We were walking down the street to a brewery when I backtracked and was like "wait a second, do you think this spot is pet friendly?" And indeed it was! My brother in law is a gin fanatic, so this was one of the highlights of our trip as they are mostly gin based.
The outside patio space is absolutely beautiful and has so many plants, flowers, and shrubs enclosed in a black iron fence making it feel like a garden, but you're right off the main road. My only qualm is that the seats around the big barrel table we sat at were too small in surface area to fully sit on and thus the chair kept digging into the backs of my thighs. That was rather uncomfortable since I was wearing a dress, so eventually I decided to stand at the table, which was perfectly fine because of the height of it. They do have other seating areas outside, but that table is what best accommodated us and our 3 dogs. Just something to be aware of if you have some curves and are planning to enjoy your time here outside with multiple pets.
My brother in law ordered a gin tasting flight, which we all tried a little sip of as well. The chocolate orange gin was crazy- it was so good, didn't taste like alcohol at all, and is not a pairing that I would ever expect with gin, but it was so good. I ordered The 1532 and it was out of this world. The curry paired so nicely, but wasn't overpowering, and the coconut on top was like an extra little snack with my drink. My husband ordered the Sierra Leone and the herbal infusion came through really nicely- it reminded me of an herbal lemonade our favorite coffee shop in Indy makes where the sage really brightens it up. My sister ordered the Ms. Pickle-Tini and it was savory in the best way, with a little pickle garnish. We also ordered a bowl of olives to snack on at the table and they were great. I don't usually like olives, but these were very fresh and their house marinade on them was delightful.
We went inside to use the bathroom before leaving and to close out our tab and it is really swanky inside, almost a speakeasy vibe. The lights were dimmed and the decor was extravagant. I loved everything about it. I would love to come back and be able to sit inside without the dogs to experience both atmospheres.
