had pan roasted branzino. Portion was big for pork chop but breading was kind of soggy and overall felt like kitchen is just phoning it in. My husband liked his branzino but the fish portion was very small. Had brownie for dessert which was warm and good. Overall, it just feels like there is little enthusiasm in the atmosphere in this restaurant - people just come in, do their thing, hope the food is edible and go home. I expect more.

Pratishtha A.

Yelp
Cute lil place. Perfect for Sunday brunches. Great service. We loved the food, drinks and vibes of this place. Would recommend getting a reservation.

Ami P.

Yelp
Best brunch spot in town. Sitting outside on a weekend afternoon with the live music reminds me sometimes why I live here. Their red sangria is perfect. Not to sweet. Just strong enough. If you get the pitcher it's A LOT so make you're you have a DD or 4+ people. My go tos are the Maine Lobster Roll Old Bay Benedict or Crab Cake Benedict or the Burrata Frittata.

Grace E.

Yelp
Good for people who needs their sodium level to go up. It looks lke there is a sale on salt. Went for breakfast with a group and returned food due to saltiness. Got replacement but the same. Ended up ordering another order but again steak is probably soaked in salt. I tried my friends orders and still the same. Owner needs to check how to change their way of cooking. Chef should cut down on salt and leave it to the clients to add more if needed.

Jeff M.

Yelp
Reliably above average food in Hoboken. Clearly one of the better restuarants in town. Nice menu selection. Has great outdoor seating. Friendly service.

Laureen G.

Yelp
We had a great lunch here. And a movie was being filmed right outside. The owner is so welcoming and fun to chat w. This place is just down the street from my cousins house. It had 3 rooms each cuter then the next. We were in the middle room. They have outside seating but because of the movie there were restrictions for sitting out there and since we were doing a catch-up we ate inside. We started w a taste of the telligo cheese because we hadn't had it before. My new favorite Italian Cheese. Cream flavorful and so yummy. My cousin ordered the Gorgonzola purse w carbonara for the table to try. It was so good and a good portion too. I had the crab cake sandwich w a salad. The bun was so good and the crab cake even better. The cake was moist n tasty w plenty of crab taste. It was so gooey you have to kinda eat it fast, which worked for me. The salad was a nice mix of greens w a tasty dressing. My cousin had the same and she loved it too. My mom loved her burger. She's a snob about burgers so that a rave in my opinion. Everyone loved there meals. It was a great place to catch-up on life in a quiet little room where we could laugh and cackle as cousins do.

Caroline H.

Yelp
Love this spot for brunch! The burrata frittata is delicious and the bourbon glazed donuts are to die for. To drink, I recommend the Jalisco flower. They also have a nice back room that looks like it'd be a great spot for a party!

Sabrina P.

Yelp
The steak was nice and tender. I substituted the home fries with truffle fries which was a great decision. I recommend sitting outside if the weather is nice.

Lew W.

Yelp
Main courses are a ripoff at this restaurant. $36 for 3 sea scallops. The hummus appetizer and bread pudding desert were both delicious, but I will never go back (after dining here twice), because the main courses are pricey, small, and a bad deal.

Morgan G.

Yelp
Mediocre food and abysmal service. 15 minutes passed before we had to ask for water and our server (we had a reservation and they knew we were there). The ragu is fine, but my partner described his meal as the worst he's had in Hoboken. Tough, chewy, unpleasant. There are plenty of places around here with unideal service but amazing food. This is sadly not one of them.

Li W.

Yelp
Had lunch here with a friend after church and got a burrata frittata. It was kind of bland (not salty enough) but nothing that hot sauce can't fix. Service was quick, staff was kind. We sat outside under heat lamps during a 53F day, and it was the perfect amount of heat/coldness. It was way less stuffy than sitting inside amidst a bunch of people so we were glad we sat outside.

Leah P.

Yelp
Great place, opened 20 mins later than stated on yelp though so we had to wait. Walked there because we know parking is very hard. Steak was perfect!

