Where to Get Copper River Salmon in Seattle at Markets or Restaurants | Eater Seattle

"I note that Anthony’s Beach Cafe, a family-owned Pacific Northwest chain, keeps its Copper River tradition alive — the Edmonds location typically offers a chargrilled version usually served with sundried tomato basil butter, and it's open for takeout, delivery, and limited dine-in." - Gabe Guarente

If you’re near Port of Edmonds or heading out on a Puget Sound cruise, Anthony’s HomePort is a fantastic stop for seafood with a view. I ordered the fried rockfish, and it was excellent—crispy on the outside, flaky and moist on the inside. It was perfectly seasoned and clearly fresh, one of the best fried fish dishes I’ve had in a while. The portion was generous without being overwhelming. Service was friendly and fast. The staff made sure everything was just right, and they were happy to answer questions about the seafood and preparation. It felt very welcoming without being too formal. Highly recommend this spot, especially if you’re into local fish dishes like the rockfish or just want a reliable, scenic meal near the ferry and cruise dock.

Great meal and decent service. The views make this a great stop. Overall a good meal for our night in Edmonds. We had the Fresh Sheet Silver Salmon and my dining companion had the Dungeness Crab. The appetizers won the show with the Scallops and Fennel and Dungeness Crab dip. I do recommend doing a reservation. We had a small wait but it came in as necessary.

My boyfriend and I ate there for date night. The service was great! The food in my opinion was ok. My BF thought that the Seafood Fettuccine was one of the best he has had. The atmosphere is great for a date night. After dinner you can walk to the park next door and catch the wonderful sunset.

We stopped by for lunch since it was right next to us, disembarking the Puget Sound Express whale-watching vessel. We were seated immediately inside near a window with a view of Port Edmonds slips. Bread was provided as an appetizer. I enjoyed the smoked salmon fettuccine, and my son had the Captain’s platter. He didn’t know that all the fish would be breaded, but he said it was good anyway. Indoor/outdoor seating with lovely views. Uninspired service. Vinyl tablecloths, but cloth napkins. Competitive prices plus no outrageous service fees or credit card fees. Clean restrooms. Versatile menu with craft beers available.

Google
I have never given a full 5 star ever and this place earned it. The view is extraordinary, scallops starter is the best in ever had, highly recommended. Dungeness crab cakes were exquisite and desert was delightful. Service was the friendly and attentive which made the experience overall the coveted 5 star rating

Google
We had our anniversary dinner here and it was outstanding! We had such an attentive and kind server, named Christina! She was phenomenal!! We got the Manila clams and Caesar salad for an appetizer and then we both got an order of the steak and scallops. I like my steak blue and it was perfect!! The view was stunning, we even saw whales jumping in the distance! All the food was incredible, such a perfect night and couldn’t have asked for better service either!

Very friendly staff, nice location & parking but the food was just Ok - definitely not great, especially for the price. They need more veggie options - including appetizers. Based on these issues, wouldn’t recommend. Staff was absolutely top notch though.

Stopped in for a light snack and cold beverages. Sat inside at the bar area near the open doors to the patio section. Clams were cooked perfectly and finished with their seasonal peach ice cream for dessert.

Yelp
The lemonade is definitely what reels me in each time I visit the homeport or beach cafe. But the home port has always been my most visited part of Anthony's. From celebrations, to wanting a dinner with a sunset view, I love Anthony's. Service is always great. I'm quite patient and quiet seeming so when I notice my server has chatty customers at other tables, I'm happy to be easy and less needy. My needs are always simple. Refills of the lemonade are always great and always appreciated. Any other place I go, refills aren't always addressed for me so this little detail always makes my experience above the rest. The fish and chips are great. People talk about other locations but Anthony's hits above average for me and is the only place I enjoy getting fish and chips because I can rely on them being delicious in flavor, juicyness, and overall a great portion size. If you get an appetizer, the 2 piece is totally enough. But if you have a big appetite, the 3 piece will definitely suffice. The Crab legs are fun and satisfying. I've only tried the double r ranch top sirloin steak so far but it was an exquisite experience with a tenderness and chew that sated my primal craving for a good steak. Not to mention a superbly featured room and what excellently boiled potatoes. Many years since I've had an exemplary vegetable.

