Just returned from a five night stay at the Palazzo Artemide in Ortigia. Fabulously restored building with superb service in the best possible location. Loved taking breakfast (a very rich hot and cold buffet) on the terrace on Piazza Minerva. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was top notch (apart from the strange choice of a cream carpet on the landings!) and housekeeping was excellent, even topping up the water level in our lavazza machine! Fresh bed linen and towels daily and whilst the bathroom was rather small it was very well appointed and the marble tiling was simply beautiful. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Palazzo Artimede, a five-star experience. The location was perfect, in the historical center, easy to walk anywhere in Ortigia. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are spacious, bathrooms well equipped with amenities, and the hotel staff super helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet is very generous and varied. We were able to drive to the hotel ourselves, then after used the valet service to have the car parked and brought to us for further use. Would stay again!

I came to Ortigia for Festa Santa Lucia and stayed at this wonderful hotel which is next to the Duomo. My room was spacious and very clean. The entire staff at the hotel is very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I will definitely stay here again. Roberto, Erminia, Bruna e Fabrizio tanto piacere conoscirti, grazie mille, a presto!

I lived this charming and luxurious hotel close to the port in the old town of Ortigia. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was fantastic. The room was spacious and well appointed. The hotel has some beautiful common areas, a class bar and a beautiful cafe outside on the square.

Wonderful property located in the heart of historic Siracusa. Beautifully outfitted rooms and public spaces. Ample breakfast. Above all, cheery and helpful staff who anticipate your needs and delight in taking good care of their guests. Highly recommend!

It is a fabulous hotel located in the heart of the city steps away from the water and surrounded by great restaurants . The staff had a personal touch and was so helpful as it was our first visit t Ortigia. Graziana, our room attendant was the best and each time we saw her asked us if everything was okay.

This is a beautiful hotel, the staff were incredibly helpful- particularly Erminia at reception. The room was super comfortable with a gorgeous bathroom and the housekeeping team were great. The bar is lovely with outside seating and tasty drink options. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel is close to the sea, the duomo and some great restaurants. The service, from the front desk to the restaurant, is flawless and friendly. The interior decoration is delightful. The only drawback is that the rooms are on the small side. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the hotel and would recommend it to friends without reservation.

Wonderful! We stayed here for three nights and enjoyed it more than our stay at Hotel Villa Athena in Agrigento, which was waaay more expensive. Service was outstanding, room was great and the location cannot be beat.

Our group stayed for four nights and it was an enjoyable location. The hotel was clean with good air conditioning. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was very good with very good coffee. The hotel is located in the center of Ortigia so we could easily walk to restaurants and points of interest. This is a good pick for your stay on the island.

Stayed here our first 3 nights in Sicily. Great location in Ortigia, we walked to everything. Asked for a view and were given a room facing the sea looking over the rooftops. Beautiful sunrises. Great breakfast buffet and wonderful staff attending it. excellent restaurants very close. Front desk was very helpful. We loved our stay here.
