The Apostrophe Bar at Caesars Palace

We spent several thousand dollars at the casino, and decided to get water before ordering any alcohol. The blonde bartender with the ponytail refused to serve me water and was extremely rude and condescending. Not sure if she profiled me in some way, but she had no problem serving my husband a few minutes later. Absolutely disgusting sexism from her, to behave like this with female patrons. Hope you’re ashamed, and definitely will not be coming back.

I went to Vegas for my 50th birthday and spent a lot of time at this bar, and it was because Brandon was the VERY BEST. He took amazing care of us, gave us great advice on things to do and ways to gamble, as it was our first time doing this also. No matter where I stay when I return, I will be back to this bar to see Brandon again.

Drinks are served in plastic cups. Caesar's is supposed to be a certified environment-friendly property, but I see plastic trash being generated everywhere -- from the buffet to the bars. Also, very difficult to get a cup of ice water at this bar, even when you have already purchased a few expensive drinks. They try their hardest to upsell you on an expensive tiny bottle of water.

Diego is the best bartender. Super cool and knowledgeable.

Great location in Caesar's Palace right in the middle of eateries like the Bacchanal Buffet, Payard Patisserie and Bistro, Beijing Noodle No. 9. Nice variety of liquor. Open bar area with seating and poker slots. Standing area around the bar. Of course there are a variety of cocktails that come with a pretty price.

Had such great service and conversation with Bartender Chris..definitely a lot more than I'd expect from a Hotel bar..I'll definitely come back during my stay here.

Outstanding, they know how to make an amazing Manhattan! A little gem in the middle of Caesar!

Dante was amazing. Definitely one of our favorite bartenders we had while in Vegas.. we were there for my daughter's 21st and was very surprised how bad alot of the service was (bartenders servers front desk) in Vegas considering how fricking expensive it is. I'm a restaurant manager and bartender so I know how frustrating the job can be but you have to treat your guest well if you want them to come back and recommend the place. And Dante definitely did that for us. You're awesome keep it up ..

Basic casino bar. Nothing special except that they advertise that they have alcoholic boba drinks. Malibu Pineapple: Malibu rum soaked tapioca with Malibu and pineapple juice. White Russian: Kahlua soaked tapioca with Absolut and milk. Been here 3 times and they have never had it. After the first time when we were told that "the cooks didn't make it today" I tried calling before coming again. First they don't transfer calls to any bars. Maybe that is standard, I've never tried calling a bar in a casino before. I was eventually transferred to the food and beverage manager who assured me that they have the alcoholic boba everyday and she doesn't know of them ever not having it. A few days later I go and surprise surprise they don't have it again. I had pretty much given up but decided to try one last time while on a happy hour crawl through Caesars. As usual they didn't have it but at least this time they told me that they no longer carry it. The bartender said no one ever ordered it so they discontinued it. I only saw it on Caesar's instagram account. Not sure how much it was advertised. Seems one of their cooler bars or restaurants would be a better place for this type of drink.

Natalie and Dante deliverd great service and great directions. Nice bar and great location for people watching and video poker.