Yelp
Oh my god. I went to Anthony's in Edmonds and had such a weird experience. First off, the view is amazing, right on the water, super pretty, totally has that peaceful PNW vibe. But then... I got a bad oyster. Like, really bad. The kind that instantly makes you question all your life choices. It smelled awful, tasted worse, and even the waitress agreed it was bad (which tells you everything). She was super nice about it and took it off the bill, but honestly, by that point, my appetite was gone. I couldn't even look at the rest of my food without thinking about that smell. Then she offered to bring me another batch of oysters -- as if that's somehow going to make it better?? No, thank you. I'm traumatized enough. To be fair, everyone there was friendly and the service was solid, but I just couldn't get past it. Like... how does a kitchen let something that bad make it out? It completely ruined what should've been a chill waterfront meal. Gorgeous view, yes. But I'm never trusting their oysters again.

Yelp
We came here for lunch on a Friday. While waiting for our table, we stepped outside and took some pictures with the ocean view, which was the highlight of this place. We ordered the halibut taco with clam chowder and the Captain's Platter. The complimentary bread smelled wonderful and tasted delicious. The halibut taco was also excellent. I found the deep-fried items in the Captain's Platter a bit too dry. The service was great--our server was very friendly, efficient, and attentive. Overall, a great view and excellent service.

Yelp
Yes, the food is expensive and the portion sizes are small, but remember you're also paying for the great view! Seafood tower - The coconut prawns are at the apex of this tower, fried to perfection. They're skewered to make for easy grabbing. The tender calamari are in the middle tier, and they're lightly breaded and crispy, although the downside is that they get soggy quickly. The Hawaiian ahi nachos make up the bottom tier, which I didn't get to sample. The top and bottom tiers come with five pieces each of the items, so if you have a larger group keep this in mind. Seasonal scallop appetizer - The scallops were on the smaller side, and absolutely drowning in the lemon beurre blanc. The texture of the scallops were perfect, while the rhubarb strawberry relish felt like it belonged more in a pie. Dungeness crab cakes - The menu describes these as sautéed, but the breading is so evenly crispy that it's almost as if it's deep fried. The exterior crust has a satisfying crunch, and the interior is pure, sweet crab. The crab is more shredded than chunks. The dish comes with ginger plum sauce and beurre blanc, with the former giving a nice balance to the richness of the cake whereas the latter is very decadent. Asparagus was the seasonal vegetable - crisp, while the almond basmati rice pilaf was dry. Anthony's burnt cream - There was a thick crust of caramelized sugar here, which cracks satisfying. The custard itself is rich without heavy vanilla notes. The slightly bitter, #burnt sugar on top helps balance the taste so that it's not too cloying. Excellent dessert!

Yelp
Anthonys at Edmonds is such a family 'classic' experience for me! As much as I appreciate all their other locations and the experience of dining there, Edmonds is familiar. If it's either their cafe or the Homeport, their scenic views, and access to the waterfront definitely adds to coming out here. We had an anniversary celebration here, where they were featuring strawberries within their menu this summer, which I really enjoyed last season & was looking forward to having again. The service was great, our waiter was helpful in the questions my parents had and was overall attentive during our visit.

Yelp
Anthony's has always been one of our options for fancier restaurants. We have been disappointed with the food quality on our last 2 visits; last night was the final straw. We were there to celebrate my birthday. Positives: Service was impeccable. Our waiter Chris was attentive and anticipated all our needs. The waterfront view was beautiful. Negatives: Food & beverage were subpar. We ordered the baked oysters recommended by our waiter and the mussels as appetizers. They both lacked flavor and tasted like they were simply steamed. My go-to entree of Black Cod was also bland and did not taste fresh. It was supposed to be miso glazed but was topped with a soggy breading instead. My Midori Sour drink tasted like straight up Midori so I had to send it back. It came back with a tiny bit more sour taste but half the size. Worst Midori Sour I've ever had. No special treat given for my birthday celebration either. The tab was $230 for a party of 3. We will not be back.

