Where to Eat Near Barclays Center | Eater NY

"A standout in NYC’s expansive neighborhood slice joint landscape, Antonio’s has been around for over half a century, popping out some of the best slices not only in Park Slope. Go for the liberally garlic-spiked Grandma pie, topped with a generous shower of torn basil leaves and a sweet tomato sauce." - Eater Staff

I tried Antonio's for the first time. I had the plain pizza and I loved it!! The sauce was the way I like it, slightly sweet. Can't wait to try other things on the menu.

We ordered poppers, chicken fingers, a vegetable panini, an Italian hoagie and a gluten free pizza. We loved everything. The portions were generous.

Ordered again today, still so happy with the food and great prices. A hidden gem, dont miss out!! 2nd time ordering and no complaints. Was most shocked at the prices, so reasonable in a world everything has gone up so much.

Antonio's is great, I did take out. I ordered 3 meals and 3 sides. I got more than enough food to feed 5-6 people. The prices are fair, and I personally recommend the meat lasagna. Great fries, especially for take out. The whole cheese steak is enormous, and also very tasty. Spaghetti was ordered light on the sauce, and it was served light on the sauce. Overall, I really recommend Antonio's as a family dinner spot!

Not sure how old those other reviews are that I read, but unfortunately, I did not have the same positive experience. Bought 2 large hot subs. The eggplant was thick, chewy and had an unpleasant pungent taste-inedible. I wound up throwing out basically all but the few bites I tried to salvage from it. We also ordered a sausage parm sub. The sausage was cut into bite size pieces and the foil was tucked into the actual sub itself. When unwrapped, all the cheese stuck to the foil-and I mean all of it. I wish we had a more positive experience here, but I am being perfectly 100% honest. It felt like we opened the garbage can and threw $30 in it. :-( May, 2023

Yelp
Lady is an ass at the counter. Veggie pizza was horrendous. Full pieces of brocolli, globby cheese. Bonless wings are dry and disgusting looking. All they are capable of making is a cheese slice. Place also looks like ass inside. Go to nicolas, I only tried this bc I was tired of them, but never again. Peep my photos

Yelp
for the Eagles game on January 26, 2025. I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza mild. It tasted like there was vinegar on the pizza. I took it back. I settled for a cheese Pizza at $27 dollars. Both were horrible. This size large. I've never paid 2795 for a large . They must have sold this to someone years ago and I didn't know about it. Don't waste your money going here!

Yelp
The food is delicious. The portions are generous. They offer various appetizers, sandwiches and salads as well as Italian entrees.

Yelp
Food was cold when delivered, the driver was nice and respectful. The people are nice but the food is mid to low tier. Everything seemed rushed instead of making sure the order was ready.

Yelp
I have been driving past this pizza place for well over a year without stopping in to try their offerings. That is, until I got pregnant. I am embarrassed to admit that I have sent my husband out three times within the last five days to grab me a plain slice of pizza from antonio's. What I'm not embarrassed to admit is their pizza is amazingly delicious. Nothing fancy, just the classic neighborhood pizza we all grew up with. The slices of pizza are a great value. For $2(tax included) you get a giant slice of pizza with a very generous layer of cheese. The plain slices are the only thing I have tried here, but if they are indicative of the rest of the menu, you will not be disappointed!

Yelp
Best thin crust pizza in the Flemington area (I know it's a little far out, but sooooo worth the 15 minute drive)! They use fresh mushrooms vs the ones from the can!! So crunchy and flavorful!! Love i!!

Yelp
So , not a writer of reviews . And hey pizza was pretty good , but Saturday night we called in an order . The girl who took our order was almost rude taking our order . Never gave us a time or our name for delivery . Realizing this , I called her back and asked delivery time and said 30 minutes . We settled in to our movies spot, our cash tip in hand , a few feet from our front door with our two dogs with barking issues . 45 minutes later , no pizza . I called and was told there was no answer at our door and they Left the pizza on our front steps . Sure enough a stone cold pizza was on our steps . I could not believe that the delivery person did not try harder . Who does not call the phone or knock harder ?? We really wanted to tip ! So I called and the owners immediate response instead of , hey sorry that happened , was yelling at me saying he was busy with 44 orders . Truly I am a understanding customer , but no hey, sorry , bad night , would have gone a long way . I appreciate the delivery to ringoes but not worth the bad attitude and the cold pizza . I guess they don't need the business .

Yelp
This place is great. Ordered from Antonio's a few times. They are always willing to make an order to your liking. Tonight we ordered subs and a Stromboli. It's the Stromboli that propelled me to write because it was perfection. Crispy, filled with exactly how we ordered it. Veggies, garlic, light cheese, and anchovies....sublime! I can't wait to go back!

Yelp
Best pizza I have had since Rays closed its doors at 11th street/6th avenue, in 1982. Thick rich cheese. Very fair price (2.50 with sausage)

Yelp
I don't really write reviews but this place is so underrated. They recently opened a good two years ago and every Friday it's packed. Food is amazing and the pizza is something else here. The owner is very kind to the customers always trying his best to please them. His wife brings home made cookies and you can ask them to make specific ones. I come at least 3 times a week to eat here.

Yelp
My husband and I discovered this gem about 6 months ago. We were so happy to find a great pizza place that took less than 10 minutes to drive to. The pizza is always consistently great, staff friendly and the place is spotless
