Google
Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Wait time when busy for Genius Bar less that 10 min when we were there. Casey @ the Genius Bar, helped us, and was walking around helping others without being prompted while we were waiting for some files to upload. Very helpful all around great experience.

Google
Robert at the King Street Apple location was beyond helpful in setting up my new iPhone. He welcomed me as soon as I walked into the store. Once I explained my iPhone issues, he seemed to genuinely care about resolving them and was able to help me within minutes. Thank you Robert!

Google
A white gentleman, unfortunately wearing a mask so I couldn't get a good look at his face, was very helpful in getting a last-minute gift for my mom without any issues! One of the many Christmas Eve miracles this year. Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas!

Google
The staff are very friendly and have been helpful. But be prepared to wait well over an hour after your scheduled appointment time to even see someone. This location overbooks their schedule like crazy every day, and every time that I’ve had to come here for an appointment, it’s usually a 2+ hour ordeal.

Google
Went to get my battery replaced - dropped it off and when I came back after 3 hours to pick it up, was told they couldn’t replace it because of water damage. That part was fine - but the guy said he wasn’t sure if the phone was still working after they took it apart and back together and if it wasn’t, not their problem since I signed stuff before. Also said it was my fault for not telling them if the phone had been exposed to water when THEY were the ones who forgot to ask. Extremely stupid policy that clearly doesn’t put the customer first.

Google
I had a pickup order and wanted to upgrade my phone and watch in the same visit. It was a very busy Friday afternoon but I felt well cared for my entire visit from 5 different team members. The pickup order and new watch were super quick and I could have been in and out of there had I backed up my phone. However, I was there for almost 3 hours as my old phone was having a slow time doing an iCloud backup or phone to phone transfer. They finally got me hooked up to Ethernet to make it go faster and that did the trick. That was my mistake, but team members were always checking on me to see how my progress was going and multitasking to help a number of people. Pro tip: if you are even thinking about getting a new phone make sure you run and complete at least a full iCloud backup before you even leave the house. Otherwise you could be there for hours.

Google
Wait time for the Genius Bar was over an hour even with an appointment. I felt very ignored and probably would've had to wait even longer if the person I came there with didn’t say something to one of the workers. We almost walked out. Don’t come here unless you absolutely have to.

Google
Robert, who says he’s is some kind of manager doesn’t really understand what “managing” is. I came there from Myrtle beach solely to get a battery for my 15 Pro installed. I made a reservation a week in advance (they had the knowledge of knowing I was coming in for a battery for a 15 PRO) I walk in and they say they’re out of batteries for my phone and it’ll take another 5 days. So then I’m introduced to Robert and his lack of management. I simply stated the facts and asked to be incentivized to return back with a 20% discount for the inconvenience and he refused not once but multiple times and that’s all I asked for. If he would have worked with me it’s possible I would have even been talked into a 17 AIR phone upgrade instead of a battery. Oh well! Hopefully he learns his lesson. Doubtful though. Never once did he even apologize for the inconvenience. Stubborn man he is.

Yelp
I visited the Apple Store this morning to 'service' my iPad. The whole process was, surprisingly, so easy. I set up the request for an appointment at the Genius Bar on line ... then, actually spoke with a person at the store on King Street to make an appointment on a date and time that worked for me. I typed up a list of questions. Matthew went through each one with knowledge and patience. I left feeling great. This experience was certainly worth the $6.00 it cost for parking.

Yelp
When circumstances brought me to this store, I had to make a reservation online for an appointment to pick up my item. Even so, I had to wait as they had only one person working this job, apparently. After my wait, my new device and trade-in were resolved with some efficiency. I hung around to fire the thing up, and this process was surprisingly slow, and the table I found free space at did not seem to have any chargers or outlets, which is strange. Someone was giving a presentation on how to do photography with phones, but no one was really listening, so I was rather glad that the noise cancellation on my airpods prevented me from having to listen to the actual noise in this store. Some people were trying out the Vision Pro or various other things, but I was surprised that it wasn't a bigger store with more selection and more people providing customer service, given the area that it serves. My conclusion is that the lack of competitive pressure on this company seems to have enabled some complacency with regards to customer service, but my device of course does what it's supposed to.

Yelp
Racist remarks from employees, horrible service and heard three employees talking about forming a union to ensure they get better treatment. This was the worst experience I have ever had. While talking to one of the employees I told him my experience and he said " you should try working here. It's a living hell." Do better apple.

