My experience was amazing. Dana was my server she was exceptional, considerate, and attentive. I was there a few weeks back then i returned recently and my family enjoyed the experience. She is personable. She made us laugh with her witty personality while also making sure all of our needs were met. I will definitely be returning and asking for her.

Neighborhood restaurant that we frequent often. Only hesitation about is the kitchen is not consistent with steak temps and we have had to send back, usually for being overdone. Great choices on menu and can always find something craving. The drink specials are REALLY good and they feature at least 2 new ones a month. Always worth checking out. The staff is always friendly and makes for a good experience. Im not sure if he is manager or assistant manager BUT Martin is the best. He is so friendly and recognizes my partner and me immediately and always checks in with us. Nice casual dining

The only good thing about the night was the bartender cait and the security guard.. the manager Martin was ignorant. Even annoyed that he had to put down his phone and assist the costumer….the chicken was raw!! And every employee was on their phones doing absolutely nothing. tables were dirty, customers were complaining, the staff were cursing and being loud like it was a hangout I paid my bill and left immediately🤦🏽‍♀️

It was okay, the waitress was burning the candle at both ends. It was okay waited forever for my check and never got our refills. Never got the chicken we ordered until we were leaving. This place is going down hill.

I recently had the pleasure of dining on the Chicken Alfredo pasta, and it was absolutely delightful. The pasta was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of creaminess in the Alfredo sauce. Don't walk there. Run there. I don't know how it is any other time of the day but we went for lunch. I'd like to take my sign on our little dates. Just him and me time, ashley was our server. She was so wonderful inattensive. When you go in there next time, please request her and take care of her really well with the tip.

Enjoyed our time here with help of Dana for making our family dinner of 12 seem like a breeze. Food, drinks, and vibes were on point. 10/10 will be back again.

Came here with my sons because we were hungry and it was close. Plus they like Applebee's. We never even placed a drink order. Our server never even came over so I don't know who it was. Right after we were seated I heard the lady at the table across from us tell the hostess that no one had came over to their table yet and they've been waiting. That was a bad sign right there. I saw the lady at the table in front of us get up to go get someone. When the manager came over she informed him that she had been waiting and no one came over. Both women were at their tables before we arrived. I gave them 5 more minutes after that and of course no one came. So we left. While leaving, 3 employees were at the front just talking. Didn't even acknowledge us

So the food is par, our waitress Emanii was great. She greeted us with a smile and took our drink orders. Then she came back and got our food orders. She was attentive throughout the meal.

Went there tonight for a quick bite to eat. Good wise everything came out quickly and tasted delicious. My server Taylor was excellent service was perfect in the service area. Place was super clean and once again no issues with my service.

Applebee's is one of our go-to places in NE Philly. We love that they are opened late! My burger was very tasty but the fries could have been crispier, but that's a personal preference. My daughter enjoyed her salmon, as well. The mozzarella sticks were a great deal at .50 each, and they came out hot and stretchy! The staff were nice and helpful as usual. There's plenty of seating with a small bar that has some seating as well. Check them out!

today I came in with my granddaughter.I left feeling quite uneasy about my service.My granddaughter got mozzarella sticks and we got the two for 26 deal.I got a plate of broccoli chicken Alfredo and she got a bacon cheeseburger.Our waitress was nice but brought out our food wrong.The first plate she brought out of my Alfredo was almost freezing.She was very apologetic.Offered to fix it and took my plate.I got it back and my food was hot!but it looked like it got thrown into a tornado and then thrown up.think her name started with a K and then I called over a manager because when we were done with our food, or she was.they billed me for 3 games i didn't play on a device they force you to use.It was a man maybe 37 with a man bun.Already don't trust him.These woke men.Cut your hair You're too old to have such long hair.You're not a girl.I call over this "manager" if that's even what you want to call it,he decides to start flirting with my granddaughter in front of me. Instead of helping me. God it almost gave me a damn near heartattack.The way he was looking at her.Did not sit right with me at all.He was asking her what school she went to she was in her high school uniform and kept smiling a real toothy smile.It was just all an odd feeling.Gave me some Bullshit excuse of why It makes sense that my checks wrong.Then walked away.My food was pretty good almost cold though after it came out correctly,my granddaughter liked her food, but felt really uncomfortable by the manager so we decided to leave right after we talked to the manager of course we paid our bill. And tipped accordingly.Also heard how that "manager" was talking to a server gosh.A lot of young girls in here.They need to be careful.Fucking Disgusting.To that manager you're disgusting.Clearly the management needs some fixing. The restaurant was also a pigsty. All of this is really bringing the place down.Normally we have a very good time at this Applebee's.It's right down the street from me.But today was not a good experience. Will never be back till there is some fixing. No more Man buns.