Cathy G.

Yelp
We sat outside and although we were a bit bummed that our seating was outdoors we quickly forget. The heaters outdoors keep you very toasty! We had the Jalisco flower cocktail and you just can't go wrong the tequila with the sparkling wine makes this cocktail so subtle and tasty. Let's talk Benedicts!! They have mastered these dishes and the potatoes that come with them are just perfectly flavored! You have to love a group of friends that you can split your meal with because that's what we do. We all had different favorites. And ironically it was not what we ordered for ourselves. My favorite was the French toast croissant it's the perfect sweet and savory. The crab cake was also delicious though I wish the patty was a little bigger and for the guac and chorizo a little less guac for me. But you can't wrong with anything on the menu. The staff is also very attentive. 5of 5! And i would go back in a heart beat. Also a Sunday morning parking was not hard at all.

Marcus S.

Yelp
Looking for a nice common eating spot while meeting with a friend in town for the weekend. We settled on Anthony David and even with Indoor and outdoor seating full service, it was a beautiful Sunday so there definitely was a wait - about 20 min. so not too bad. To start I got an Irish coffee. I have to say. Definitely the best thing about the visit. How did I never have one of these before? Coffee, Jameson and whipped cream. Definitely gonna be adopting this on my own, especially at $11 cup. For sure, I'm grateful for this being introduced to me, but that's way high for a spiked cup of coffee pretty much. I got the Guacamole and Spicy Chorizo Benedict. Good not great. It was filling for sure. The chorizo and guac weren't bad but whew $20 again, way too high and way too many potatoes to pad the actual dish. It was decent, but surely isn't worth that menu price. So, my impressions of Anthony David are it's the same old Quasi NYC, Jersey City/Hoboken/Weehawken fare inflated Moreso by where it is and whose name is tacked on to the place making it more about being trendy then actually good and at a value for what you get. It's not bad but I've had similar fare for lower price and just as good or better. So, if want to dine like you're in the big city, spending the bucks, without actually going - Anthony David will do the trick. 3.5 of 5 rounded down.

Julie T.

Yelp
Let me start by saying that the food was fantastic! All 3 of us really enjoyed our meal. As for the service, hands down the worst. We sat down at the table and 15 minutes later had to ask if we even had a server. Then it took another 10 for the waiter to even come to take our order. That was the last time we saw our waiter until the end of the dinner. We asked for a cup of coffee and 10 minutes later we just asked for the check. Oh yes, the lights above us were out and we had to use our flashlights on our phone to even be able to look at what was on our plate. They proceeded to drop off the handheld payment machine at our table and left. We had to literally figure out how to use it It's so unfortunate as the food was great - the service lackluster and non existent!

Michelle R.

Yelp
Big place with great outdoor seating. Came here for brunch when my family was visiting and everyone loved their food. I had the guacamole and chorizo eggs Benedict and it was amazing. The service was also really good and had great recommendations on food. My dad wanted hot chocolate but they don't have that on the menu. Our server asked my dad if he wanted he can check if they have milk and chocolate syrup he could make him a hot chocolate that way. My dad seemed to like it. Definitely a great experience. Can't wait to go back.

Manan B.

Yelp
Stopped here for a brunch. The outdoor seating is nice and comfortable because they have heating, which helps especially during the cold. The service and food were alright.

Vishnu G.

Yelp
I had the challah french toast here for brunch with a few friends. The food was delicious! I usually regret getting sweet entrees at brunch, but the French toast had great texture, and wasn't too sweet. It was an enjoyable experience.

Darsha M.

Yelp
The brunch here is amazing! I came on a Saturday afternoon with a group of friends and it was super busy. They had to push our reservation back 20 minutes but offered each of us a complimentary glass of champagne during the wait which was very nice of them. We started off with the Nutella donuts and they were decadent and delicious and was a perfect treat to split between a group. I ordered the mushroom omelet and asked for light amount of goat cheese which they easily accommodated. The rest of the group ordered the buratta frittata, guacamole and chorizo Benedict, and the French toast and bacon Benedict. Everyone loved their meals and the portions were so generous none of us could finish our plates. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of the service. After we were seated, it took around 20 minutes for someone to come to our table and take our order. Our server gave us the wrong receipt twice so that was a little frustrating towards the end.

