I recently dined at Applebee's, and I was thoroughly impressed. In a world where eating out often comes with a hefty price tag, Applebee's offers fantastic value for your money. The portions are generous, and the food is consistently delicious. The restaurant itself is spotless, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Our waitress, Ashley, made the experience even better—she was incredibly attentive without being overbearing, ensuring we had everything we needed. It's not often you find such great service paired with tasty meals at a reasonable price. If you're looking for a place that offers both quality and value, Applebee's definitely checks all the boxes. Highly recommended

Jessi and Natalie were amazing… excellent customer service. They were both professional, friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Jessi was very attentive to us. We did not feel rushed. Great job to both girls! We will definitely return to this location and hopefully be lucky enough to interact with these amazing ladies again.🩷🩷

The service was amazing. The waitress was honestly on top of things, asking all the correct details, the way she connected with my daughter in similar interests, just took her customer service to an entirely new level. Also, the manager Maria, was amazing as well. The way she checked in on our table, and made sure everything was taken care of. That type of customer service from both the waitress and the manager, is not something you see these days. But, I'm glad I got lucky to see it. This was at the Applebee's in Eastvale off of the 15 freeway and Limonite.

Conveniently located near the 15 FWY off Limonite Ave. exit in the Target Shopping center with plenty of parking. I met my friend here for happy hour (3-6pm) for appetizers and drinks, everything tasted delicious. The restaurant is clean and organized. Service was efficient and welcoming. Shout out to our server Miguel who was extremely attentive, making sure we were good the entire time and didn't rush us at all. Overall, we had an amazing experience at this Applebee's and will definitely return.

Food was good Hostess was extremely attentive. Here today at 12:30 to 1:15pm with my husband and daughter we live in Los Angeles South Bay. We dont have an Applebees close by. However here the food was delicious and service very attentive! Nice to have good service every blue moon!🫶🏼

Nathaniel the manager greeted us from the moment we arrived. He opened the door and sat us. I watched him assist the servers with running the food . He came to our table to check on us. There was a discrepancy on an item and he took care of it. And I made the mistake. Here’s to going above and beyond. Great manager interaction. Coming from a retired General Manager of restaurants he exceeded our expectations. I come here for the happy hour. Jen the bartender is very personable and accurate. We just love her now I have a new friend Nathaniel. Love Apple Bee’s in Eastvale!!

All of the hostees were very friendly and polite. Our waiters were very fast and attentive. Never had to ask for a drink refill she was on it before we got to ask. Great experience. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.

My Bestie Austy and I checked in yesterday for a Happy Hour Treat and had a lovely time thanks to the wonderful Team Service of the Applebees Staff! Austy was craving a Root Beer Float to satisfy his Manchild Palette cravings so I suggested we chillax at Applebees to unwind together on a chic comfy booth where I could also cool off with a fresh and fun Strawberry Sundae ;0) Karla was our Hostess and we loved her warm and friendly first point of contact vibes! Karla listened respectfully to my special request to sit with either Viviana or Leo's section and reassured us that a table will be available in a few minutes. Karla cleared us a lovely window table and gave us lots of clean and attractive Menus to see the latest Seasonal Specials to enjoy! Austy and I followed through with our original sweet tooth cravings and I ordered a Chicken Tortilla Soup too! Vivi was wonderful in taking our orders quickly and serving our drinks and dessert with quality presentation and high caring enthusiasm! I was worried about Austy losing his appetite recently but watching him happily finish his Root Beer Float thoroughly made me relieved that Applebees was helping him decompress effectively with gourmet food and friendship ;0) Albert, Leo, Kyla, and Jocelyn all stopped by and added positive and fun vibes to our experience as well as we chopped up the latest Fantastic Four Flick and brainstormed how to flirt effectively with Hipsters haha! We also love how hard Applebees is advocating for Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation! The Manager on Duty Kristi walked over and communicated the Restaurant's personal target fundraising goal and kept us in the loop of all the Guests pouring in generous donations ;0) The Decor in the Restaurant rallying support for Alex's Lemonade Stand is so romantically charming and inviting too! I definitely recommend you stop by with Family, Friends, and especially kids to show them the beauty of the Foundation's Mission to fund Cancer research and help Families with kids with Cancer in loving and supportive ways. Applebees is currently offering $5 back for every $5 each guest donates so it's a Fabulous Win Win Fiesta for everyone!!!

