Applebee's Grill + Bar

Wasn't a fan of this specific location. Pros not to crowded almost empty so we got seated quickly. It did take some time for the waitress to come and we mentioned needing plastic utensils she said the store was out of stock. Her attitude was dismissive. The food took a long time to come out despite no one being there. Pros she did refill our drinks without us asking.

Visited Applebee's with my son to utilize a promotional offer. Although the promotion included a complimentary side of coleslaw with each order, this was not provided. Notably, the restaurant was understaffed, which was evident as other patrons grew impatient with servers. While the service at my table was not subpar, the staffing shortage detracted from the overall experience and diminished the appeal of the promotion.

Hayley P was AMAZING! She was so sweet, attentive and gave great suggestions. Loved having her as my waitress. :). She was quick to refill my beverages, my food came out fresh and hot and she periodically came to check on me. I'm definitely coming back. :)

Visiting with my kids for a multi family vacation. The staff was amazing. I wish I kept the receipt so I had my servers name. She was so good to us. We stopped by on our way to the airport for a quick lunch. She was so attentive and friendly. I've been to a lot of Applebee's locations, but this was by far the best experience I've ever had. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is great.

We went here to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We were a party of 8. Our waiter named Rosetta was amazing!!! She was on top on the serving us,sweet any nice and most of all is very genuine. She brought us ice cream with chocolate fudge. They sang happy birthday and played a happy birthday song Will ask for her every time we go. I know she there on Saturdays . The food was amazing as well.

Jaymee and Crystal were wonderful servers. We had the baby back ribs and they were very delicious. Wonderful Atmosphere and Great Service

Marcus, the Chef who made my steak, killed it! It was so delicious, the portion sizes were beautiful and the meal was well plated. Josh the manager was incredibly upbeat and friendly and quick on his feet. He made my son’s birthday experience wonderful for him. Absolutely will be back again!

Jaymee was an absolutely fantastic waitress. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, friendly, and professional. She anticipated our needs without being overbearing and made excellent recommendations. Our food arrived promptly and exactly as ordered. Her warm personality and top-notch service truly enhanced our dining experience. We’ll definitely be back – thanks to Jaymee!
