I had such a great experience at the Fort Worth Anthropologie today! I showed up a little too early for my pickup order, but the staff didn’t hesitate—they quickly pulled my item and let me grab it ahead of schedule. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. And for the record, the HEDY TREE TOPPER is absolutely gorgeous. ✨ Thank you for making the process so easy and pleasant!

Great stuff. My go to for anything but the customer service there isn’t ideal. I had a gift return that i did not have a receipt for and after trying a few numbers that could’ve been used it wasn’t found so all the cashier said was “sorry i can’t find it so we can’t do anything”. i explained it was from a family member that more than likely wouldn’t have used a number and she didn’t care. So great product don’t recommend the people 🙂

Visited midday on a busy Sunday. Two salespeople engrossed in a conversation were near the front entrance. Neither one acknowledged me or said hello. I walked around the store for 20 minutes, part of that time, carrying two items I was planning to purchase. Not one salesperson addressed me, or asked if I needed assistance. I returned the items to where I found them and left the store. This is not the first time I have had this experience at this store. No matter, I will not be back.

A large and beautiful store. It’s a great selection of dresses and sweaters and other high-quality clothes. My wife highly recommends it.

Beautiful store with beautiful clothing inside. Pricey, but excellent high quality pieces. Shoes and accessories, available too. I would have given 4 stars except for Emily, the dressing room attendant, gets 5 stars. She was phenomenal. She literally found every plus size dress in the store for me to try on and gave excellent tips for dressing a piece up or down and how to order online, etc. She was a gem! My one hope for this store is that they offer more plus size options.

Beware the terribly unhappy and condescending lady with the shaved mullet who very confidently told me, “ This is the one day a year where we can’t sell shoes” as I’m trying to exchange some shoes… then she is corrected by one of her fellow employees and she actually argues with her in front of me about selling shoes today. It was so bizarre. The costumer service is pretty terrible here. One girl helped me out and was pleasant, I think she also overheard me talking on the phone about how I can’t get any help in there… then I had to get back in line to purchase something and got mullet lady to my dismay… “is this a purchase or an exchange”. Like common lady. Get her off the register. Not to mention, she ran every dollar I gave her through a machine to make sure I wasn’t giving her fake money. I wonder if she would do that to the wealthy older lady coming in the store purchasing with cash. Doubtful. No thank you just attitude. Some people should just not work customer service.

Went in to return an item, but lost the receipt and Brenda was so helpful and patient in figuring out the return. Wonderful customer service!

Beautiful store with so much variety. So happy to find a pair of pants in my size. Also great sale items. Found some cute gifts and some treats for myself!

I've always loved browsing Anthropologie, though I rarely purchase much.. It's just too expensive. Maybe if it was 15 years ago when it was harder to find Anthropolgie-y kinda stuff, but now you can find similar items all over the place for a much lower price. It's still enjoyable to explore this space; you'll find cool artsy installations, pretty seasonal stuff, and the latest trendy clothes in flowing glittering fabrics. Plus they've always got cutesy, vintage-y kitchenware and home decor. After you look at $200 price tags on dresses and sweater and boots for 20 minutes those $40 candles don't seem SO expensive. The staff here is very friendly and involved. I was quickly approached and asked if I wa looking for anything in particular. I was brought options and ideas without asking. I was well taken care of. If you don't want attentive help, make sure to say you're just browsing from the start! I bought a pair of earrings and a flowy sheer dress on my last visit. The dress had a couple little holes in the shoulders so I was given a 15% discount, which I really appreciated. The holes can certainly be stitched with a needle and thread, but it was nice to get a little deal. Even if you don't wanna buy anything, come stroll around next time you need a little aesthetic pick-me-up.

Please update your store hours. They do not open till 10 am. If you search, it says 9 am or even 8 am on Tuesdays. Don't waste your time

I was waiting in line with three other people and the sales person ringing us up took a phone call (instead of finishing with us )and made us all wait over 10 minutes (?)- I just left bc of it without purchasing ...while she helped the customer on the phone with a detailed issue that could've been dealt with when no one was waiting . ATTENTION sales people- please help those who get in their hot car on a hot day and still SHOP IN YOUR STORE -we deserve to get priority over someone sitting at home calling the store... have them wait...we made an effort to shop IN store and didn't just buy online. I also asked the other more mature sales person who was ringing for help getting the girl off the phone and she said no and she was very rude and looked miserable at her job . You can all Do better !!!