Lisa was our server today and her customer service was awesome! She was very attentive, friendly and recommended a new dish for me that I really loved! We hope to have her as our server again next time

This is my favorite Applebee's so far Even when is really crowded you get table quick and the service is great. I really recommend this place. And don't miss the happy hour. Kids friendly Clean Good price Best wings ever (buffalo extra spicy)

Came on Wednesday 28 may 2018 Food is excellent. I really like the chicken boneless wing and tacos. The beef is good also. The smash potato is pretty good but not that good since my first tried. Service is friendly.

After watching the video of the rat falling from the ceiling and landing on the people's food at this location, I'm done. Health report mentioned they had issues with pest June 2025.. Ewww.

DO NOT GO HERE. Absolutely disgusting. I ordered boneless wings and was served one that was completely raw in the center -- cold, pink, and clearly undercooked. Serving raw chicken is not just gross -- it's dangerous. It shows a complete lack of attention to food safety and basic kitchen standards. I will never return, and I strongly suggest others avoid this location unless you want to gamble with food poisoning. This place should be shut down!!!!

At first, we were hesitant to come to this restaurant because of its poor rating on Yelp, but since other restaurants were already closed, we decided to give it a try. The service was very good and friendly, although the wait time for food was quite long, and at times the servers were busy as they were attending to multiple tables at once. There was no dish that particularly impressed us, but due to the excellent service from Albert, we will definitely come back to try other dishes. The ambiance was very chill and nice. Happy Hours 9pm-close!!

I used to come to this Applebees and enjoyed the food but this last time was not the best. I ordered bbq wings and they just made my stomach hurt. I then saw a tik tok of a rat falling from the ceiling at this location so I will for sure not return.

Eastvale Location...Service is trash! No one is ever around even on a slow night! Found hair in my food halfway through the meal. Gave this Applebees another try and unfortunately was let down! & now there's video/word of an infestation at this location. No thank you!

Service sucks here. Came here on a non busy night and the waitress barely had any tables. Took forever for food to come out and the waitress didn't follow up on anything. Didn't check on us when we needed. No eye contacts, nothing . Will not be back.

When we got here we were greeted by LILY who was very friendly,welcoming and nice. She helped us get a booth in the bar area, where my daughter loves to sit, when the other hostesses were trying to seat us in the restaurant side after specifically asking for the ( we didn't mind a wait). Then our waitress Astrid was fantastic she was so helpful in getting g our daughters meal out as fast as possible so us parents could enjoy a nice dinner ! It was a very fun outing and the staff made it that way! Thank you

Came for dinner, the restaurant was pretty empty (everyone was probably at the new Olive Garden down the street lol...we went there first but the wait was an hour and a half) and we were seated promptly. We had the crispy cheese bites as an appetizer to share, they were tasty. They are basically like cheese curds but they were bits of mozzerella cheese instead of cheddar, it was served with a side of firecracker Mayo for dipping. Personally, it would have been better with ranch, the firecracker Mayo needed...FIRE or something, it just tasted like ketchup mixed with Mayo. After looking at the menu again, I realized we were supposed to get buttermilk ranch too!!! Grr...For my entree I opted for the Impossible cheeseburger. The burger consisted of an impossible patty, lettuce, 2 slivers of red onion, one slice of tomato, 3 pickles, and a piece of American cheese, all on a brioche bun, served with a side of French fries. The burger was great, my only complaint would be how thin the impossible patty was..the tomato slice was thicker than the burger patty! Also the burger didn't come with any mayonnaise or sauce but that's where the firecracker Mayo came in clutch and saved the day! Hahaha Service was ok, our server was friendly and attentive checking on us frequently and filling our beverages as needed.

