Applebee’s Grill + Bar

Over the last couple weeks we have noticed service and quality of food has went downhill dramatically. Over 25 minutes waiting for food which came out cold. Spent our entire dinner listening to the hostesses about they're boss. With their High rate of turnover wife and I have decided we will wait a couple weeks maybe they will have better staff or management. I wish I could post a picture of the nacho chips with rancid Grease could not remove the stench from my hands even after washing.

Unfortunately this place is doing poorly. The service is terrible and the food is dry and tasteless. The pictures speak volumes.

The staff was friendly and the place was clean and inviting. I purchased the steak quesadillas for an appetizer. It was a good portion (compared to other steak restaurants) but it had several gristle pieces. So the appetizer tasted good but needs a little Improvement. For the entree I purchased the 8 oz sirloin (medium-well) with steamed broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes. I was highly disappointed with the steak because of its toughness. It was very very very tough. A $15 steak and it was too tough for me to even finish eating it all. Service was lacking as well. There is only about 5 other tables and I was the only one in my area of the restaurant. Yet I didn't get my appetizer until my drink was completely gone. I didn't get silverware or napkins until the appetizer was completely eaten and my drink was empty again. However, I began my ordering only a few minutes before the end of Happy-Hour and when my check came he was kind enough to still grant me Happy Hour 50% off appetizers. That was kind.

This was the worst experience ever. Upon arriving to have dinner with my family everything seemed fine. The waitress took our order and brought out silverware and drinks. It was 15 min into our meal that we were told that there was issues with the pop. Np other information than that was provided to us. Then 30 min later after asking where our food was we were told that there was water issues as well as no pop. At no time had a manager ever presented themselves to apologize. The waitress was extremely apologetic and brought out water

Worst experience at an Applebee's ever. Overpriced, food horrible. The only pleasant thing about the whole meal was the server, Tracy, and she took my water glass half way through the meal and never replaced it. Needless to say I was rather parched. One appetizer brought out before the other, then two meals served before the third. 20 before the third. Slaw was just shredded cabbage. No kids menus even offered, although I had two with me. Will not recommend to anyone, nor will I ever revisit this location.

We stood at the entrance for a few minutes and nobody said 'hello' OR 'we will be right with'. Workers were just going about what they were doing and ignored us. Waited over an hour for the food. Server was nice but dissapointed in the wait time. One of our party's chicken was burnt. My food did not taste good.

I agree with the others. Food wasn't great daughter ordered the ribs, you could tell by looking at them that they overcooked and dry. The other half ordered a sangria the first came out slow and the second one was ordered maybe 5 mins after food order and she finished her meal then had to order soft drink because it never came. They were not busy at all. Waitress was nice that's about it.

Every time, I mean every time we have visited there has been issues with our order. Mostly food quality issues, some service. Our family refuses to go back. Make us sick to our stomach. From rotten shrimp, to raw food, to missing components or completely wrong dishes to waitresses who don't take the time to focus and do their job, or tell you about their personal drama that makes you super uncomfortable. Not recommended.
