It’s Apple shop. Nice architecture in a classical building, but often very crowded and not so comfortable. Tables with products look a bit dull and not stylish, very basic. Pretend to look good, minimalistic, but without much taste. Tech support is great as always btw. I have good feelings about this place, but they are also mixed because of crowds and not efficient space usage.

Told me I was late for an appointment when I was 5 minutes early (arrived and waited from 16:35, appointment at 16:40) then said that my device was full of water and they wouldn’t repair it (I had a look and couldn’t see any as it hasn’t been near water). After this said they would give me full trade in price for it if I traded it in for a new iPhone 16. Completely dismissed me to sell a newer product.

I went to service my phone 12 mini and macbook air and everyone was more than kind and nice. Repairs are pricey but with such great help it wasn't an issue! And it all took less than 2 hours to have two batteries changed. Michael at the door was such a babe! haha :D

Disappointed to see Apple using software to block cameras repaired by independent shops, even when genuine parts are used. This practice limits consumer choice and forces higher costs through Apple-only repair.

I didn’t expect to leave that place feeling hurt, but I did. The person in charge knew I spoke English—and he spoke it too—but he chose to ignore that and kept talking to me in German. It wasn’t just a language barrier; it felt like he was deliberately trying to make me feel small or unwelcome. The way he acted gave me the impression that he saw himself as somehow above me. That really stung. I kept wondering: how can someone with such an attitude work at Apple, a company that claims to value inclusion and respect? It left me feeling invisible, and honestly, disrespected.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Apple. During a simple battery replacement, the technician accidentally broke my mute button. While they offered to fix it for free, they didn't replace the battery as initially promised, so I had to wait another week for the part to arrive and return to the store again. What’s worse — they never informed me that all my app authorizations would be wiped after the repair. I was reassured that everything would be fine since I had a backup, but that turned out to be false. While the apps themselves were restored, none of my logins or authorizations were preserved. As a result, I lost access to several critical banking apps, which in Germany can only be reactivated via physical mail — a process that takes days. This entire situation was caused solely by their mistake, yet I received no real support or assistance in restoring my phone or accounts. I wasted my entire Friday evening and part of my weekend dealing with the fallout of their poor service. For a brand like Apple, this is unacceptable.

After several visits for different products and services it is clear to me that the staff is much more attentive when you make an appointment in advance. When we went to buy a product, everything was extremely rushed and we felt like we were overloading the system by making a purchase even when we only went for the purchase, with a clear decision. The overall customer experience is not ideal.

There was a moment when there were long lines, and only one employee was managing the crowd. Another employee arrived later to help, although it seemed that this could have been done earlier I wasn’t in a rush and was browsing the store for about 30 minutes, and eventually, the line got shorter. It didn’t matter much to me, but if I had been in a hurry, it would have been unpleasant. The overall experience with the staff was good and pleasant. I interacted with 3-4 employees, and in all cases, I would say that the service was good and friendly The purchase of the iPhone went smoothly. Afterward, I came in for a pre-scheduled appointment (as an employee told me that for my issue with the earbud, I needed to make an appointment through the app). I needed to replace the earbud due to a noise-canceling issue. After checking and discussing, they replaced the earbud under warranty. Overall, I waited about 30-40 minutes for this, which was fine, especially considering that the employee apologized for the wait