Yelp
We walked in and were taken care of in about 10 minutes. Great customer service and was able to quickly diagnosis my issue with my ear pods.
google avatar

Yelp
Service horrible ! Spend a whole day in there. They sent to my wireless carrier when they could of initiated my cell phone there. Came back and the original reason My phone went to repair was not fixed. Extremely disappointed. This is like a pop up store instead of a true Apple Store. Totally disappointing and no comparison to the big city Apple Store. Finally the manager got involved and gave me another phone. want say new because there are still problems with this one too. Would give no stars if they would let me.

Yelp
I am thankful we have an Apple Store in Charleston. They are wonderful for picking up accessories and are available for phone issues and support. The building is easy to walk by if you are not looking closely. The employees are all wear matching tops which I like and make it easy in a sea of people to find help. As soon as I walk in the door, someone is greeting me and asking how they can help me. Pro- tip- they have a restroom in the back and it is really nice and clean!
google avatar

Opal D.

Yelp
Had to wait despite having appointment for right when the store opens, which makes absolutely no sense. They have a huge selection of accessories.

George F.

Yelp
Went to the store to buy both a new iphone and new iwatch. Was told to wait because they were short staffed. Waited and was finally introduced to an employee who could discuss the watch but not the phone. Huh? The phone lady never smiled and when I told her the aspect I liked on my present iwatch, she had no idea what I was talking about, so she wasn't sure if a new watch had that aspect. She suggested if the new watch didn't have what I wanted, I could return it. So overall the store is understaffed, sales staff with limited knowledge and no personality.

Yelp
Service has always been good at Apple, always a wide variety of options--nothing cheap. I went in for a specific phone and was told they were out, but I should call every couple days and check to see if they have it in stock. The first time I did, the woman told me it wasn't their priority to sell new ones, but to make sure the people who have already ordered receive theirs. It seemed odd t she didn't want to earn my money, too. I ordered it from calling Apple directly.

Kimily M.

Yelp
Absolutely the worst experience!!! The most rude & disrespectful employees from the lady that "is in charge of the watch table" to Jessie the manager. I feel sorry for the people in the Charleston area and thankful for locations in the Charlotte area who definitely appreciate their customers. If you need to purchase an Apple product in Charleston, DO NOT waste your time with this store. Shop on line!!
google avatar

Kent M.

Yelp
Always a 'best of' experience. Also this location which I have not been prior. Adding accessory thing today and wanted to return this area again during daylight. We had been very close just night before at a dinner spot. Beautiful old downtown area. All good here.

Yelp
Walked in and asked for an appointment to upgrade a phone. An attendant gave us an appointment then left. After a 5-10 minute wait (looked at products-so is was productive). Attendant brought us our phone and transferred the info and synced it up to our new watch. It was a no hassle experience.
google avatar

Brogan B.

Yelp
Be sure to make an appointment if you'll be waiting 3hrs. Be sure it's the right kind of appointment or they'll still make you wait 3 hours (with no sympathy to your honest mistake). Once had a 15 minute conversation trying to set up an appointment when the actual problem (when I came for said appointment) took 5 minutes to fix. My advice: do everything you possibly can to avoid going in person--online, over text, on the phone. Those services are much more timely and considerate. If you have the misfortune of needing to go in make an appointment (and maybe even cal to be sure it's the right appointment)

Yelp
How can a company as big and "smart" as Apple have such a poorly run store. I ordered something online and go to pick up at the store. After lingering in the front of the store for a few minutes to check-in(because I've been once before and that was the deal), with people and employees milling all around me, I start to question whether I need to check in, am I in the right spot, do I go to the back counter, grab someone???? But then I see a bright sign that says order pickup. Ding Ding! So I go stand by that sign, still no help. I finally flag down an employee walking by who tells me I need to go check in. Back to the front of the store I go, again just standing in the front by the doors, just waiting for someone to come by and help. Finally I get checked in and told to go BACK to the order pick up sign. With ALL the signage in that store, how hard is it to put up a designated CHECK IN sign at the front so there is no guessing involved. Come on! Not every person spends their time at the Apple store and we don't all intuitively know the checkin process. Even the order pickup instructions said nothing about checking in. Stop acting like everyone knows your deal and be customer service forward. Throw a "we'll be right with you" out there every now and then and acknowledge us if you are too busy checking in someone else.