Yelp
What a great space! The interiors are really warm and inviting, with cozy nooks for seating and small elevation changes between terraces to break it up and make things feel a bit more intimate. Service was good as well, attentive, impressive plate-carrying capabilities, and humor regarding a slightly long wait time on a water refill. Glad we had a reservation. Food was great - items gotten with the group included the crab pasta, caesar salad, small steak, and black cod. All good choices. Asparagus and mashed potatoes that come with the steak were particularly good. And the sourdough bread is excellent!

Yelp
I had a long day, drove many miles and was looking forward to dine at Anthony's Edmonds for their Thursday Lobster tail special. It was 4:30 when I arrived. They sat me at an excellent table with beautiful views of the boats and the Ferry heading to Kingston. I ordered a glass of WA state Albariño. It was tasty although I enjoy Albarino's from the North of Spain. I ordered a salad that sounded perfect Spinach, macadamias nuts, huckleberries and blue cheese. I ordered a lobster tale for my main course. The wait person was lovely. she brought me some delicious warm sourdough bread and butter. The Salad arrived drenched floating in the dressing. It is my bad I meant to ask for the dressing on the side but it was too late. I told the waitress it looks like too much dressing. She said it is just on the top. It was tasty. Next time I will know better Then the Lobster tail arrived. This was a huge disappointment. It was overcooked which is a turnoff Since I had just return from the East coast where Lobster is cooked to perfection. When you overcook lobster tail or any lobster dish it becomes rubbery. If that were not enough the chef went overboard with the salt. I ate it because I was hungry but the entire experience was disappointing. With tip the meal was over $80. This week has proven a disappointing week for diniing out. This is only the 4 th time I have ever written a review. Oddly enough. It is my 2nd time this week where I felt that I need to write a review. I guess I am tired of people serving mediocre meals at top prices. For those of us who do not have money to burn, we should dine at places that pride themselves on proper preparation of the food. We have so many dining choices in WA state why settle for Mediocrity? I have had some good meals at Anthony's Woodfire grill right next door.

Yelp
Great view! There's lots of tables but make a reservation on the evenings because it was packed. Same with the parking lot. Servers were attentive and the cups were filled with water without having to flag the wait staff down. King crab was fresh and steamed nicely with a side of melted butter. Had some roasted potatoes with it. Was overall good. Chocolate lava cake was also good.

Yelp
We hadn't been to Anthony's for years and finally went last month. It was so good we've already returned two more times. The drinks and food were delicious. Service was excellent. Restaurant has been in this location forever but is so well maintained it looks new. We'll be back soon!

Yelp
I've waited a solid month for a reply to my concerns from Anthony's Homeport in Edmonds - crickets. So, here's my review. (TLDR? We went downstairs to the Beach Cafe because Anthony's could not accommodate mobility issues). A month ago, we had a reservation at 6 p.m. When we walked in, with one of our party of six visibly mobility impaired, the "hostess" asked us if a "couple of stairs" up to our table would work. We replied that it would not, and she then confrontationally told us that "there was nothing in the notes" of our reservation to indicate that stairs to a table were an issue, and that we would have to wait an hour or more past our reservation time for a table. I made our reservation via OpenTable (linked from the Anthony's website) and it never occurred to me that the "special requests" field should be used to indicate that we could not manage stairs to a table (knowing as I did that there is an elevator to access the restaurant and that there is plenty of seating that did not require steps). When I asked if she could accommodate us by moving existing reservations around, so that we could have a table that did not require stairs to access, she looked at me in disbelief and asked me if I wanted to "move people who were eating?" I've never been so obviously disrespected in a hospitality setting. The hostess made no effort at all to help us find a table that didn't require steps to access, which is obviously an ADA violation. We have always enjoyed visiting Anthony's, but staff need to be trained to be more aware of and accommodating to their customers with disabilities.

Yelp
Great service, food ok, impeccable view. Come early for the dinner specials. Bring your appetite! View of the water and bread and butter all night won't let you down!!

