"Manuel Bouchard’s cuisine impressed our inspectors thanks to striking features such as his minimalist approach and the use of just a few well-chosen ingredients. Traditional recipes, such as plin pasta and Fassona beef, feature on the menu alongside more alternative, imaginative dishes (including fresh- and saltwater fish). This elegant restaurant is located on the first floor of a building in the old town, just a stone’s throw from the medieval tower. A warm welcome and an excellent wine list complete the picture." - Michelin Inspector

Langhe has many options of good restaurants. Outstanding restaurants, however, there are not as many. Antine' is one of those few outstanding places that combines excellent food, excellent service, an an excellent atmosphere. The experience today was fantastic. From the agile last-minute reservation over the phone, the meticulous food and wine service, to the opportunity to meet Manuel Bouchard after lunch, this is a place I would certainly recommend to whoever is looking for a "master degree" in Piemontese culinary.

From classic Italian dishes to innovative creations, each plate bursts with flavor and is expertly prepared using the finest ingredients. The extensive wine selection perfectly complements the menu, ensuring a truly indulgent culinary journey. Amazing lunch. We did the 6 course tasting menus and had the server recommended wines, 1 white and 1 red. Service, food, and wine were all impeccable! Very great price for a wonderful meal.

Superb if understated gem of a restaurant. We were happily surprised by the excellent food and attentive service. Cut above the traditional reguonal italian fare. Highly recommend.

Good place to go if you want a food experience out of the ordinary in Piemonte! Don't be in a rush as the food should be enjoyed over long time. Service is good, but a little bit slow to get started. Food is a definite five star. Ambiance is different from a hearty Italian restaurant, and together with slightly expensive food results in a 4 star rating.

We had the unexpected fortune to get a table here on a Monday evening in June, not expecting this high class and superb service. Some of the dishes are perhaps more of an artwork for the eye, but the overall experience was such a treat. (Comparing to Campamac where we had dinner the day after, the Antiné is the clear winner on all - food, service, atmoshere.) This is the restaurant that I recommend friends to visit if they only have time for one stop in Barbaresco. Rabayé gets the second place for those that have more time available.

Invited by Pier Busso and the restaurant for ourselves. The chef made a full tasting menu where we literally could taste all he had. Combined with great company and some delicious wine made it a very nice afternoon!

Yelp
I write very few reviews, but Antine deserves to be noticed. Our second visit in three years provided remarkable consistency at an extremely high level. If you have the opportunity to visit Barbaresco, Alba or the surrounding area, make a point to visit Antine- you will be thinking of your return visit for the next three years!