Julio Sanchez perfect example Manager who Makes Sure your dinning experience is one that you will enjoy! Had a miscommunication on my wife's dinner and he immediately apologized for the mixup and reassured us that he would correct the mistake! We Love this Applebees and are always satisfied with the Service! His Staff Speaks Highly of Him and are dead on as we noticed when we walked in how engaged he was with his staff at making sure all was well with everyone's experience there! Top notch Service! Our waitress was Jessica and was wonderful from the start!

Pros: Good service Fast seating Affordable Idk why this place gets bad ratings. It's really good and you get full while your wallet stays full. I come here often for the 2 for 25$/30$. I recommend the Bourbon chicken and pastas. I also like the southwest chicken bowl. My kids love the mozzarella sticks and cheeseburger meals for 7$ All you can eat boneless chicken is also good for 13$. I like garlic parm and the honey pepper Shoutout to George the server, super nice and fast with awesome service and attitude.

8/8/2024 around 4:30 am Ordered food and a ice cream Sundae. The lady gave me my order with no Sundae. I asked for my Sundae and she acted like i was bothering her. She said "oh you still want that"? Ummmm yes I ordered it. I work very hard. Just like she does. If she cant handle the shift then maybe she should work days or not work with customers

Terrible manager. Terrible food. People in the to go area are rude and could use some guidance on what customer service means. They aren't entitled to having a customer service job. You need customers who are willing to go to Applebees BEFORE you can be rude to them. Not like the food is good enough to keep people coming back for that alone. I would rather have chilis but applebees hasn't gone out of business yet surprisingly

Great experience at this location tonight! Nick took great care of us, was friendly, timely and communicative. Food was spot on tonight, We had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp. Nice and quiet environment inside tonight, even though it was Monday night football. Will be back again, thanks Nick!

Came here to have dinner with friends. We arrived at 4:30 pm and was able to also enjoy their happy hour which is from 3 pm to 6 pm and then 9 pm to closing. I've made several attempts to have dinner at this location with family in the past and never can get in because the wait is always so long. Coming this time at 4:30 pm was perfect. We ordered the 2/$30 entree that comes with a appetizer. My husband and I both ordered the same entree which was chicken and shrimp w/ sautéed onions and mash potatoes and spinach and artichoke dip for our side salad. The chips that comes with the artichoke dip was just ok. It's definitely not one that they make in their restaurants and you can tell it's store bought. Our entree was good. It was tasty and glad that the chicken was not dry. We ordered Pina Colada's to go with our meal and that really tasted good! Overall, our visit was ok. Just don't come to this place if you are hungry and ready to eat because the wait is long unless you come around 4-4:30 pm on a Friday night. Restaurant is family friendly, clean but I get a sense that they are short staffed. If you plan to sit in the bar area, you will find booths and tables with high chairs. Usually in most restaurants the bar area is a free for all. If you find a place to sit, you can just sit. Well, that is not the case for this Applebee's. All booth tables in the bar area require to be on a wait list. We found a seat and just sat at a booth and one of the ladies, the hostess, came to us (and wasn't friendly) and told us we couldn't sit there. I HAD TO ASK her then how we can and she said we had to be on a wait list. Gave us a bad vibe. Will I come back here? Hmmm... I'll have to think of on that one. Probably only if friends really want to go here.

Was very disappointed with the Oreo shake.I remember it being the best around.So creamy tasting and Oreo cookies throughout.well the one I had last night tasted like watered down ice milk .sprinkled Oreos on top .Not ordering again..