Yelp
We had reservations at 7PM and was told to wait. Two other parties came in after us and they had reservations for 7PM as well and they were seated right away. Why? I have no idea. The view was fantastic but the food wasn't as fantastic. Our waitress was great her name was Karen. She bought out our food and not even 10 mins later a busser came by and asked if we were done eating. (My friend was mid-bite in her meal) we told him no we are obviously still eating and he gave us a disappointing look. The shrimp scampi meal I had the beans weren't cooked properly. The calamari was ok could have been fried a little bit longer. My friend had the fish and chips which she liked. We didn't order dessert since we felt rushed while we consumed our dinner

Yelp
This review would be 3 - 4 stars had we not made the "mistake" of an 8pm Friday night reservation. Ambiance, view, food, service all solid. It wasn't quite "here's your table, should we box up food and put wine in a bag with a straw" but soon enough the waitress made it feel awkward, rushing every step. What I've experienced elsewhere was waitstaff suggesting getting orders placed before the kitchen closed, but making us feel welcomed to enjoy at our own pace. This was a first date that was going well and ended too soon. $150 for two drinks two basic entrees should buy a better experience.

Yelp
Food: 4 stars Service: 4 stars Ambiance Inside: 3 stars Ambiance Outside/View: 4.5 stars Overall: 3.5 stars We dropped by for Happy Hour last May (2023). The appetizers were creative with a fusion flare. We settled for an ales and a few glasses of wine. Happy Hour Prices were reasonable for the setting. The service was good, although when we first arrived the dining area was virtually empty, but still it took them quite a few minutes to get us seated... Servers also seemed to me to have a little attitude, as if patrons were a bother, rather than the folks who pay their salaries. I've noticed this each of the handful of times I visited -- and, I've only very, very infrequently seen it anywhere else. The views are great, which gives this place great potential. However, at least as of May 2023, the inside is due for some renovation. This Anthony's has been in this location for quite a while and it's showing. Lastly, this place seems to almost always be busy, which may account for their not feeling they need to up their game (e.g., renovate, improve staff attitudes). Parking is limited and the lot is almost always full. We only visit on very off days/times at this point.

Yelp
Private dining room downstairs is excellent as was the service. The dinner was Prefix due to a private dining event but the FOOD was spot on and delicious! Afterwards we went upstairs to the bar for a glass of wine and the service was "ehhh". We just wanted a glass of wine and a view after spending a pretty penny on dinner for 12. We were told we couldn't sit at an empty table to view the water and drink our wine. Bartender made us stay in the "viewless /dark bar". Really?? There are about 30 empty tables. Anyway... next time, we will skip the bar and just have dinner.

Yelp
Had a lovely dinner. I was so happy to arrive 8pm and it was light enough for over an hour. We were able to enjoy the lovely marina view for quite awhile. We started with the blue cheese shrimp salad which was chilled and excellent. The sourdough bread was served warm and so fresh and tasted great. We had a house Cabernet and an excellent white wine. Then we had halibut entree and the copper river salmon. We shared and it was the best of both worlds. Both fish were cooked perfect and it was a really delicious dinner. It was my first time there and suggested by someone at the airport to me earlier in the day. I was sad we didn't try the desert as it was rhubarb season and they had some nice choices. My halibut had rhubarb sauce so that was decadent and gave the fish an amazing unique flavor. Hope to be back soon!

Yelp
Really enjoyed Anthony's! Server was super friendly and considerate. Very attentive to our needs. Food and drinks were amazing. The fish was crispy and the drink garnishes were nice. Highly recommend! Midday is a great time to dine as it's usually emptier.

Yelp
What a lovely time here. I was invited her by my father for my birthday. I chose coming here for nostalgia reasons, we used to visit Edmonds beach as children. Plus, I love seafood. Starting out, wanted some cocktails. They had some wonderful peach specials. Ordered a peach daquri , that was good. Even better was my daughter's peach cosmo. Appetizer point of the menu. we all loved our appetizers, Cesar salad, salmon dip and clam chowder. so nice to eat this with a beautiful view. Next, our entree selection. I love seafood, so I chose garlic prawns. They were delicious. Everyone else ordered the top grade sirloin. They all enjoyed their steaks, perfectly cooked. Grilled potatoes and green beans were the sides. Came with a tasty steak sauce. The steak needed the sauce. Time for dessert. We all upgraded to the delicious peach cheesecake, peach slump and peaches with peach ice cream. So good. Such a lovely array of food and great service.