Julianne A.

Yelp
Came here on a Friday night with a reservation. We both ordered a dirty martini and red sangria- both were terrible. The special- spicy pork sausage pasta as an appetizer- it was good but not finished properly. Finally the duck and scallops for dinner or each of us. Also less than expected. The ambiance is nice but service is slow. I would say this is a good place to skip over.

Estephanie R.

Yelp
I loveeeeee this restaurant from the food, the cocktails to the constant outstanding service. Do yourself a favor and visit this gem.

Sue P.

Yelp
Got Gorgonzola fiochetti carbonara for take out. It was very good!! Very rich taste. I would order again. One negative thing a little to salty. Otherwise delicious!

Enrico P.

Yelp
Cute place, not amazing. We're a happy, polite party of 4 big eaters, celebrating a birthday. Cocktails were really good. Started with two plates of the ricotta appetizer, which arrived with not nearly enough toasted bread (which was delicious). We ask for more bread, and the server bring a a plate of weird soft seeded bread. We requested the grilled bread, and she brings THREE more small pieces. For FOUR people? What?? They're out of the wine we wanted (about $50) and they offer an alternative. I ask, 'Similar price point?' IT WAS $30 MORE. Wtaf? I'm glad I asked. When I refused the $80 option, the bartender just walked away. Didn't even stick around to promote another option. ??? Our dinners were good - not amazing, esp at $30+ for each pasta dish. We weren't offered cheese, pepper or bread during the meal. We were forcefully asked if we wanted another round of drinks, and then another bottle of wine. They didn't ask if we wanted dessert. At a birthday dinner. The crazy thing is, we'd have bought champagne if they offered it - beginning of end of the meal! I can't say we felt welcomed, just pressured to spend. It wasn't a good feeling or a good experience. If you care enough to read reviews, you can do better than this place.

Begum M.

Yelp
I would give MINUS 5 if I could! Just left the restaurant after waiting 30min for a server come to our table and they DIDN't. Extreme disappointment!!!! At least a server should come, greet, bring bread & oil and present the menu! What a disappointment !!!!

Kellie D.

Yelp
Great service, food, and vibe consistently. My favorites include the mimosas, burrata panini, eggs Benedict, and the burger is always amazing. I vote for this place to have the best fries in Hoboken. Today they were super busy and while the wait was a little longer than usual, the food was perfect and delicious. Our waters and coffees were constantly topped up and the staff was so nice nice as always!!!

Katie T.

Yelp
Came once for brunch with some friends. Had a great time, service with good. Eggs Benedict that I have ordered was very tasty. They do have a bottle service fee which we paid for to save money on drinks so something to keep in mind, though nice to have the option. Great place for brunch overall.

Margarita R.

Yelp
Good brunch! We ordered the Southwestern Omelet, the Crab Cake Benedict, a side of truffle fries, and both Bourbon & Nutella Donuts. The food was good but I wouldn't say exceptional. Loved the donuts though. They were just enough to fulfill my sweet tooth! BYOB was a plus even though they have cork fees. The service was good and consistent. I would return to try the French toast because it looks soo good!

Brittany P.

Yelp
I can't say enough about Anthony David's. I have been here a million times for brunch. I typically get the French toast Benedict - they swap the English muffin for French toast. It's great. My boyfriend always gets the steak and eggs. The servers are kind. It gets pretty busy on the weekends. We usually just show up and hope to get lucky but I'd recommend reservations if you can. The bourdon glazed and Nutella donuts are wild. The restaurant itself is very cute with some tables that have seating on the actual windows. They have a private space in the back which you can rent for parties. When the weather is nice we liked to sit outside.