Employees are very nice in this location but I no longer find clothes that appeal to me and if I occasionally find a pretty dress or other item... I am appalled at the price. The quality and style is never worth a $250.00 dress.

I wish I would win the lottery so that I could clean out an Anthropologie store. I love their stuff! Their kitchen section especially just makes me lose my mind the way other woman probably do when they shop for shoes. All of their candles smell gorgeous, their mugs are adorable, and even the clothes are fabulous! Love, love, love! Of course what I don't love is paying $18 for a single Christmas ornament. The prices are very steep which is why shopping here is only a once in a while treat for me. But imagine my shock when I found the most lovely bowls ever and turned them over to see they were only $5 each! $5, here?! I snatched these up pronto and can't stop staring at them. They had many different colors but I liked lavender and robin's egg blue the best. These are also both microwave and dishwasher safe. This is the perfect place to find a unique and beautiful gift for someone that they will love you for and treasure forever. Or to find something for yourself! Because let's face it, the holidays are stressful and you deserve it.

The clothes are made very well and are beautiful but the clothes are just too expensive. I could find clothes that look and feel the same as the ones at anthropologie in different stores but are $100 dollars less the clothes aren't worth THAT much. I'm afraid you've lost a customer. Lower the prices!!

Customer Service is lacking, was not greeted or helped while Employees continued on conversations, Would easily recommend any other shop than this store!

I've been a long time fan of the Anthropologie culture, but the customer service in the Ft Worth store has taken a nosedive in past months. They used to be so friendly and gracious, but the last couple of visits have left me wanting to never return as much as I love the products and the store. Why tolerate snooty and self absorbed sales associates at any price?

Anthropologie is my all time favorite store! I would say 90% of my clothes are from anthro. This anthro is amazing bc that have petites section!!! It's a treat when I'm in the area and get to shop!

This place is like Mom/Sister gift central. Grab some stuff at random and boom! Thoughtful birthday gift. Hell yeah I'll get a coffee cup with a letter on it! My mom's name starts with that letter! Oven mitt? She don't even cook! But I know it'd look hella good hanging near the oven cuz it's got flowers and bees and crap like that on it. Girlfriend mad at you because your bailed on her cousin's graduation party? Pick your gal up some hand cream (creme?). What even is that? Smells like what roses should smell like though. Also I bought a tape dispenser that looks like an old timey camera. Thought it was cool at the time but it's still in my car.

This store is huuuggeeee! I love how the store flows from one color to another, it makes it helpful when looking for something specific. Staff were friendly and not pushy. The bedding here is amazing. So pretty and rustic chic. So many cute things for the home here! They even had cabinet door pulls, which I was looking for to customize an ikea dresser. Amazing selection at this store, and it was organized and very neat and clean!

It's pretty predictable that I would give this store 5 stars. I know I lose some hipster cred (not that I had much to begin with) for giving a chain store 5 stars, but it really is my favorite. I always ask for clothes, home accessories or gift cards here for my birthday, Christmas, etc. This store in particular I really love because the sales lady was so helpful. I wish I knew her name because she picked out some clothes for me that I would have never chosen and they are now my favorites. I appreciated that she was actually helpful and not pushy. And when she noticed my husband chasing my 1 year old around the store, she immediately found some "easy to wear" type outfits, knowing I don't have a whole lot of time to get ready each day. Even though I can be a little cheap, I find that I can talk myself into $200 dresses at Anthropologie, but fortunately this location has a really great sale section and I managed to walk away with 2 dresses for under $70!

Stacey, the personal shopping consultant, is incredible! What a joy. Thank you for helping me find the perfect dress that I've been searching for. Couldn't find "the one" at Nordstrom, Saks, etc. so I decided to pop into Anthro for the FIRST time ever (crazy right??) and I'm so glad I did. Stacey recommended some accessories to pair with the dress. Although I usually prefer to avoid up-selling...her advice was very appreciated and NOT forceful at all. The dress I chose was $250 (and worth it!) paired with a $50 belt that Stacy recommended. It absolutely completed the look. *Side perk!* This is a great area to pop into if you're waiting on your appointment at the Apple store (located in the same parking lot.) Just a lovely experience for my first time in Anthro. Highly recommend.