Yelp
Distasteful from the top down! We had a 7:15 reservation and were greeted with a stern "You're the first of your group, we'll seat you in a minute. Take a seat." No pleasantries, just a cold reception. Are other two party members were right behind us. And even still with them trailing behind us they tried to see us at a table for two even though we had a reservation for four, which they previously acknowledged by saying we were the first of our party to arrive. We were then escorted to our table outside where we waited for our server, who arrived almost 10 minutes later. There was no mention of specials or the seasonal rhubarb promotion, which we would have liked to try had we known. We ordered a bottle of wine and two beers. When the wine arrived, our server only filled three of the four glasses. Before leaving, she returned with bread and took our order for food without again, talking about the specials or offering us really any chance to ask questions. After taking our order for steamers and entrées, we waited. And waited. We watched the ungracious host set a table for 14 on the balcony, seat them, and offer them blankets while we shivered. Another group that ordered after us received their entrées before us, and we overheard our server apologize to them for the substitution of crabcakes to fried fish, without any prior indication to the patron because the kitchen was out of crabcakes. She offered them a dessert if they'd like which they declined, and I caught a glimpse of the teenagers face he was clearly appalled by the situation as he should have been. After an eternity, we were too cold to wait any longer and asked to move inside or get blankets. At this point, we had not gotten any of our food. All the blankets had gone to the group of 14. They finally offered us a table inside. While we waited for that table to be cleaned. Our steamers arrived without extra bread, and no one asked if they were satisfactory. And after waiting to be escorted inside, we finally met our server at the door and she pointed to a table and said sit down there. We expected them to bring silverware and water glasses, but we ended up needing to beg a very clearly frazzled bus boy. Who only ever managed to bring us two of the four silverware sets we needed. Our entrées didn't arrive for an additional 25 minutes. Our entrées were overcooked. One medium rare steak was medium, the other well done. After requesting lemons from the back servers, our waitress finally checked on us and noticed the steaks were overcooked, offering replacements. I have an allergy and had asked for clarification about my food but received none, leaving me concerned about my safety. We ate our disappointing meal without any further checks from the staff. A server eventually brought a correctly cooked steak, but our plates were cleared without a word. We asked for the check and waited 25 more minutes. Finally, I went to the front to ask for a manager, who arrived just as our waitress handed us the bill. Neither the manager nor the waitress apologized for the poor service. For the first time in my adult life, I didn't tip. Timeline for the evening: * Arrived: 7:10 * Seated: 7:15 * Ordered wine: 7:30 * Got wine and ordered food: 7:40 * Asked for blankets or to move: 8:00 * Got steamers: 8:35 * Moved inside: 8:45 * Got mains: 9:10 * Got correct steak: 9:30 * Asked for check: 9:45 * Almost walked out: 10:15 * Finally got check, paid, and left: 10:16 A couple of observations: Our waitress was handling multiple large tables, clearly overwhelmed, while the indoor waitress was attentive to her smaller section. It seems our server didn't receive the help she needed, possibly due to poor management. Which shouldn't be surprised, and given the fact the manager simply stood and stared at the server as she struggled to print our checks. Providing zero response to our statement when we said we've been waiting 25 minutes for the check. The food was average, the service terrible, and the parking horrific. I would definitely advise going elsewhere.

Yelp
My mum and I came in for the Lobster special I ended up getting the Sunset Special. Ceasar salad clam chowders prawn and the Baileys mousse. Absolutely delicious! My mum had the lobster with rice. Was excellent as well, however a side salad or chowder would have been appreciated. Our waitress was delightful and did a wonderful job. She even met me at the elevator and said oh I didn't know you were leaving i would have said a good bye. Excellent touch! I'll be back

Yelp
Tasty food and portion size was decent for the scallop entree. A new view of the Puget Sound. The bathroom was super warm.

Yelp
Active Puget sound views and beautiful sunset seafood dinner with great service prompt seating.

Yelp
I have been going here for years but have not been in maybe 4 .I got the 3 course dinner. It was just awful.I specifically asked for the salmon to be cooked medium not overcooked dryed out.It was so dried out just gross. The bailys mouse was even off.It was a very light shade in color like something was missing and tasted like it was.The view is pretty. But it is quite depressing inside. They need a remodel redo of the restaurant. It is very dated. .