What a complete disappointment, but even worse we were out right ripped off! They kept some of our change without asking! I made a new friend and we decided to have appetizers for our first outing. Because we didn't know each others tastes we figured a national change was a safer bet than a local business. This was a HUGE mistake! The Service in the beginning it was ok... Just ok. The food took some time to arrive. It was just appetizers didn't seem like it should take so long. It took a while, and no they were not busy, it was 3:15. That combo plate is not good. Those crunchy, overly coated, salt, where was the chicken boneless rib, YUCK! The mozzarella sticks were gummy like erases. Just way over priced for what it was. We ate is anyway trying to keep things light. I mean; we were two people trying to make a new friend and not insult the other. This was suppose to be a neutral place close by to build a new friendship. (the new friendship survived despite the nightmare food and the getting ripped off. We agreed we never wanna go back.) Now for the rip off. We elected to pay cash for our meal and not use the machine at the table. Our bill was X dollars and 15 cents. We expected the change. which should have included coins? Nope no coins they kept the 85 cents and made sure they didn't give us any one dollar bills to make sure they got their 20% tip. I made the mistake of not having one dollar bills on me or I would have gladly made change myself and left very little for a tip. Rounding up is one thing when its close to the next number up... but 15 is not a round up option... if they didn't have the 85 cents change they should have been rounding down. OOO yeah the ambiance.. I forgot to mention the Very LOUD VERY Drunk Regular at the bar that they let drive home alone. Someone poured him into his car. How scary is that to watch during rush hour traffic? Just resist the urge to go to this Apple Bees. And honestly the food was so bad just resist the urge completely. Just go support a local business. The chains places don't need our support. I personally have only had one good meal in that shopping center. Or even in that Eastvale shopping Four Corners.

Had higher hopes but sadly disappointed beyond belief. Had to wait 10 mins to be seated when there was only 4 tables of people in the whole restaurant. Kids food was horrible and you could tell the tenders and fries were straight out of the microwave. Wife ordered French onion soup and was given a plastic spoon. No extra napkins were given to us the entire time we were here. My burger came out 8 minutes after my family's food had arrived. Burger was luke warm as well. Many other restaurants in the area and I would advise going somewhere else.

A good friend of mine took me out for appetizers/drinks to celebrate my 60th on 3/18. Chloe was behind the bar. She was absolutely amazing ! Very personable, and on her game ! Helped make my celebration even better . She's such a good individual. Keep up the good work Chloe!!

Burned chicken... old lettuce in salad and they sent no dressing. They sent boneless chicken instead of bone in like we ordered. Just careless workers in every part of this order. DoorDashed our dinner tonight... and instant regret ordering Applebees.

I had ordered curbside pick up and was waiting about 15 minutes, I called the number to make sure I filled everything out correctly and did what I was supposed to do. The lady on the phone said they were backed up and it would be awhile. I waited another 15 minutes. I then went inside only to find my order was ready for a while. My order was cold and melted.

It's Applebee's exactly that! Food is good but questionable sometimes. Drinks are cheap but most comes from bags and full of sugars. The workers/servers are always sweet and kind when we go! Will I keep going back absolutely! Great for a quick and cheap dinner or drink pre-game! Thank you, gabi

Appetizer was were serviced with no silverware or plates. We ask for them and we were given plastic silverware in a bag. Still no drinks came. My husband was server a steak raw twice and ordered it medium well. Manager off er him a drink while he was waiting and charge him 9.50 for the drink. They took the steak off the bill and then the price of other went up because now we did qualify for the 2 for 26. This place was a joke.... And they offered us water to go....LOL

My daughter and I love Applebees, we go at least once a week. We currently are out of town and wanted to stop by and enjoy a meal. Our waiter Nick was amazing, friendly funny and made us feel very welcomed. The food was absolutely amazing. Refilled our drinks and kept checking on us. The service was wonderful even though it's the holiday season. Everyone is stressed and rushing everywhere. Thank you again Nick. We will be traveling out of our way to eat here more often.