I went with my sister and niece for lunch before shopping and decided on the Tex Mex salad with Shrimp - it was very tasty, and there was plenty leftover for dinner the next day. We all enjoyed the appetizer combo - included all of our favorites for sure. My family seemed to enjoy their meals, too. Our waitress was very pleasant and very helpful throughout our meal. The atmosphere, like most Apple B's, is casual bar type where you can feel relaxed. Check them out!

I used to go to Applebees all the time with my mom growing up. It was a while since I last went so I decided to try after seeing all the renovations throughout the years. The place was pretty empty so I wasn't sure what to expect but no complaints! The blackened Cajun salmon was good! I enjoyed the flavor. The garlic parm wings had a reallly good buttery sauce (I ended up dipping my broccoli in it, soooo good) the spinach and artichoke dip is a classic, had to order it. Applebees will always have some of my favorite spinach dip. I didn't try the pretzels but my mom was a fan!

The best words that I can use to describe their food is "TV Dinner". If you enjoy that kind of food, go for it. Me, I'll pass.

Was greeted and seated immediately. That was all we got. Had to go back to the hostess after I realized a party that arrived after me already had drinks and salad. Never was acknowledged, although the server kept walking past us to serve the table behind us. Hostess was apologetic and informed us that although she couldn't serve us she would at least take our drink and food order. Ordered 2 kids meals (cheeseburger and fries and Mac and cheese). Asked for the burger w/o veggies and it still came with veggies. Ordered chicken tenders and fries and the tenders were hard and warm at best. Had to ask for silverware from individual cleaning tables off cause server didn't return. Only came to Applebee's because the kids love it but this was the worse service I've had. I vaguely remember having a similar experience during Covid but brushed it off and blamed it on the pandemic.

I would avoid visiting this location at all costs. We waited at least 10 minutes for anyone to merely acknowledge us, we patiently waited another 15 minutes for anyone to even look at us and ask for a drink/food order. The restaurant was not busy at all with customers so I am unsure what the issue was. My entrée of chicken/pasta was cold, my husband's chicken/shrimp was hot, but mediocre at best and both meals were only half eaten. Adding to the vibe, the loud, unfriendly music did not help the experience. I don't remember ever feeling intrusive or unwanted at an eatery before...but now I do.

Disappointed..... a restaurant chain that can not keep with basic principles. Hot food and balanced bar drinks. Food that is cold and bar drinks that are watered down to nothing is unacceptable. The only good part was out server Ciani. Fantastic service from her, the only reason why there is a 2 star rating and not only 1.

Yeo wtf is that vinagertte dressing... It tastes candy sweet.... I ordered an oriental chicken wrap & it exploding with this fakie vinagerette, definitely ruined a possibly good wrap, that also had very little chicken; Mostly vegetables, but i couldnt taste them, as dressing overwhelmed. That was a dissapointment. Ive been there before to eat with my family... I dont remember what we ordered, but i do remember leaving and walking home by myself. I like the boneless wings, but nothing else.

