I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this agency. I booked a property for my holiday well in advance, only to have it cancelled just a week before my scheduled arrival. This was already stressful, but the agency’s handling of the situation made it much worse. Instead of providing a suitable alternative, the agency disappeared for days, leaving me without any accommodation options and in a state of uncertainty. I was forced to find another apartment on my own, in a different area with different conditions, and at a significantly higher cost due to limited availability at the last minute. The lack of communication and support from the agency was unacceptable and added unnecessary stress to what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday. I strongly advise against booking with this agency, as their unreliability and poor customer service can severely impact your travel plans.

They have helped me with my last two one week stays in Los Cristianos. Both the apartments were equipped with everything I needed and plus the locations were fantastic. Also I had some requests that they easily sorted out for me. I would definitely use them again for future stays in Tenerife

Great service and friendly staff. Several languages spoken and they offer a good choice of accommodation to suit all budgets. Advance booking necessary during school holidays.

Excellent holiday lets and disabled friendly

Hemos estado tres personas en los apartamentos Azahara y aunque por fuera no tienen muy buena pinta la verdad es que los apartamentos estan muy bien. El nuestro tenia dos habitaciones , salon comedor y cocina, todo muy amplio y una estupenda terraza donde se puede comer etc.

Katastrophe! WASSER FUNKTIONIERT NICHT. Wenn man lange Haare hat, und man will sie Duschen muss man an strand gehen und dort waschen! In Torre de Sol funktioniert das wasser 0% !!! Man kann hier nichtmal schlafen, sie bohren da vor tür um 8:30 !! Man steht auf & man hat baustelle vor Türen!!! SO ETWAS HABE ICH NOCH NIE ERLEBT! Nie wieder.

Ci hanno cancellato una prenotazione fatta su Booking pochi giorni prima del soggiorno. Personale latitante, che non risponde mai e che sparisce per giorni e giorni senza fare assistenza. Assolutamente da evitare!