Yelp
Had an issue with my account and Mason helped me fix it in a matter of no time at all! Give this man a raise!

Yelp
This place is crazy busy at all times. Even with an appt you will be here for at least 30 mins. Don't be in a hurry because everyone in Charleston is here for this Apple thingy. I of course am an Apple fan myself and will wait to get my Apple device working.

Yelp
Was needed to replace a battery on my older iPhone. The guy told me right away it is not worth it (for who?). Then the customer service nightmare had begun. I was also thinking to buy an iPad in store. Apparently, they didn't have these in stock. It took several reps to check with me. Overall, we left after useless 45 minutes spent at the store. I placed my order online after all with less stress and attitude. I won't recommend a store to anyone unless you don't care. I can shop online and a battery replacement occurred in different place. I hate negative reviews but a store and its employees are totally deserved it. You do know how to make people feel bad by giving them commands like kindergarten teachers and sticking the nose to those older than 35. Totally pathetic.

Connie S.

Yelp
Wow! Wow! Wow! I have paid for apple care forever and went in with a minor cracked back and had an appointment. They said the part wasn't in stock so had to order it and would notify me when it arrived and I wouldn't need another appointment... just come in. Was told it would take 45 minutes so I left my phone... came back and told by a snooty employee it would take 45 MORE MINUTES...so left again and returned in 45 minutes... still not ready...asked to speak with manager. She returned and said to wait... representative came out and asked what type of SIM card I had, I had no idea as that was never asked or addressed, I just gave them phone.... He treated us like idiots and was very condenscending! We told him that we just wanted phone fixed. His attitude upset us so much and he was a complete A...hole! Asked for manager Jesé and she immediately defended her rude employee and asked my partner to leave and then proceeded to take my payment without showing me how to restore my phone. I asked for her help several times and she finally asked me to leave the store without showing me that my phone was restored and working. Another manager came by and said she saw everything with the initial employee which was a complete lie. I was shocked how they treated us! I was shocked that I waited so long, was treated with total disrespect, and that she called the security guard and threatened us and took my money before services were rendered. Beware Apple users, this store is sub-par and a total rip- 0ff!!! Customer service does not

Yelp
Order your stuff online no one in this store cares about you or your business. Another example of a business that feels like you need them more than they need you. Buy your stuff on line and avoid feeling like these jack wagons are doing you a favor buy coming to work. See you at the going out of business sale.

Yelp
This is the worst apple store to ever exist. I had an appointment to fix a broken screen- employee did the diagnostic and said my phone was approved to be repaired and that it would take an hour for repair. I come back an hour later and my phone is "ready" but then was told that they couldn't actually fix it bc my phone was missing a screw and is out of warranty. First of all I was paying out of pocket and did not state I have a warranty and second of all the screw was not missing but was striped by the employee trying to fix my phone. The image they showed me did not resemble the phone in my hand at all...when I asked a manager what the solution would be he just stared at me and said they would not be fixing my phone. This store is terrible and I do not recommend. I also overheard the floor managers speaking poorly about customers.
google avatar

Erika W.

Yelp
My daughter's iPhone 8 plus got the "white screen of death". We looked up all the ways to fix it or reset it at home but no luck. Carter was super helpful and I learned that had I just plugged the phone in while holding the power button down, I would not have needed to make the trek downtown to reset her phone. Lesson learned bc this will inevitably happen again the next time there is some huge update. Reason #456 why I don't have a $1200 phone. But that's irrelevant lol great customer service and got us out of there quickly.

Todd R.

Yelp
Genius bar guy fixed my phone issue in 5 minutes. The rep on the 800 number couldn't get diagnostics but made me an appointment for later in the day. Went from thinking my iPhone 12 was trashed to all set!

J L.

Yelp
My laptop, which I have only had about 3 years, started showing lines across the screen. I brought it into the store, where they told me it was a cable shortage, "caused by old age", and about a $500 fix. I was frustrated by the reasoning being it "comes with age", as this laptop is only 3-3.5 years old, and the cost to fix it is a third of what I paid for it. After Googling, I see that this cable shortage issue is very common the last 2-3 years in my exact type of computer. My entire job (an educator, at that) is based off of this laptop and I currently am working with a screen full of glitched lines and transparent Internet pages, but am being forced to pay $500 on a product I've only had a few years and have taken great care of, and is known to have problems. Apple Support left me with a "So sorry that happened! I hope you can get it repaited!" ending.
google avatar

Marisa B.