Yelp
Disarray, short staffed. Never got to food chose to leave because 45 minutes for drinks and longer for food. It is not diners problem they are having beer difficulties that consumed most of servers time. Server was trying

Yelp
Had a great time at this location, arrived and got seated promptly as we had reserved a table. We were able to take advantage of the last of the warm evenings by sitting out on the deck so we could enjoy the sunset. Our server was great, very attentive and friendly. My partner and I shared a large bowl of chowder to start, it was absolutely plenty for us paired with the fresh bread! The chowder was one of the best in the area that we've had. I ordered the halibut which was cooked perfectly, and my partner got the crab cakes which weren't as big a winner as my dish. Unfortunately it was seemingly green bean season and I can't stand them so I skipped mine.. but that's a personal preference! The drinks were also great value. We were able to park at the location which was convenient. Glad to have tried this place, great food and staff!

Yelp
Wow what a great experience! Originally I was easily able to reserve a table for 15 people a few weeks away from the day.. and did not need to put down a deposit. A week before.. I just called to confirm for 12 ppl now and they easily changed it. On the day of the dinner.. we didn't wait long and was seated in a upper corner area which was intimate and cozy. Our server Isaac B. was sooo amazing. He was funny and patient with our group. Always had a smile on his face and cracking jokes. He really made our dinner extra special and even remembered my friend's birthday. He was patient with all the orders and separating the check was a breeze. Best customer service we have had in such a long time. Thanks Anthony Edmonds and Issac for a wonderful experience. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend this place especially for a large group!

Yelp
always a favorite place to eat, service is excellent & food is delish! view is beautiful

Yelp
Pretty darn good food. Great service. The outside seating was great but required a lot of stairs for my less-than-mobile friend. It has a good menu, though.

Alison N.

Yelp
I rarely give a 5 star review - especially for places that need work in some area. However, this place was so surprisingly good, it deserves it. First, the server was so professional and skilled. Friendly, without being overbearing or intrusive - told us about specials, inquired about or reason for dining out - checked on us, but not too much or too little. Really, she made the experience. My expectations for a high volume, more established 'view' restaurant low. It was great! Options for those who can't eat dairy and/or gluten - and more options might be possible than what is marked on menu. Second, I especially appreciated the small plates menu - although we didn't order off of it, it's a great option. At the table we ordered: fish and chips (solid), Cioppino (excellent - the standout dish of the evening with ample seafood, perfectly spiced and a fresh smattering of herbs on top), salmon salad (good), seasonal salad (really good, if a little sweet) and kids grilled salmon with seasonal asparagus (perfectly cooked - wish this was a small plates option). We also got some fun mocktails - which everyone enjoyed. There is complimentary warm sourdough and we're celebrating a birthday and they brought out a wonderful cake. This might be the last of the establishments that still have these staples of fine dining out. Really, a great place to celebrate a special occasion. The senior and minors in our group particularly enjoyed it. Will be back - if not only for the view!

Yelp
No Reservations, but pointed us to a bar table that was available. Our table had a salmon salad and a salmon and crab cake duo. All were excellent.

Yelp
Stopped in for early Sunset Dinner with my seafood loving elderly Dad. Thankfully, they have a nice elevator just outside the entrance. This location is gorgeous and the view was breathtaking. Dinner was delicious and Michaela, the server, had great suggestions and along with her helper, took very good care of us. Salmon Dip, Clam Chowder and Ceasar Salad are always fresh and tasty. The Garlic Prawns were a big hit this time. And the Burnt Creme dessert is a must-have. Next month, it's definitely going to be Cioppino weather and perhaps the Lobster Bucatini they're promoting with the check?? Yum!!

Yelp
Overall a ok experience. The crab dip was delicious if you happen to eat here definitely give it a shot. The oyster service was somewhat disappointing. We ordered 18 and they came not on ice but more in ice water.

