Update 10/14/24
I recently ordered from Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza (ACFP) for delivery through their website, with service provided by DoorDash. The delivery was impressively quick, and the driver was friendly, but the $6 delivery fee--before tip--felt steep.
Unfortunately, the quality of the order didn't match the speed of delivery. I ordered the garlic wings, specifying that I wanted them "wet and well done." What I received was the opposite: the wings were undercooked, dry, and slimy. They were so unappetizing that I had to throw them out, which was disappointing since I usually enjoy their wings.
Additionally, I ordered a large salad and asked for extra dressing, but I only received a single small container. It felt like whoever packed the order wasn't paying attention to the details. While the rest of the order was correct and tasted fine, the lack of care in preparing my wings and handling my requests left a sour taste.
If you're looking for a more reliable experience when it comes to specific requests--like well-done pizza or extra items--I'd recommend either picking up your order or dining in. While ACFP typically does a good job with deliveries, this experience wasn't up to par. I'd have picked up the order myself if I could, but delivery was my only option this time.
