Trashy crowd wearing t shirts and shorts. Felt like I was in Midcity. Drink list was totally uninspired and batch made. Automatic 17% gratuity which I knew before they even brought the check based on the wait staffs behavior. Decor was interesting but the crowd, drinks and overall experience sucked.

A cool spot the manager or the owner outside is very respectful cool and nice. Security staff is not cool at all trying to show off even it doesn’t take anything more than smile to make people respect you and listen to you. The bartenders are super good one of them is super sweet and hard worker but definitely needs one more person to help selling since 2 is not enough to make drinks for 100’s same time. Okay, so here are why the other reviews are so low. I've been to this place twice, because I have a friend who DJs here. The atmosphere is cool, it's much smaller than it looks initially but it does have that house party feel a little bit. My non-alcoholic cocktail the first time - outstanding. The second time I tried to order the same thing but they were changing the menu so the woman bartender offered to come up with something similar. Both bartenders were very nice. My friend called and said that he was trying to get in so I went to the door to look for him to ask to bring him in past the line. I looked around at the front door with my drink for maybe 2 seconds before a large Samoan security woman and another large security guy started getting in my face and yelling at me incoherently. There was Zero conversation, there was just yelling and not even allowing me to respond. By the way I am a tiny woman. I didn't even get the chance to explain that I was looking for my friend, and moreover I was not standing outside the building and I didn't even have alcohol. I was physically pushed back into the club, my $20 drink ripped out of my hand and physically pushed outside. Unfortunately for this bar, City Regulators who are very interested in this sort of behavior will be hearing about it.

It's where they shot The Idol so not much of a surprise. Later in the night, the line gets crazy and I experienced some racism from someone in the line telling me I don't belong in this country this is as I'm leaving the venue so I was surprised security didn't kick them out of the line.

Atmosphere was fine I guess but this place is an absolute scam- cover for men only was $75 each and then when we tried to close out at the bar they came up with 150 bar tab minimum rule- no heads up or anything. I will gladly pay for a good time but this place was so mid they had no place charging a cover much less a 150 bar minimum🙄 no wonder nightlife in LA sucks now

Banging Djs you just gotta know how to get in or spend rent on a table if you really want to get in.

It pleases me so much that this place has the rating that it does. Came here with friends and someone fainted in line. The staff did nothing and the other patrons used the chaos as an opportunity to try to push their way inside, at which point everyone was threatened by "security." What a dive.... Typical LA.

Overall, this was a really cute vibe. But I gave it 3 stars because there's a few things I noticed that you should watch out for: - when I asked for a tequila soda, the bartender automatically gave me Patron. I told him I just wanted well tequila and I think he would have charged me for top shelf if I didn't notice. - at the end of the night, they gave us our check without the itemized list of drinks. I asked for the full list of what we ordered, and found that they were charging me a 17% gratuity (for 2 people). But I would never have known unless I asked for the full breakdown of what we ordered. The staff at the door was super friendly, I didn't experience any issues getting in or rudeness that I had read in other reviews. But I would be cautious with the bartenders and only paying for what you ordered. I think they try to make your check more expensive so they can add an auto 17% gratuity. Or at least they did that to us. The place had great music and some seating if you get there early. I would totally give them 5 stars if we didn't experience that weird situation with the bartenders.

While in the area at a nearby restaurant several of us wanted to find a chill place and nice vibe on a Friday night which we found at Apt 200 LA. Inside looks like an apartment which was unique to see! I like the concept and the staff was nice and accommodating. The DJ was playing some good music selections! Our party of six were able to snag a cool corner section with a couch and coffee table which the staff came to us and placed our drink orders as well as bring it to us. We all enjoyed our Friday night at Apt 200 LA!

You cannot get in unless you're lighter than a paper bag! We stayed in line for 1 hour and the man with locs would not let us in and said it was at capacity the whole time but let everybody in that was lighter than us. we stayed outside for 1 hour waiting to get in. knew the promoter and everything and he still would not let us in.

