Adam Perry Lang Now Selling Year-Old Dry-Aged Steaks in Hollywood - Eater LA

"Adam Perry Lang’s namesake Hollywood steakhouse APL is doing something rather funky as of today: It’s selling year-old dry-aged bone-in New York strip steaks, easily the oldest steak cuts available anywhere in the city. Lang has built a standalone steak aging room in the basement of his restaurant, right underneath the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and now that the place has celebrated its first anniversary some of the choicest cuts are being put up for sale. The strip, which actually ages out to over a year old (around 380 days) won’t be cheap though; expect a $150 price tag. The steaks are available starting today until they run out." - Farley Elliott

A note of thanks to Elijah Dupie at APL Soho. He was extremely kind, helpful and understood my concerns about a recently purchased shoe. Elijah seamlessly facilitated my return. With this superb APL customer service and excellent assistance of Elijah and everyone else I encountered at the Soho store, I look forward to purchasing APL in the near future.

Huge shout out to APL for finally making its way to the east coast. I want to commend the manager named Elijah, he was very accommodating to me for I live in NJ and wanted a pair of sneakers in a size and style that they had in stock but not online and he had them shipped to my home address. It’s a bit hard to get into NYC for me but he made it work for me without even being there. Thanks Elijah and look forward to checking out the new location soon

Once you try them, the engineering science put in the foam and the membrane becomes strikingly tangible. The design of the shop is a contemporary masterpiece. So go and try them. The price is high but not as high as the quality in my opinion. The shoes feel like they will last long. The staff is respectful.

I was drawn into the store because of the beautiful fitout and walked in to look but ended up purchasing two pair of shoes thanks to the amazing customer service of Marley. A 5-star outstanding retail experience!

The shoes are comfortable but don't suggest buying for kids. They are fragile at the tip of the toes and already has holes in it 2 months after my son wore them. They said after 30 days then it's not under their warrantee.

Yelp
This new, recently opened shoe store is conveniently located right by the R/W trains. It's very spacious unlike any shoe shops I've seen in Soho or Manhattan in general. Design wise and choice of wall colors remind me from a mix of desserts and the inside of sand caves. Shoes have many different selections of styles and colors. Staff is nice and welcomes customers with a warm smile. There's a seating area to sit down and try on shoes comfortably. Additionally, there're several brightly-lit, various themed vanity rooms all the way in the back with a full body mirror in each of them. Price of shoes would range from approximately $150 to $300 (lowest to highest). I believe they accept both credit/debit card or cash but please correct me if I am wrong. The athletic shoes look like they're made out of really high quality and breathable material. Mhm I probably should start saving up a pair for my upcoming birthday. Maybe your significant other would love a new pair of shoes from here, what do you think?
