Yelp
Not that you have a choice when it comes to booking from an event block, so just a bit of guidance if you find yourself dealing with this company. Call the hotel first and book a room, then call AT, record your call, take names, take notes then, if you don't receive confirmation from the hotel within hours, call them to confirm they received your request. If they have no rooms available, give them back yours. If they do have rooms, yay, cancel the one you were holding.
When I called AT, I had to because the site wouldn't book my reservation even though the block was still open, I was told they had rooms at the hotel I wanted, the hotel res desk also confirmed this to me. The AT person did not follow up timely with my request and the hotel sold out. They did not notify me, they claim to have sent an email but it was apparently sent 3 days after my request and never arrived in either my Spam or Inbox. I think an immediate phone call would have been appropriate. They stated, you were never guaranteed a room. No, but I made a reasonable assumption I would get one when there were rooms available.
Now no decent or affordable rooms left. And of course no ownership or apologies or efforts to fix.
Is a zero star an option?