I walked in on a Wednesday night on my way home from dinner. There was no line, so I walked in to check it out. There is always a massive line on weekends, so this was my chance. There is a pool table, and high tables on the one part of the bar, with lounge tables on the sides. The back side has the DJ booth and a small dance floor. Drinks were good, and it wasn't too crowded so we had enough space to dance and have a good time. I'll definitely be back

A big waste of time. The staff is rude and everything is way overpriced. For the price you pay here, you could probably go somewhere else for better drinks, service, and ambiance. This place needs to pick a struggle cause they really picked all of the above.

The line wrapped around the block for an Anderson Paak DJ set. Unfortunately we stood in line for 2hrs.. gave up because when we finally got to the front of the line, two women who were there since 9pm were STILL waiting to get in.... It was 1230 when we left. Maybe be more transparent that you were just ego boosting the people on the "guest list" all along to make it seem like the spot was hot. It's a decent spot when they aren't advertising a big name. Disappointed

The ambiance inside was nice but last night we recently encountered such a rude man at the door so fyi its free before 11pm and its was early and nobody was there so my friend asked is it okay if she step to car and grab her phone that she accidentally left in the car the man was so rude and than suggest yes you can walk by yourself to the car and get it and its late in Hollywood which was mind blowing like why tell a woman who clearly don't feel comfortable in area to walk by herself like even if he would had suggested a one of the security to escort that would've been nice plus the drinks was over priced and that alone i would not be back just base on that initial reaction so we decided to check out "The Dime" friendly service, great music, and affordable drinks literally a few minutes away way better energy stay for hours but APT 200

Security said to my partner. "Yo we aren't doing this" (couldnt even look him in the eye) about my boyfriend wearing shorts: they had no dress code posted and crazy to me the venue said well we don't to tell you our dress code. Wow didn't know a club in WEHO was so homophobic. Don't book this place because it's they will find every reason In book not to let you in. I even had friends tell me after this isn't something new to them.

Would NOT recommend. Several girls walked straight in and our group was not let in just because we had a guy with us. Never go here

Sexy music, sexy crowd. I've been here twice now, and it's a 100% hit rate. Loved the DJ that night - Yoda was putting in that work. Music for grown folk with taste. Transitions on point. This place is fairly new and still has all the hype around it, and it's well deserved.

Extremely rude and unnecessary disrespectful bouncer outside. It was bad vibes off the bat, the area isn't the best because there isn't much around. The general tone is pretty pretentious even if the drinks are good I wouldn't go back because it feels like a very hostile and unwelcoming type of environment when it should be fun instead :/

Went for Sam Gelliatry's EP Release Party. Super cool ambiance, great comfortable vibe, amazing music. Will be coming back

Absolutely terrible experience, such a small venue to experience music in, the bouncers are rude, useless and enforce a hypocritical dress code that disallows men to show off their legs, all the while getting googly eyes at all the women. Very unwelcoming establishment, would not recommend going here unless you're one of those stuck up losers who is oblivious to their eternal plight within the capitalistic void of loneliness

This is the 2nd time I've been here and each time, it has been a difficult time getting in. The main doorman by the name of Yon is incredibly belittling and rude, and not just to me, but to other customers. It's never necessary and always disrespectful and for this reason, I am giving the venue 1 star. I don't plan on coming back to this establishment even though the atmosphere has potential to be great. If you would like to be treated decently, I would select another venue to attend. Apt 200, I would make a kind suggestion to speak with your door workers about proper etiquette and social skills. There is no need for employees to put guests down or shame them.

the first i went was easy and smooth, probably be cause i got there early. i would suggest getting there around 9. last night i tried to go with my friends for my birthday, but the dude with the long hair is ignorant, incoherent, and contradicts everything he says. he refused to let all of us in but would proceed to let others in at a crazy rate, even though he said "it's already packed". only 5 people in our group could go in, and he told us the others could drink le in eventually, which eventually lead to them being told you can't go in until 1:30! they overprice their tables for such a small venue where the music is inconsistent. it's sad to see such wasted potential all due to ONE bouncer at the front who's doesn't make any sense.

Don't waste your time. Security will lie about guest list only to try and get you to leave. No dress code posted anywhere at all but men are not allowed to wear shorts and they will kick you out. Security is rude. No customer service.
