Delicious tacos and REAL quesadillas. They also have great salsa. I enjoyed their food at the Mitote Food park and look forward to enjoying their food again!

After exploring a lot of Santa Rosa for the best morning tacos after nightshift, we discovered this gem and have been coming here regularly. The owners are so friendly, and they kindly accommodate our vegetarianism. We've tried nearly everything on the menu, and even with just rice and beans as the core, it's amazing! I can only imagine how good their meat options are, because they smell phenomenal.

The food and customer service were both enough to make sure we return!

Went to Mitote Food Truck Park not my first choice given the previous experience, but was willing to try again. The service here was terrible asking any question was returned with a big attitude like we were bothering them. Food took nearly 1 hour before our 2 super burritos were ready. They put lettuce in both and made them spicy for no reason, and little to no guacamole, pico, etc just a blob of cheese and beans. Terrible!! Threw them both away after only a couple bites. Truly one of the nastiest burrito I've ever had. Save your money on this one!

Taco truck with interesting specialties like squash blossoms and huitlacoche. Green mole is really good, have not seen that on other menus in Santa Rosa.

The torta de chilaquiles is one of the best sandwiches in town, and the whole menu is worth trying. Excellent vegetarian options.

Excellent quesadillas, simply one of the best in town. Tacos aren't bad either. Barbacoa is good too, strong flavor and lots of meat. I come here often

Ordered a torta cubana a while back and it had just carnitas on it that were rock hard so probably old or overcooked. Torta cubanas supposed to have leg and ham and a whole bunch of other stuff. Get one at elenitas. Prices are good. Maybe that’s what got me
