Apres Whitefish

Wonderful hotel!! Very clean rooms with very comfortable beds and sheets. Great and friendly staff. Finally, it’s located on a beautiful river with a very short wall to whitefish downtown via a paved river walk. Beyond all else, stay here for the amenities!! The sauna is awesome, along with the fir pit free to use, not to mention the coffee is wonderful.

There is a beautiful river path that goes into downtown Whitefish that we used many times a day. We even walked to Après from the train station. The living room with the record player was our morning ritual with the free coffee provided. The sauna was just perfect for out group of 6 and we managed to fit 2 more bodies in. We had a fire every night that brought more guests out and we met some new people every night. I'd stay here again and again. Thank you so much to the girls working guest services.

Spent a few wonderful days at Apres July ‘24. The rooms were clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the fire pit and sauna at the end of our days. We were there during peak summer season and asked to extend our visit by a couple of days knowing it was a long shot. They worked hard to accommodate us and through some magic we did not have to change rooms. Great place overall.

Perfect place to stay! We stayed here for one night. Very easy to find, location was perfect. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. The best part of the stay was the bed!! The most comfortable bed ever! Thanks for having us!

I just checked out and was looking forward to giving this place a great review. It's so CUTE, cozy and comfortable. Great bed, down pillows (or down alternative), stylish bathrooms, rooms and common spaces. I wish I could have stayed longer. We didn't get to use the dry sauna outside, but would have liked to! Highly recommend this hotel!

I had a friend get waylaid in Whitefish for a couple days in winter, because of weather - who knew northern Montana could have bad weather in winter? From afar I reserved him a room at the Ares Whitefish, and will say that I have dealt with the most wonderful, caring staff I’ve ever experienced at a lodging place, bar none. Not only is it a beautiful place in a stunning setting, but the people there are Heavenly! Highly recommend it.

We had the most incredible stay at Apres Whitefish! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the vibey, clean, and perfectly curated aesthetics of our room and the rest of the hotel- they had an awesome hangout room for games with a record player and records, as well as an outside porch with heat lamps for hanging out in the chilly evening weather. Every detail felt thoughtful and on point. The hotel grounds were equally impressive—impeccably maintained with a gorgeous fire pit and a relaxing sauna that made our experience even more special. The amenities were a great bonus and added to the overall charm of the place and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We truly LOVED every moment at Apres Whitefish and will be recommending it to everyone we know as the best stay in whitefish- and we have stayed in almost every hotel in the area, this is by far our favorite. Can’t wait to come back!

The lounge area on the 2nd floor is super chill. The rooms have a cool vibe, Big fan of the walk-in shower. I really like that they have a sauna. Could use some lights by the sauna it's a little dark and creepy walking over there at night.

Fun place, Wonderful Friendly people, Very clean, Best coffee in town. Sauna, Central location

If you're a ski bum or college student this would probably work for you. Otherwise steer clear. And it's EXPENSIVE.
