The food was delicious, and the environment was incredible too.
Unfortunately, bad service can ruin the experience and I am sure will cost you many customers if not fixed. One or two more people serving the tables would have made a huge difference at a busy time. But getting a bit of training when dealing with public would also be beneficial.
Getting someone to the table was a challenging task, and waiters would pass by and wouldn't pick dirty dishes off the table. I would like to add that even when short of staff, whenever possible, paying more attention at the tables would have made a difference. FYI. I am a former waiter.
