Antica Trattoria Dominissini

We found this place by an accident. This is a literal hidden gem! Very sweet and helpful service, interesting meal offer. Everything tasted absolutely delicious. Music playing there (George Michael, Quenn, INXS…) added to a really wonderful atmosphere. 🌼totally loved it here!

Great restaurant in cividale if you are looking for fish.

We had a lovely lunch at the trattoria, we sat outside on a beautiful sunny day and the garden under the pergola was lovely. We chose a fish only meal, the red gamberi from Mazara with a small burrata, tuna with pistacchio and mixed fish grill. We tried a selection of different Sicilian wines and we ended up the lunch with a Bel rye passito and a cannolo. The service was excellent as the food.

Very attentive service, delicious food, fair prices. We did have to wait a bit for the antipasti, but we had the time, so no hard feelings. Loved the breezy outside terrace!

My husband and I went there wanting to experience Sicilian cuisine again. We traveled a lot through Italy but the pasta here was the best we ever had! It was cooked “al dente” to perfection. Everything was top notch. We also tried desserts, and we were amazed by the quality of the food. The servers were quick and kind. We recommend this place to everyone who want to induldge in unique and beyonde tasty experience!

Amazing place! The waitresses were kind and told us a lot about the wines they offer, the food was incredibly delicious, and we didn't have to wait a lot. The prices are a bit high, but not unreasonable for the great food and service.

My wife and I came in for dinner late on a Friday night. The restaurant was closing in 30 minutes, but they seated us anyway. We ordered two glasses of a local white wine, that was out of this world. We liked it so much, that we bought a bottle to take home (pic attached). My wife ordered the pasta with tuna and I had the grilled shrimp (pictured). Both were very very good, and the pasta was incredible. Yum! There was not a single problem with our dining experience. The restaurant is located down a pedestrian only alley so park up the street and follow your GPS walking directions. You will not be disappointed!