Applebees has always been a go to for me but this one in particular has become a no for me. We came in as a party of 3 and we're seated right away but with no menus. It took about 5 minutes for me to ask the hostess for menus and she was apologetic which i appreciated. Finally after 15-20 minutes of being seated we finally we greeted by the waitress who only was ready to place our drinks. When we tried putting in our apps and meals she said she needed some time came back 10-15 mins later (over 30 mins being seated) gave us our drinks and took our orders for food.. they were a tad busy but to wait 15-20 to order drinks and then wait again to order food was ridiculous. After eating i went to use the bathroom only to see trash and pure disgust ( would rather not detail what was seen)... Still gave 2 stars because the food was pretty good but definitely will not be returning.

The service wasn't professional. The waiters in a huddle calling each of bitches but In a playful juster. They brung appetizers out but didn't bring water until 30 mins later. The entrees came out a hour later and food was cold. .

Let me be transparent here...I'm not usually a fan of Applebee's. It's just not usually what I want in a meal. That said, when it's you and three hungry girls wearing cleats and carrying field hockey stick you do as you're told. We stopped in at this Applebee's after my daughter and her teammates had been at a field hockey camp and they wanted FOOD. We started with nachos and onion rings and I don't think the girls even tasted them. Three of us ordered burgers with fries and one ordered a chicken Caesar salad and a chicken quesadilla (we ended up splitting that). Our meals were all actually pretty good, but the service was really slow (waitress was nice, but the food took too long to come out). All our burgers came out as requested and the fries were well done. Overall it was a pretty good experience.

I just ordered my first takeout from this location and I was disappointed. I did not choose to add a tip right away because I wanted to see how my order would turn out. I'd chosen to pick it up myself curbside and it arrived late, there were no napkins and the tops of the takeout trays weren't even secured. I don't understand why someone would think that they're entitled to a tip, I end up giving him a $4 tip for what!.. Bringing my food to my car late?? I didn't leave a tip, I don't want the employee to ask me to sign my credit slip, when I've already paid online. Part of the reason I pay online, is so I can just grab my food and go and not be put on the spot for a tip. I feel as though if a server wants to tip, he has to earn that tip and not just bring the food out to me but make sure I have my napkins. Make sure everything is in the bag because I always have to check before I pull off and that's a pain and you don't wanna have to come all the way back or just do without it.. after you've tipped. No server what delivery person should expect to get tipped for something that they have not done yet. I don't have a problem tipping after I get my food and not cold food..and not with something missing! I plan on making a TikTok video.

So I didn't feel like cooking this evening, so my husband and I decided to go to Applebee's for dinner. Should have known it wasn't going to go well, when we were seated at a dirty table. We had the boneless wings appetizes which were cold and overcooked. I had the 4 cheese Mac and cheese with chicken tenders the 4 cheese Mac and cheese was extremely watery and the chicken fingers were overcooked and the dish was cold. My husband had the riblets with french fries the riblets were overcooked and the french fries were cold. Although we do like Applebee's we won't be going back to this location. Can I just say $30 down the drain. Guess I should have stayed home and cooked.

Not only was the food not good but the waitresses weren't either. Y'all are too big backed to be acting this rude !! Especially on my birthday too. I can see why this restaurant has such a low low rating.

So... the service here was great. The waitress was very nice, got our orders in correctly for the most part, food came out fast, anything we wanted she brought over. Checked in constantly. The manager also came by to check in. I was with a group of 7 and I ordered the salmon with green beans and mashed potatoes. I got salmon, broccoli and mashed potatoes. No biggie, I love broccoli. The salmon taste like it swam through Death Valley before landing on my plate. It was dry. Like dry dryyyyyy! Worst salmon I've had. I also got a Patron margarita which was okay. I think everyone was okay with their meal. Honestly the bill was super cheap. $132 for 7 people with a few drinks and she didn't even tack on gratuity so that was cool. Would I go back for a meal? Nope. But maybe for drinks to watch a game? Maybe.

Last night I decided at 9:37 pm to order from here through doordash. My order was never made. I had two separate dashers try to retrieve my order. The second young lady waited for over an hour and kept being told by staff that my order will be ready in a few minutes. I waited and waited and waited. My order was never made. I am highly disappointed. My boyfriend is a cook and I know from his experience how hectic it can get in the kitchen but that is no excuse to not make a customer's order. I am beyond upset. I could've ordered somewhere else. This is unacceptable behavior.