Yelp
Classy, good seafood restaurant with front row views of the sound. The salmon fettuccine and clam chowder were some of my family's favorites. The whole experience was really nice since we got seated by the window facing the ocean and got to catch the sunset over some good food. Food I got the cod fish and chips were pretty good overall. Fish was nice and crispy and the fish was tender and juicy. The Smoked salmon fettuccine was everyone's favorites. The sauce was good and there was so much vegetables that accompanied the dish well. I would also dip the free bread that we got in there as well to scoop up all the sauce. Roasted scampi shrimp was okay but I would rather get something else. The shrimp didn't stand out to much and the rice was okay too. Who doesn't love clam chowder? The chowder was good as an appetizer and would recommend! There was a good amount of manila clams that we got as an appetizer. Great to split even with 6 people. Atmosphere The ambiance is really nice in the restaurant and there is outdoor seating as well (probably for the summer months). It's so nice that the restaurant is right by the water and that there isn't any other buildings in front. The views of the Sound is some of the best. Pricing Food is a little pricey but is comparable to other seafood restaurants (ie Duke's). The price is worth it for the taste of the food and definitely for the views and service. Service  Service was good and fast and the servers were friendly. They were helpful in choosing appetizers for our party size. Other There is a parking lot located on site.

Yelp
We had a delightful dinner here last night. Typical gorgeous Anthony's water view. Boats were lit up with holiday lights, so the view was extra pretty. Fun holiday specials on the dinner & beverage menus. My Ciopino was delicious with loads of seafood; and my husband's scallops were equally delicious. Service was spot-on too. Highly recommend this restaurant for a special night out!

Yelp
I had chilled crab in the bar. The crab was excellent and they brought me more items to crack the crab. Better the one at the Bell Street diner. Bartender Marvin N., served me and few others in the bar. At first service was good but later, the restaurant got busy, and almost Nathan's whole attention went to drink orders for the restaurant from a small window. He was socializing with the bar staff. One of the waitress noticed I was being ignored. She was good and brought a small moist towel to clean my hands after eating crab. It was much appreciated. Later when I was done, I took some work to get Nathan's attention to tell him I was done and wanted my check.

Yelp
What a bummer. I've been coming to Anthony's off and on for years. I went in for lunch yesterday and decided on the burger since I've never actually had it. What a disappointment, especially for $22. The burger broke into 4 pieces and fell out of the bun. The bun was old and also "split" as I tried to take a bite. The fries were great FWIW. Our waitress was a beautiful young lady named Kennedy. She was very sweet, but you could tell they had her covering too many tables. She kept apologizing for the wait times, I genuinely felt she was doing the best she could under the circumstances. Someone needs to learn how to run this place and also teach the chef how to make a burger. Wow.

Yelp
Anthony's restaurants are known for their prime locations and beach vibes, but for a vegan wanting to entertain out of town non-vegan guests, Anthony's is less than accommodating. There is ONE vegan possibility on the menu- an impossible burger option without any vegan cheese, or vegan Mayo available. Beyond that, you will hear the 3 words no vegan ever wants to hear: We have salad. Do you have salad, Anthony's? Really? Yes you do, but not for vegans. Your talented chefs have decided to bathe every salad on the menu with as many animal products and as few vegetables as possible. Chicken, pork, cheese and more cheese all topped off with a dairy-heavy salad dressing. To top all of this off, before we were seated, the server was gathering our menus and dropped one on the dirty, wet ground right by the front door. They then picked it up and... wait for it... put it on top of the others she would hand to each of us once seated. Guess who got that filthy menu? Me. That's who. Anthony's- please review your menu!

Yelp
In short its Good, not great, not bad and is consistent. We recently had a party of 3, we ordered 2 specials (tiny steak w/ 3 prawns) a halibut & chips, 2 Caesar salads, 2 deserts and a bottle of St.Michelle. Total + 20% tip $281.00 We typically cook at home due to we are all very good at that. This is a meal less than 2 yrs ago would have cost you maybe $150.00 tops. I dont blame the restaurant at all, this is economics and how you run a country (in this case poorly). Costs are out of control, I don't know how most folks can afford eating out.