Yelp
I very sadly shattered my phone this past week. Thought I would see what the Apple store could do. After discussing my options, I decided it made more sense to buy a new phone then pay ~$300 to repair my old one. They added me to a queue to be helped by a "buying specialist," which was about a 10 minute wait. The first staff member who came over to help me was snapping their gum and very uninterested in offering any assistance but we approached another staff member--Jeremy--and he was knowledgable, patient, and helpful! He walked me through all my options and gave me his honest opinions and helped me make a decision based on what I was going to be using the phone for. We ran into a snag trying to activate the new phone but again Jeremy was patient and made sure everything was in order. Joe was also helpful when it came to setting up my new phone!

Randy J.

Yelp
After caring an appointment, I have waited an hour, watching many employees having conversations, while people stare at them waiting. This is poorly done.
google avatar

Chi S.

Yelp
My Clemson freshman son went there yesterday. He was treated rudely by the worker and the manager. Does the staff need customer service training or racial sensitivity training?
google avatar

Marty S.

Yelp
My bride, son & went to see the Geniuses today and came away with some excellent deals! Giovanna took great care of us and we were very impressed once more. Not just the place but the people! What a special day. Thank you Giovanna! You're an ALL-STAR!!!

John C.

Yelp
After many years I finally decided to treat myself to an Apple Watch. I drove 3 hours from North Carolina to the Charleston SC Apple store today. When I got there all the employees were standing inside looking out the window and 3 security personnel were out front telling people they were closed for "safety" reasons. There was no further explanation. I actually hate my Apple products and now don't have to worry about spending money on an Apple Watch. Really pissed I wasted 6 hours driving and all the gas.

M W.

Yelp
I tried to go in and buy a laptop, I knew the exact one I wanted. The man said I can't sell it to you unless you make an appointment and we don't have any more today. I said I know the exact one and don't have any questions I can pay you with a credit card or Apple Pay on my phone. He said ok and left them came back and said his manager wouldn't let him??? Only ordering online from now on, that's just crazy!

Yelp
Our new Mac had some issues and we brought it for a genius appointment with Lou. We are very satisfied with his assistance and willingness to help.

Yelp
This store repeatedly treats people with disrespectfully. Here's the thing, this is a College town. You are probably going to have people children in the store. I have worked in luxury service/sales for 15 years. There is a level of discrimination that is very off brand for Apple. I wish I could explain how rude this lady has been to both of my children when they needed help but I just can't type that much. She is a limited thinker and could not help a person snd think of a solution- again, not on brand for Apple. CUSTOMER SERVICE is really what keeps customers and loyalty. I was not at all myself and kinda lost it but I had had it. Wish they would train their employees better and teach them to problem solve. It was pretty easy.... Ask the child if their parent is nearby or on their way, and say "here's what we can do, when your parent gets here we can figure something out".

Chris H.

Yelp
Stepped in tonight and Mr. Dell was absolutely awesome!!! Really enjoyed his depth of knowledge, charisma, and willingness to help us with both purchasing a couple accessories and work through a trade in! Apple, this guy is doing it right!

Emma T.

Yelp
This place sucks ass. I would rather smash my computer into the concrete versus ever having to go back there again. The second I walked in there I felt the negative energy. Need I say more?
google avatar

Jim F.

Yelp
Terrible customer service. Impossible to get anyone local on the phone. I'm trying to purchase a new laptop and have been on the phone for 27 minutes on hold waiting to talk with a sales person who can answer basic questions. I'm about to hang up and go back to Dell! If service from Apple is this bad when I'm trying to give them my business I can only imagine what it will be like down the road when I have a problem! For what they charge for their systems and services one would think they'd be better suited to entertain questions. Done!
google avatar

Melissa G.

Yelp
It is the only Apple store in Charleston, so its not like we have many options, so it is typically packed. I visited the genious bar with a reservation previously made online and I still had to wait 10-15 minutes to talk to the technician. I went to replace my Iphone's battery and was told that "ALAS, they did not have batteries but that they would call me as soon as they got them, like within a week".. I have yet to hear the call back :( I think they need to plan their inventory better and give people actual estimates instead of having us wait for a phone call forever..

Michael P.

