Bought a jacket from here, the quality is amazing and also the design is impeccable, the way it was packaged is just really good customer service! The staff made me and my friend feel very welcomed and didn’t make us feel uncomfortable when browsing around for clothes. The young lad who served me was very polite and friendly, would be coming here again in the future for more jackets!

Best hand I ever bought

Long time fan and customer. Bought some black jeans, dye failed in 2 washes. Was told "that's what jeans do" despite this being the only time in 37 years i've had an issue with washing jeans. Staff were great, manager stonewalled. head office ignored. Stick with ACNE or AMI. Lovely products for the most part , but terrible customer service.

Perhaps a unique experience as a customer, the only one stuff staring at us angrily just like we did anything wrong once we got into the store. I felt that I got discriminated and that is the reason I never went that store and purchase the brand.

Four stars for clothing style and quality, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming, but the selection here is quite limited compared to the range on the website. Can be hard to find the piece you want.