Yelp
I have been coming to Anthony's for a while. The last two years I feel like they have really gone downhill. They used to be great...their food was fresh, service was fantastic, and a stunning view. The past two times that I have gone - the food and service were downright terrible, and the food was just okay. The first time we went for my child's birthday - just the family (four of us). That time, the service was great. The food was just alright. The fish tacos (that my partner has been ordering for years) were so terrible he didn't even finish them. With the great service we have received in the past and having only one mediocre food experience, we made the easy choice to go again. This last visit, we decided that we will never come back. We had reservations for four, when they found out that two of the four were children they audibly scoffed. It was our anniversary dinner (we made a comment about that on our reservation, and nobody mentioned it), and we were made to feel like a major inconvenience. We ordered our food at 5 pm...waited...waited...waited...noticed that other people around us were getting served...waited...finally just after 6 pm, we got our food. This was a Monday night, there were about five or six other tables at the time; not busy enough to justify a wait time of over an hour. I am sure that the waiter forgot our food. When we got our food - it was just okay. My partner and I ordered the three course meal special they were promoting - on my dish they used melted margarine instead of butter for the shrimp. For one child, the steak was undercooked (we ordered medium and it came out medium rare). As we left, our waiter was complaining about other people in the restaurant. He was going on and on (very unprofessionally) with the hostess, they didn't even notice that we left...even as my children waved and said "goodbye".

Yelp
A little expensive for what you get. Nice ambience and location. What food we got was flavorful, especially Alaskan halibut plate.

Yelp
My wife and I went on a Saturday night. We went early which turned out to be a good thing. They got busy fast. We were seated quickly by the window. Awesome view. We both ordered the double R top sirloin. I also ordered clam Chowder. Our waitress was nice and pleasant and the food came quickly and was very good. We had a very nice time watching the ferries come across. It was a nice night. We will be back. Chef did a good job.

Yelp
Last minute reservations and we were going to be in the area. I haven't been here for many years, and I was reminded why after my visit. The views are spectacular-- you're by the water and all. The service is good and all. The food is straight forward PNW; but definitely boring for my palette-- a personal preference. It would always be a last minute restaurant for me.

Yelp
Great service here!! Even the kitchen staff and chefs were incredible. I had the salmon, and it was perfect. My husband had the seafood fettuccine and was very impressed as well. We also had the burned cream dessert, that was ok. I wished the top was hard so I could Crack it open, but that was OK. Thank you for the great food and friendly atmosphere.

Yelp
We went to dinner Tuesday night for the Lobster special. I got the lobster and my wife got the miso black cod. The lobster was great. The miso black cod was spectacular. We shared our dinners and I have to say I was blown away by the black cod. Also, my Arnold Palmers were perfect. Our server was great, always checking on us.

Yelp
Absolutely AMAZING service from start to finish. Server did a fantastic job and continually checked in on us to ensure we were enjoying our food and drinks. Took time to recommend dishes, answered questions, and suggested desserts as the evening progressed.

Yelp
So yeah, I've been to 2 Anthony's in the past month (once at the pier- downtown and once in Edmonds) and sadly disappointed. Last night in Edmonds pretty much sealed the deal for me. Patio seating, cocktails are slow to arrive, after 2nd round nobody takes empty glasses, order steak med rare, comes well done. Crab cake tastes like tuna salad. My guests "scampi" that came with the fillet should've been used on a salad since they were so small. Speaking of salad, at the pier my ceasar salad was swimming in dressing so I won't be ordering salad anymore. IDK, maybe it is post pandemic staffing issues, maybe Edmonds has forgot about Anthony's in favor of the hipper places, maybe corporate has changed? But let me tell you, they wont get another 250.00+ from me in the near future. BTW, in spite of the slower service I still hooked up my server because 1. she needs to make a living 2. not her fault if management can't see she needs a bit of training. At least she tried.

Yelp
I just ordered a Ceasar salad and of course it came with croutons. The inside of a number of the croutons was hard as a rock. Once I got to 3 croutons like this and narrowly missed cracking a tooth, I called the manager, Chris. He did not want to feel the hard masses I was talking to him about and then he said that's just the inside of the crouton. So blowing everything off as normal. I have never had croutons like this in my life. Someone will surely break a tooth and require a crown! I never write reviews but this was so unbelievable, I had to write it and also the manager's blasé attitude even more unreal!