Yelp
Here we go again; customer no service at its finest. We had an appoint to trade out the an I phone they were 45 minutes late for appointment. Very sad. I guess their time is more valuable than mine. If we did not need the phone we would have left. Phoebe the manager was as indifferent as one could be.

Yelp
The only Apple store in town- prime location right on King St! As it is located in the middle of downtown, the parking situation can be a little dicey. There are some lots not too far away, and of course, the meters on the street. I was lucky to snag a metered spot in my last trip- $1.00 per hour...ouch. The store itself is beautiful. It is a visual smorgasboard with color coordinated products that would please even the most OCD shopper! There is always at least one person stationed near the door to help guide you where you need to be. During the busier shifts, they have someone zoned at each table to help you get what you need. I came in for a battery replacement. I had called into customer service, and it took about a week and a half for my battery to arrive, which I thought was very fast! They call you when your battery is available, and let me know that I had a 1 week window to come in to get it replaced. I stopped in on a Sunday to check in. It took about 35 minutes before anyone came to grab my phone, at which point I was told there would be a three hour wait, but due to their closing time, would need to come back at noon the next day. I was a bit frustrated-- as I had technically come in with enough time for the "three hour wait", but was waiting for someone from service to come out. There were several other people waiting with me (the store was PACKED). Definitely needed more people running product to and from the genius bar. One girl was just waiting for a phone she had ordered! Service was better, but still slow, the next day when I picked up. I had mentioned a recall issue with my phone to the person on Sunday when dropping off, but it was not noted anywhere and the gentleman helping me with pickup was unaware of the issue. Overall, the staff is helpful and knowledgeable here. Just be prepared to WAIT (and wait and wait) if you are doing anything with the genius bar.

Yelp
I bought the Mac Book Pro in 2018. In 2020 the display malfunctioned. The very smooth talking "consultant" at the apple store said the display had to be replaced for $500. I paid Apple $500 to replace the display. Now, in 2022 the replaced display has malfunctioned in exactly the same way. What are the chances that a new display would malfunction within 2 years in exactly the same manner. I am sure they just "patched" up the old display or sold me someone else's reconditioned display. I just started looking for a new laptop and I could kick myself for buying overpriced junk from apple. Apple products are way overpriced and of inferior quality. I will never buy another Apple product and neither should you!

August M.

Yelp
My visit to the Apple Store was impeccable!! The staff were very knowledgeable and worked fluently. The problem with my iPhone was solved. Kudos to the employees of the Apple Store in Charleston, SC. store. The team all know their stuff and were very personable. Thanks!!

Tom K.

Yelp
Made an appointment to purchase a new iphone. Sales rep took me through the transfer process between old phone and new phone. Last step was payment. Asked to receive military discount (heavily advertised by Apple). Was told they could not do that at the store level. In order to get discount, I must purchase on line. meanwhile old phone has been disabled. Was told to go to Verizon To reactivate. Total waste of time.. Happy Veterans Day, Apple

Yelp
I just entered the new world of the iPhone. Yes, I still had the old flip phone! I was greeted by a young girl that could not have been more accommodating. She did not laugh at my flip, thank you. Anyway, very knowledgable, good customer relations. I told her I wanted a basic phone, as well as my needs, well she took me to the exact phone I needed right way. Showed me what I needed to know, gave me better pricing then I already had! Great or what? I walked away with a new operating phone that was perfect for me. I was also offered free classes, if I needed the help. What a great experience. Frank G

Yelp
Love this store! It isn't huge, but the people are helpful, very knowledgeable, and willing to teach me how to put pictures into files. There are always new products to explore and even try out and it's perfectly located within walking distance of the cruise port.

Yelp
I ordered my new MacBook Air online and chose the option to do express pickup at this location. I was so pleased that not only did they have appointments open for the entire next day but they even had them for the night of. Due to COVID-19 you have to visit this store by appointment only. But don't worry there's a few employees outside who can usually assist you if you have a question. I had gotten the new iPhone a few weeks ago and needed to back it up there because my wifi in my dorm room is horrible. The lady working outside helped me get everything set up and let me stand outside the store for almost 2 hours getting everything complete. She made sure to keep checking up on me as well. When I arrived it only took about 5-10 minutes to get me inside and revive my product. Also due to the limited amount of people allowed in the store at once. But, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The guards at the doors also open and close them for you which I just thought was a nice touch. Definitely schedule an appointment and visit this location, they are awesome.