The food here was average at best, but the triple chocolate meltdown was really good. One downside was that I told the waiter it was my girlfriends birthday, but no one came to sang or anything.

This is for Andorra shopping center. Cold raining no staff I have to flag down the bartender and then they refused to take my order. Apparently if you are Hispanic female I shouldn't bother. And no you are not allowed to sit and order a drink while you wait for food. Wow I guess the aren't interested in customers if it wasn't close I wouldn't have bothered. Appauling customer service if that is what you want to call that interaction. The manager was also close by but they couldn't be bothered to ask if I needed anything after 10 minutes of no one behind the bar. Sounds like a foreclosure waiting to happen.

Where do I begin? Myself and family got there around 8 we were immediately seated didnt get to see a waitress until 15 min later. she took our food order. we got our appetizers which were cold (Boneless wings) my son order cheeseburger and fries which that was also cold. so the waitress took it back and that was another 20 min wait. As we were waiting the waitress started sweeping as people were eating. When I mentioned she caught an attitude continued to talk on the phone "saying she miss her fu**king son. by that time we just asked to have our food to go. The entire experience was horrible. I wouldn't suggest this location.

I went with my wife 35 minutes waiting nobody came to us the place was pretty empty nobody come to take the order so got up and live we when to differnt place to eat in 15 minutes we were serve thank you management

On Mother's Day I ordered food from Apple bees & didn't receive it After standing up there for more than a hour They told me I canceled my Order Wich was not true And to their activity I had to cancel my credit card due totwo different prices on the receipt and on bank statements on the card are used to purchase the food

Came to the applebees and our waiter didnt know anything about the menu, there was a ridiculous ammount of salt and grease on the entrees and the cherry on top is the mac and cheese was made with pasta and there was hair in it, absolutely terrible!

The food came out fast and we were seated fast. Our server was patient, friendly and attentive for the most part. The only complaints I had was we had a pile of plates on the table (app and entree plates) and they took a while to take them off the table. I ordered a burger and they were stingy with the sauce.

Tonight after work my husband and I were hungry so we stopped by Applebee's. There service was so bad. A host took us to be seated but waited like 20 minutes no waitress show up. I understand if the place is pack then is understandable but the place is pretty empty at 9:30 pm. We left the place. This is pretty ridiculous. They will never see me going back. Totally not recommended to this stupid location. Bad service!!!

We use to get car side to go all the time but they just keep getting worse and when we called after waiting on hold for 15min we get the wait another 25min n then get home to realize they messed up 4 items outta 7 we call back they say come back then the man manger on tonight wants to give us an attitude b/c his works are classless and useless people hire people who know how to speak and maybe some matter and also you should make sure they know how to put in order in sad when u mess up a order of appetizers Would have given no stars if possible Don't waste your time or money here

Its a pretty good place. Food is good to a certain degree. Like the ribs were pretty good but the pasta is a lil bland. The noodles and shrimp was on top but all the sauce, seasoning and flavor was on the bottom. The fries aren't crispy but pretty good anyway. Drinks are delicious and so are the desserts. The staff is pretty nice but you can tell they hate there jobs. Their face says it all. Lmfao The alcholic beverages are pretty good but will creep up on you if your not careful. All in all a pretty decent place. If you dont mind crowds. Lol

Ok food, but i went to pick up during pandemic, it was confusing tho. They have two door (front and side door) for pickup, went to the side but tell me go to the front. Why can't they just make it into only one side...

We were told the wait would be 10-15 minutes. It was actually 35 minutes & we were only seated after I angrily asked why we weren't being seated when there were so many tables empty. The food was decent, but some things were petrified & others cold.

came here on Sunday for lunch. we got seated right away and ordered oir drinks and food . i was happy with the service no complaints from me on that part of our visit. the food was only so-so i dont know what is going on with Applebees they used to be good it seems like they dont know how to cook their food anymore. It lacked seasoning on the steak and the broccoli was blan. I had to send the steak back to the kitchen because it was so tough and unable to chew. I wont be going back here i spent over 95.00 not worth my money.