We came in as a party of six. We waited about 20 minutes before our table was available. Our server never came to our table to take our order. Another employee took care of us during our visit. Our actual server came by twice to refill our water. We actually needed to get his attention to get our bill. We ordered the sampler appetizer. Everything was great! Entrees were the 2 for 25 (chicken Alfredo and a chicken dish with onion rings) whiskey bacon burger, strawberry chicken salad, oriental chicken salad. All food items were freshly prepared and served hot. The serving sizes were great. Would definitely come again when in the area. The four stars was due to the fact that when our food came to the table, they were "auctioned" off as the expediters didn't have any idea whose dish was whose.

We just left Applebees and I have to say that I will be coming back here, it's been awhile since I've been here because the service got really bad. But today our server Lisa took very good care of us and I have to acknowledge that.

Oh my gosh I was so freaking embarrassed. I took my son out to dinner. It was just me and my boy having dinner together and one of the waitresses was right where we could see her shaking her butt saying who's the big booty hoe? Who is the big booty hoe as she shook it and dropped it down low. Oh my gosh. The oriental tacos were pretty good though , everything else took it sweet time to come out. Actually, everything came out kind of cold. The waitresses were too busy in the back, measuring each other's butts and showing each other how to shake it. I will not be coming back to this one at all. If I was with the guys at a bar, I would totally understand but this is Applebee's is a family restaurant come on people.

It was my family's 1st time eating at Applebees and only my 3rd. My 1st time was over 20 years ago and my 2nd time was 6 months ago. Anyways, I had such a great experience last time that I wanted to take my wife and kids and, guess what, they also had a great time! Since we have young kids, we always order from the kids menu and, unlike most restaurants, their kids meals were prepared as well as the "grown up" meals. Quality of the ingredients, seasoning and presentation were impressive. My wife and I shared a shrimp and parmesan ribeye; yes, ribeye. Our great server, Lisa, suggested upgrading to a ribeye and that is how we will always order it now! It was delicious! My wife wanted a cocktail so Lisa suggested the passionfruit mezcal, and my wife enjoyed it. We didn't expect to have a great meal at Applebees but we did and I think a huge part of it was because our server was so awesome. Service really makes or breaks your experience. We look forward to eating here again!

Waited an hour for just to get seated. They said they called us in multiple times and texted us but never got the text. But never saved our number but yet to proceed call in other guest in.

Food, service, and value it's very refreshing to know that I could feed a family of four for less than a trip to McDonald's fantastic service and also manager came to make sure everything was to our liking

My husband and I met and had lunch with our daughter and two grandchildren. The waiter was very nice. He brought my side salad and the kids' meals out and said the other meals would be out shortly. It had to be 20 to 30 mins before the chicken salad, chicken sandwich, and tortilla soup came out. Then the fries weren't with the chicken sandwich and they said the batch was soggy and they were redoing it?.. ‍ It wasn't even busy in the restaurant, so it all seemed a bit screwy. The food was decent, though, thank goodness.

This review is long overdue. We visited Applebees before New Years 2023. This location is spacious and clean. The food was good. Lisa was our sever and was excellent! She was attentive and cheerful. We will definitely be coming back again since Lisa made our experience wonderful.

Terrible service for all you can eat. I got something 30 minutes after each order and it's a waste of time for them to only give one rib or 3 nuggets at a time. The first order is good but after that it's terrible

Service was to my surprise.... Horrible! My boyfriend and his daughter sat in the bar area. Not the Bar, the side tables. Sad to say but clearly the customers around us seemed to be all Caucasian and were the only people being served. The manager was the one to serve them and take their order. Once they received their food, not once did they check in on them nor did they as if they needed the bill. Finally he decided to get up and as he did. They came out of nowhere and gave him the check. He paid cash so not to waste anymore time. Never going there again!