Yelp
It's definitely a retail store but it's a different breed of retail. For issues I've had with my phone I've always made appointments instead of just stopping by. I've never had any issues going that route and I'd recommend making one if at all possible because they are always incredibly busy. The easiest way is to do this online through their genius bar appointment service. Their phones are generally extremely busy. I've always been met with excellent customer service and I've never waited for more than a few minutes for a staff member to come out and talk to me about my issue and help me troubleshoot things. Save yourself some trouble and update the software to the latest version and do an iCloud backup before you stop in if you're able. They'll do this for you in the store but it's much easier if you do it ahead of time.

Yelp
We had an appointment on Sunday, the 26th, at 11:15am. When my husband and I walked in the store at 11:15, we were asked what we needed. We explained we wanted to upgrade my husband's phone. They then directed us to a line. I tried to tell two people in that store that we had an appointment. No one would listen. So we are in line, and they take the couple behind us to wait on them. We asked why and was told they would take as long as we would. Needless to say, this escalated to yelling and screaming by both the salesperson and my husband. She walked away and a manager came over and proceeded to work with us. I told her we had an appointment, and she finally found that on her iPad. Told us that a salesperson would be with us shortly. This did happen within 5 minutes. As we were walking with this person, another manager came up to us. She told us that the person we argued with said my husband told her "FU" and we needed to leave the store! He never said that to her and I asked the manager if she was going to listen to our side of the story. She kept repeating, "you can do your exchange online, but you need to leave the store." She actually had a security person escort us out of the store. As we were leaving, the person with whom we had the argument, winked at my husband! As if to say, I got you!! Needless to say, we will be trading our iPhones in on another brand as soon as possible. I cannot believe management will not even listen to the customer's side of an argument. There is no customer service left in this world.

Yelp
Went in just to look but the customer service at an apple store will always far exceed your expectations. Yes they have a lot of employees but with the constant in flow of customers it's to be expected so they can provide the one on one personal service! Knocked it out of parks d learned so much more than I knew even being an iPhone user for years! Will making my next purchase here! No more service providers purchase for my I products!!

Yelp
This store is just an organizational disaster. Lots & lots of customers, no matter the time of day. Why do we need an appointment to buy a product. You go in the store and you have to wait for one of those douchebags with iPads to assist you. Don't get me wrong they are lovely people but jeez, it's a nightmare in here. Expect to spend at least an hour for what should take ten minutes. Then those folk with the iPads, apparently, they are the store employees walking around heads down tap tap tapping. No name badge, no uniform or large logo on their clothes so idiots like me are approaching customers asking for assistance with Apple products. Do you feel my frustration?! Then you have the little old people, over 70 wandering around clueless just like me, all the while the douchebags are either chit chatting with each other or tap tap tapping. Dang... I feel better now!!

Yelp
I am an Apple Expert in Los Angeles, I was on vacation in Savanah GA when my iPhone X fell into water and stopped working despite Apple claiming it to be water resistant. The closest Apple store was a 2 hour drive to Charleston SC. Before making the drive I called and spoke with the Manager of this location to ensure my long drive wouldn't be a waste of time. The manager told me if I came in they would 100% be able to get me a new phone, all I had to do was pay the accidental damage replacement fee. I already expected to pay the hefty $500 replacement fee for the iPhone X, so I made the 2 hour drive. Once getting to the Apple store, the genius opened up the phone and confirmed the water damage. He then said it would be $540 to replace it. I was ready to pay because I needed a working phone desperately. The employee then said "hey sorry we are all out of stock." 4 Hours of driving wasted. Horrible experience. Zero Stars. Plus the front door lady checking people in was very rude.

Yelp
This is the third time I've been here; second time with an appointment at the Genius Bar. I came in because the sound on my wife's phone was low and crackly. I tried all the software fixes I could at home but with no improvement I made an appointment at this location. My appointment was for 4:35 and I arrived and checked in at 4:20. My "Genius" came over to assist me at 4:30. He (I forget his name, it was something like Jeron... I can't remember exactly) ran a diagnostic test and quickly determined that it was a hardware issue. Seeing as the phone was under a year old it was still under a limited warranty. He replaced the phone with no charge. I walked out of the door at 4:50. All of the staff I encountered were polite and professional. Very quick and painless visit.
