Ordered Thursday evening, arrived in perfect condition on Monday early afternoon with priority shipping, so I was able to get my first dosage. Shipping Cardboard box was damaged on one corner (Chinese recycled cardboard) but due to the internal cushioning all content arrived undamaged. I would suggest double corrugated cardboard rather than then single wall corrugated cardboard from questionable sources. Again thank you for the speedy execution of this order. I am so impressed. My order was shipped the day of and made it from Munich to Virginia, USA, within 5 days. The prices are reasonable, so is the shipping cost.

Got scammed . Ordered 2 big packs of electrolyte . Was meant to be shipped in 3 days time. They charged me shipping charges as well . It has been 4 weeks now and nothing has reached me. Also the person in charge Mr.Christian , refuses to take ownership. He said the company will take another 2 to 3 weeks to find out from the logistics company. Even after I told him I will not be at my present address after 2 weeks , he didn't seem to understand and infact is exchanging emails in a sarcastic manner . I feel harassed as a customer . I hope the owner of Apohealth gets an opportunity to read my review and can take appropriate action .

Apohealth has been my go-to company for some years for b12 ampoules and folic acid. This time, I allowed extra days for placing my order, before my stocks ran out, as it has been slower than expected in the past. But this time it was so delayed that my stock of b12 ran out. I contacted customer services and they replied very quickly but only to update me that Parcelforce are holding my order as I need to pay a customs charge. I've never had to pay this before and no explanation as to why was forthcoming from customer service, only the response that they did not know how many the additional charge was. After Googling, it transpires that my order this time had (only just) gone over the customs charge threshold of £135. The additional cost was £43.40. It would be useful if Apohealth could highlight this when you place the order. It was a lot easier to contact Parcelforce and pay the fee with them over the phone than trying to get information from customer services as to the delay! Parcelforce are delivering tomorrow but I'm hoping my b12 ampoules are still fit for purpose with the delays, as they need to be kept in a cool place. Summertime ordering is not ideal but essential to ensure I always have a good supply of my essential vitamin.

Appalling customer service!!!! I am based in the UK. Purchased some products from this company, they made an error with the paperwork and i have had to pay duties and taxes twice. I requested them to rectify the invoice, as per DHL's instructions but they never did and are now simply ignoring my emails. Beware!!!!!!

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I placed an order (Order #AH**9799) and paid for two supplements – Orthomol Tendo and Orthomol Mental – but only received one. I contacted customer service, and at first, they responded with a short apology, but after that, they completely disappeared. No update, no refund, no explanation – just silence. I feel let down and ignored. I would not recommend ordering from this company based on how poorly they handle issues and communication. *updating. I've got a refund by my order

Delivery was expected between 2-4 days, but I still don’t have it after 14 days and the company is not interested in solving the issue.