I was very satisfied with my to-go order from Applebee's. I got the Mac and cheese with chicken tenders, root beer, vanilla milkshake. Everything was delicious! We also ordered the Triple Bacon Burger, Whiskey Burger, Raspberry Lemonade, Raspberry Iced Tea, Fiesta Lime Chicken, mozzarella sticks, an apple fritter, and another vanilla milkshake and everyone was super satisfied with their order. It was the perfect portion size!!

So a fight broke out right in the area where me and my mom was eating. The manager didn't call the cops and the man they were beating on was allowed to stay along with his party. The staff didn't even talk to the other patrons to make sure everyone was ok. When the staff was standing around trying to figure out what was going on someone yelled "get back to work." I was honestly afraid someone was going to pull a gun out at one point. On another note Brittany was not very attentive. I had to tell her several times that I did not want meat on my salad and at one point she said "well I'll put beef on it" being smart. She didn't even come by with the bill or asked if wanted the bill. I paid it on the screen. She never came by to thank us for coming or anything. So I would definitely not recommend this Applebee's to anyone.

Even if the food here was superb, which it wasn't, the service really killed it all. While taking our order, the server decided to sit down with us. I understand it is good to be comfortable with your guests, but i do believe there is a thin line which he overstepped and that was very unprofessional. While my two friends ordered a three cheese chicken with penne pasta, i ordered a freshcada chicken entree. However, that was not what came. Instead, I received another entree and so they took it back and gave me what I ordered. When my friends and I ordered the dessert shooters, we thought it was very good so we ordered another one with the little tablet provided to us. However, it never came and the server came and told us it might not have gone through. So, we just told him to forget about it because we were kinda full anyways. Upon receiving the check, there were two orders of the shooters on there so our server told us he would take the check to his manager to change it. The manager comes to us and instead of apologizing for the mistake, she tried to pin the blame on us and told us that the machine asks twice if we would like to order before actually placing the order. When I explained to her what happened, she said "i'll take it off this time but I'm letting you know for next time if you don't want it, dont order it." That was the rudest service every given and if I was taught any less than my mother taught me, I would've got in her face.

Our waiter, Doug S., provided us with EXCELLENT service. He was fast, very attentive and entertaining. It is hard to find good service at restaurants these days. - Kudos to Doug; he made our visit pleasant. He anticipated our needs well; he brought out enough napkins, brought us refills (even remembered the lemon!), cleared the table and checked in on us - all without asking. Our food came out hot and fresh. We'll come again for this!

Review of Carside to go - Horrible experience. I called and was immediately put on hold for 7 minutes. I called back and was put on hold again for another 7 minutes. Hung up and called back and voiced my displeasure with the 15 minute hold just to order some chicken fingers and my order was taken right away. The chicken fingers was tasteless btw

Came Tonight for a friends graduation dinner & the service was horrible. Messed up tables orders then gave us bad customer service. I wont come here to this location again

Outstanding greeting upon arrival.. clean restrooms and dining area. Food was mediocre... not sure why... subpar to other Applebees.

Good food,good beer,service was pretty good,if they could just clean up that place and get rid of that (rodent,flea like odor) this place might be a nice place to hang out and relax.

I was never really a fan of chain restaurants to begin with, but this took the cake for one of the worst experiences ever. First off all, We were greeted by a server carrying about 8 dirty glasses, after she just finished clearing a table. The greeting was very bland and this server did not seem at all like she wanted to be there. Next, we were passed onto another waitress who wasn't sure where she wanted to seat us. Finally ,we were seated in the corner... The table was ok. It was a table for 6 when I only had a group of 2. The service was mediocre. The server was kind, but not overly friendly. The icing on the cake, however, was that one of the servers decided it was time to clean and actually got down under our table to sweep while we were eating! When we got the check, Philadelphia was spelled incorrectly, and to my surprise our bill was extremely high. $7 for a beer. C'mon now. ...Wouldn't go again anytime soon.