Loved it! I was able to find exactly what I wanted to. One of the ladies who works there was also able to help me match some shirts with a skirt I was contemplating which was great as well. I like this location more than the Seattle location which I usually go to because they don't have a petite a section lol - at least that I saw! At the Seattle store you have no idea where it starts and ends which is very frustrating, but they did not try to do that here which was fabulous! Also anthropologie clothes are fantastic in general - love this store! Got a couple sweaters and a jacket :).

I avoid this place because I love it so much, haha! I LOVE shopping the sale section-- I ALWAYS find great deals (which is usually still pretty bad for my wallet...) The staff is SO friendly. I went to a fashion show one night here, too, that featured employees wearing items from the store. It was a really cool event.

This is a very large Anthropologie store, but the women who merchandise it do an incredible job making it feel homey. I like the way they have the different areas layer out and have some overlapping of the dresses by some cute accessories, etc. The sales help is very friendly and I can almost always find what I want. Great for gifts as well.

I love everything in this store. The bedding? Amazing. Curtains? Fabulous. The dresses they have are so cute, very flattering and even with a sizable rack- they fit. That's a big deal guys. I have the cutest ring holder that is pale cream with a wee golden giraffe that I just love. They have cute cups, plates, basically everything you could imagine needing to accessorize your home and yourself. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because it's outrageously priced. Seriously. A dress will set me back 150-200$ easily. Bedding is 1000-1500$. Don't get me started on the cute crap for the kitchen. I can't shop here regularly in good conscience.

I was so excited to spend a little girl time in one of my favorite stores as I am visiting from Southern California and love the Anthroplogie stores we have,the associates are very helpful and full of great shopping selections. From the moment I walked in,not one snooty sales associate welcomed me or asked me if I needed any help,and they were NOT busy.(unless you call chatting with eachother and ignoring your responsibilities busy)Right at the end,one gal passed me by and I said hello first.She said hi and kept walking!!!! I have been in Fort Worth settling in a new student at TCU.Every person so far has been as nice and helpful as we were told the Texans are. Not sure what is up with the attitudes of the employees at Anthropologie but they are in serious need of customer appreciation lessons. I will obviously stick to shopping at the Anthroplogies in So. Cal

I just love this place! I always find cute pieces at this place but truth be told I'm addicted to the candles. I love when people walk in my house and smell the aroma of voluspa candles.

I should start by saying that I've been a devoted Anthropologie shopper for over 20 years. I lived in California for a few years in the 90s and that's where I got my first introduction to this store, which was way before they came to Texas. Late yesterday afternoon I found myself in Fort Worth for a doctor appointment and decided to go by this store. I've been trying to stay away to pay off bills, but found a couple of tops I had to have. The store was running sale items at an additional 25% off, which was still pricy by most standards, but I purchased them anyway. This morning I received an email from Anthropologie indicating that all sale items were an additional 40% off this weekend. I was a little annoyed that just 15 hours before I'd purchased these items at a lower discount but I was confident the store would make things right, so I called them shortly after the store opened. I explained the situation and the woman on the phone put me on hold. After a few minutes she came back and with some attitude told me that her manager said they could give me the additional discount this time but wouldn't do it again. Needless to say I got very annoyed because it was made to sound like they were doing me a favor. I pointed out to the woman that as a matter of good customer service she could've done without telling me they would do it this time but never again, and just said, "of course, come on in and we'll take care of you". Her reply was that then I would expect they do this for me every time. Those tops will be going back no matter how much I like them, and I plan on staying away from Anthropologie and taking my business elsewhere.

This is a great location because it's really big and they have a lot of their items from online here - both clothing and home decor items - so the selection here is good. They usually have some really cute jewelry on sale on their sale table too. The sales people are very helpful and friendly. Some of the pieces are a little over priced, in my opinion, but it's a very cute store and their sale section is worthwhile.

Great customer service! Each of my visits to this location has far exceeded expectations. The staff is friendly and considerate, and they take great care to ensure your items are wrapped securely. The different sales associates who have assisted me have gone above and beyond to give me a great experience!

This store is AWESOME! It's huge and one could easily spend an hr here walking around. The shelves never seem to end. They've got some pretty interesting stuff! Even a guy could keep himself busy in here. It's a great way to spend your Saturday afternoon or walk off that Blue Mesa brunch you just ate :).
